Color was perfect shadeI loved the color .. I have a strawberry blonde shade that is hard to find but they matched it perfectly .. I don't like to really go far from my hair shade but as I get older those stubborn grays/white hairs are showing .. I've done the blonde highlights to hide them but a friend of mine thought I did my hair totally blonde and I was kinda sad because I have always loved the red so I wanted to go back to my original shade but couldn't find anything in a bottle and dreaded paying the salon prices when I knew I could do it myself at home .. I've seen eSalon several times online and thought I would try it .. this is absolutely the best thing ever!! Love the conceptLove the concept! Instructions are great as is packaging. First order was great. Second order somehow came twice within a couple of weeks (second box is still unopened). Easy way to maintain my graysI went with a color that if I messed up, it would still be ok. There was no worry as the color prepared for me almost gives me highlights as it change my gray hairs.
