Customer for Life!I am a natural redhead whose hair is starting to fade a bit and lose its vibrancy so I’ve been paying around $350 every 6 weeks to have my hair dyed back to my natural color. We recently started a family business so obviously I couldn’t do that anymore. I tried eSalon after buying but not using 4 different boxes of hair dye none of which looked remotely like my correct color. With eSalon being as affordable as it is I thought it couldn’t hurt to just look at the product. Well I ended up dyeing my hair for the first time at age 42 with the eSalon set, I was FLOORED!! It looks closer to my natural color than my stylist ever managed. One more major important point. I had indicated initially I wanted to go two shades darker than my then faded natural hair. My colorist from eSalon Porshawna emailed me and asked if I was sure I really wanted to do that as they don’t normally recommend it. Thank God she caught that, if I’d gone two shades darker I wouldn’t have been recognizable the one she formulated was perfect. Thank you Porshawna! Amazing color experienceI’ve ordered a color trying to get out of the bore medium brown and they designed a medium brown with copper-reddish base, I do like it but I really want my hair red. So, I let the team know about it, waiting for my next shipment to see if I can gradually go to red. I really like the products, the hair after the process look amazingly healthy. Here in Japan there aren’t too many places that you can have a great color among language barrier, so I’ll keep my esalon experience every month. I'm so in love. ♡♡I tried lots of store bought hair color products, but I all ended up being so frustrated, go to the hair salon many times but it's always giving me headache whatever ingredients or color formula they made. Very satisfyingI expected the color to be a little more lighter, but I love the fact that it was very easy to handle, and it covered all my greys!! Loved the smell of the shampoo & conditioner and that it had plenty in one packet.
