I was very happy with the color match.The color match was awesome, very pleased. The shampoo and conditioner made my hair very soft. However, the ammonia was overwhelming. Not too sureI have already completed a feedback on my first colour, that was obviously ignored because I goy a “ so glad you liked your colour” email. Makes me wonder if this is as individual a service as described. I said the colour had an orange/brown hew to it. Although it was easy to use and the consistency was thick so didn’t drip all over.
