DisappointedI was looking forward to using my 2nd order of colour, especially as the 1st experience with colour from eSalon was amazing. I had requested a change to the colour which was done for me. I received 2 colour bottles, 1 for my roots and one for the lengths of my hair. Followed the instructions which are clear and easy to follow. Disappointing!Cannot review this order since the bottle will not open. Total waste of $33+ I had four people try to get this open and no one could. It’s like it’s fused together. Prochaine couleur !Je suis ravie de ma première expérience excepté le bémol des cheveux blans à la racine survenus après 8 jours de pause. (Je suivrais votre conseil pour la prochaine application à savoir le temps de pause à prolonger ). Je prépare ma prochaine couleur je souhaiterais les éclaircir avec soit des mèches lumineuse qui éclaircieraient mon visage, soit une couleur lègèrement plus claire. Que me conseillez-vous ?
