Love my color and customer service!It took 3 times to get my color right simply because my grays are as hard-headed as I am! Trato excelente, tinte y kit de buena calidad pero...Aunque no me gustó el color contacté y me reemplazaron, aunque no me llegó el reemplazo contacté y me remplazaron. Todo lo que es atención al cliente excelente... En cuanto al tinte.... pues es de buena calidad, deja el pelo bien, sin quemarlo y el kit viene muy completo. En cuanto a lo que debería ser un color exacto, deja mucho que desear, tenia el peli casi rubio, por lo que pasarlo a castaño con mucho morado (como anunciaba el color) debía ser fácil, pues no. El primer tinte me dejo el pelo practicamente negro sin ni un solo tono de lila. El reemplazo, ya con una botella de lila a parte si, algo hizo, pero a los 4 lavados ya es cualquier cosa menos lo que pedia.
