I'm giving it a 4 because although it smells nice and doesn't weigh my hair down, I don't feel it truly protected my hair from the heat of my straightener. It makes my hair smoother and that's also nice. A little product goes a long way, so it will last awhile, but didn't love it enough to reorder it.

This is my GO TO product after every wash! It eliminates frizz and leaves my hair silky soft! I'm 57 with a bit of a natural curl. I have tried so many products and I simply love this product. I apply while my hair is still wet, twist gently in a bun and when I take it down, smooth, wavy curls and no frizz!

So, I've had this product (platinum luxe one) for approximately 4 hours since delivered. Since my hair was freshly washed and dried with a Revlon brush dryer and a spritz of kenra platinum blow dry spray, I decided to try it out. I absolutely love the scent! My hair feels smooth and silky. It is amazing, so far. I know I didn't use it properly but the scent was so effing good, I couldn't wait until my next wash day. I'll update after a few months use.

Okay, my last review for awhile! So I did order this simply as I live in Texas and it gets HOT! Along with the Heat, we get days of humidity that can curl your toes! In this case, it is not my toes that suffer, but my hair! Frizz,Frizz, Frizz! So, I ordered the Kenra Platinum Luxe and it really helps! I must confess though, I have really fine hair now! After many treatments of Chemo-Therapy, it never returned back to its original straight hair thickness! So, at this point in my life, my hair easily frizzes! So due to this crux in the dynamics, I will say that this Anti Frizz really helps tone the frizz down about 95%! That is way better than the products I used over the counter, off store shelves, and from hair salons! So for me...I give it an A+!!!!!

I've been using this product now for our few months, and I now loved it. Not only because of its scent, but because it didn't really leave my hair sticky and even help lessen my early morning frizzy hair and add volume as well. Perfect to put after I shower and before I even blow dry my hair.

I can’t remember if I ordered this with my custom color set or if it was a free gift but either way, I was happily surprised to see it in the box. I’ve been needing a leave-in conditioner and this smells so nice and it’s light weight.

Not only is the pump inconvenient- instead of spraying or misting it pumps as a single stream. This makes it hard to use. The odor is weird and almost makes me not want to use it but it does moisturize.

Use this on my Mom’s hair. She has short hair, but very dry due to her age (90). We use the Gold Platinum 1 to help manage her hair dryness AND to style her hair. At night while sleeping her short hair stands up in the middle from both sides (think Mohawk shape) and the back goes flat as a pancake every time she sleeps. We squirt a few pumps in her dry hair and then massage into her hair and quickly we get her hair to soften and style it for a good hair day. It has been a savior after trying OTC products. It lasts a long time and prepaying to order another bottle for Mom. We love it!

I was looking for a leave-in product to help with comb-outs and static for my waist-length hair. I am blown away by this product, and I am very picky! I use Triple Prep lightly in my hair followed by a light application of Kenra platinum before blow drying. Comb-outs are snag free, and my hair’s texture is fabulous with amazing shine. This is a definite keeper! I’ve been with eSalon for over 10 years now. Thank you for the excellent service and wonderful products.

This stuff is great! It makes my hair tangle-free and soft and it smells so good. It is a little thick and sprayed out more like a cream. So I did what I used to do with It A 10-I put some in a little spray bottle and diluted it by about half with distilled water. Still works great and not so heavy on my fine thin hair.

After using this on my hair, it left it looking healthier and adds a little shine. I am not a fan however of how it comes out. It is a spray top for the lotion texture inside. I recommend spraying it in your hand then applying it evenly throughout the hair.

If you have naturally curly hair like myself and my daughter you need to have this product. My daughter's hair is a tight curl and it always looks like a rat's nest I can put this in her hair and it's a more pleasant experience with brushing it smells wonderful it's a really great product I love it

This product is excellent to apply on wet hair, and it's easy to spray it on your hand and then massage it all over your hair. It gives a lovely silky smooth hair. A must try!

This is the best leave in conditioner I have found. It doesn’t leave your hair weighed down and it even gives a little volume and helps against heat damage. Never greasy or oily and I use 10-12 pumps and work it through.

I ORDERED THIS AS A ONE TIME ORDER AND NOW I’M GETTING IT SENT TO ME AGAIN AND IT DIDN’T COME OUT WELL. NOT THE CONDITIONING SPRAY BUT THE COLOR, IT JUST DIDN’T COVER MY GREY. I DIDN’T WANT ANOTHER ONE SENT. PLEASE STOP THIS DISHONEST MARKETING TECHNIQUE.

This product is amazing!! It lasts forever because you can use so little to get beautifully soft hair. I put it in my damp hair and even after drying and styling my hair remains soft.

This is a very thick cream, that actually doesn't spray out of the spray bottle, but squirts a stream of think white conditioning type cream, like the old salon skin protecting cholesterol creams. When applied to my ends sparingly, it doesn't take long for upper layers and roots to wick it up. With fine hair, turns greasy and unwashed looking. I can see the protective benefits for heat styling, but I would need to wash my hair daily. This is too heavy of a product for finer hair.

It's definitely not a "fine mist" spray like it says on the bottle, nor does it have any gold in it (at least visible to the naked eye). I thought maybe something was wrong with mine until I read the reviews here. This is DEFINITELY false advertising and eSalon should consider changing the product description so their customers know what they're actually getting.
That being said, IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A LEAVE-IN SERUM, it's a good product. Smells great, left my hair silky and shiny... like most serums.

Lux does leave your hair shiny. You cannot spray it on your hair directly. you have to put it in to your palm because it comes out stringy. rub it into your palm and take your hair in sections to make sure it distributes evenly
