Very pleased.I recently changed my color from light ash blonde to a medium ash blonde as the light wasn't covering my resistant grey too well. Custom Color is Great !I'll admit I was skeptical at first, but I was really thrilled with how perfect the match was to my color, when all I needed was a root touch up.
