This is a great color!I was so impressed by the process, and that my hair colorist called me on the phone to discuss what I was looking for in more detail. I didn't follow the directions per say, but am totally LOVING how it turned out. The cool tone was perfect!I have the hardest time when I got brunette in the fall - mostly because I hate copper or warm tones in my hair. The color that eSalon sent me was perfectly cool toned and even covered the brass that was left from the previous box color I had done myself from the store.
