Almost perfectVery happy with eSalon. They are always listening to what you have to say to make your color exactly what you expect. They make adjustments as you request. They give you plenty of notice before sending your product out and make adjustments if needed. They send emails to make sure you are happy. My hair color has been exactly what I wanted because they made adjustments to get it there. Customer service is superb!!!!
