LoveI love the product. It did come out a little bit darker then I thought it was going to be but I love it. Great product, easy to manage changes online. Spot on colour.Cannot fault this service. Consistent and responsive. One thing I would like them to do is cut down on the plastic packaging inside the box as well as ask if the customer requires more colour remover, gloves etc. Shampoo and conditioner sachets are always needed, not so much the other stuff. 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Color is perfect, formula is “waxy”I’ve been using this for a few months now. I was so happy with the color - it matches my hair perfectly - but I have noticed a waxy type feeing as others have explained. I feel like my latest formula was the worst yet. I almost panicked thinking I did something wrong. I had to really really scrub with shampoo to get it clean. I washed it 3x.
