I had used this color product 3 times and liked it but wrote to the "team" and requested a more true red as I am a Red head but age is catching up with me and the gray is creeping in. I got my new customized color and Love it! Thanks custom color team!

The first color I had was a bit darker than I was hoping for, so I gave them some feedback, and VOILA--my next order was SPOT-ON! Thank you, eSalon!!! You guys are awesome. And I LOVE the personalized instruction booklet--a failsafe that is just what I need!!!

I wanted to go back to my natural deep, rich Auburn color, and have had a very difficult time doing that until esalon, with only one adjustment, NAILED the color!! It looks perfectly natural and not "dyed" at all. Great shine and managability. Thank you esalon! You ROCK!!
