See the results at my Instagram @Nennyg2015Pros: * the survey questions at the website are very especific, so they get a better understanding of your hair without actually having to go there. * Their detailed instructions are so helpful. * There were two bottles, one for the roots and another one for the ends. * I like it when I'm giving detailed information, and this kit explained the percentage of brown, violet and gold tint on each bottle. Cons: * although the first kit was only $10 + shipping, the second kit is $20 + shipping and it's only for the roots. * There were too much left overs from the roots bottle, and the instructions clearly explained that applying it to the ends would left your hair with darker results ... :/ ... I hate wasting anything. * I wish the gloves were longer, although I always get my hand stained, I hate having stains in my forearms. Perfect color match!!This is the 3rd kit I received. The color had to be tweaked a few times and it now matches my natural color perfectly! Great gray coverage and easy to apply.
