It was easy to choose what I wanted online, you can send them a picture of your hair, You can call them to make sure you selected the right color, and it ships really fast. The packaging is excellent and the directions are simple. My color came out even throughout over my grays, natural color, and grown out hair color. Total first time cost was $12 and my next time $20. Great ProductMy hair color came boxed nicely and loved all the personalizations. The instructions were easy to follow and the hair color was super easy to apply and my hair felt so healthy and soft afterwards. I love the smell of the shampoo & Conditioner that my kit came with. My hair is not the shade I want it to be just yet but I am confident we will get there soon since its going to take some time for it to get there.
