I haven't been using this conditioner that long either, but it seems to be pretty good. Once again, the pump on this bottle is very hard to pump. And if you have issues with any kind of arthritis, you will have a hard time with this bottle. I have RA and I really struggle with getting the product out of this pump with wet hands. I hope they rethink these pumps or something. Because if I can't get it out easy, then it is no good for me.

LIke it however I am leaning toward more non sudsing conditioner cleansing. Several on the market similar to the Wen product I see advertised. I do use the Color Safe Volumizing Conditioner after this shampoo and sometime the Conditioner alone. Leaves hair soft and easy to handle

The conditioner is nice, but nothing spectacular. It doesn't leave my hair feeling greasy or weighed-down, and it smells nice. However, there are other brands that I prefer for shine factor and overall softness of my hair. Also, I can purchase other brands in larger sizes that are a better value.

This shampoo and conditioner standalone in providing that your hair. Add the root lifter And you'll have some serious thick hair. I did not wash my hair for three days and the shampoo and conditioner still did not disappoint. My only complaint is the scent is too strong.

I happened to have full, thick and curly hair so the volumizing shampoo is not for me. I received it instead of the new one for dry/damaged hair, but it works. The only thing I don't like about the shampoo is that it doesn't lather much and the bottle is a little small for the price.

I actually wanted to try the new color-treated conditioner for damaged hair but the volumizing one came instead. It is not a bad conditioner at all, not a very big bottle though.

I Love this conditioner. It leaves my hair feeling healthy and full. Just wish it wasn't such a tiny bottle. I feel like I have to pump it at least 10 times to get what I need out of it. Goes fast.

Love, love, love this and the shampoo. It delivers volume, shine, and softness better than the salon brands I have tried. My color stays true and rich! However, as with the shampoo, the pump is horrible. It is inadequate and difficult to use in the shower with wet hands and in a shower rack. The product is so thick it barely comes out of the pump. A better pump or a squeeze bottle would be greatly appreciated.

It is a great product, my hair feels really clean, strong and smooth.
My only concern is the pump on top of the bottle needs to be improved. I have to press it at least 4-5 times for every use.

I'm not sure how this product compares to other conditioners, it didn't do anything special that I could tell. It has a lovely smell, but the pump is hard to use; need a lot of pressure and it dispenses very little amount, so you need a sturdy surface that you can put weight on. Bottle was smaller than i expected, so be aware of the volume.

This product works well according to its use , however the dispenser on the bottle sticks often and I have to unscrew to use . Also the smell is okay but not a favorite .

It's difficult to get the product out of the bottle with the pump as it is very thick. Otherwise a very nice, luxurious conditioner.

This is a good product. I liked it, but it was just hard to get out of the bottle. Overall it did add some volume. I just don't blow dry my hair enough.

Creates volume, not a lot but enough. Unfortunately, I would like more shine. Maybe an improvement on the shine would make it a great shampoo.

Shampoo does lock in color and color looks fresh after washing. Wish it would suds a little more. Never sure hair is completely clean for the lack of suds. Volume is there as I want. Hair is frizzy and need to use argon oil even though I use the conditioner.

My opinion is the same as the shsmpoo. It provides a nice texture to my hair, not a lot of volume but not enough shine. Would love more shine to love this duo.

I find I don't need to pile on the Conditioner - I run out of shampoo long before I do the conditioner. Presently I have 3 extra bottles and running out of the shampoo. Why can't I order 2 shampoo and when I need the conditioner order that with my shampoo?????

The shampoo seemed very watery and it hasn’t cleansed my hair well. I tried shampooing three times and my hair still isn’t clean. I usually wash my hair twice per week but on day two with this my hair is greasy and flat.
The conditioner has a nice texture.

This set of product is so watered down that it requires way too much to cleanse your hair properly. Very disappointed and then I forgot it was on an auto-ship so I got another set.

I see no volumizing effect whatsoever, plus I don't feel my head/hair quite clean after using it. I can normally go about 5 days in between washes, but with this shampoo I only lasted three. I don't feel like it cleanses the hair that well at all. The conditioner also didn't nourish like my regular conditioner does.

Found this shampoo and conditioner a bit disappointing to be honest. I didn't notice any volumising and it was a bit drying on my dyed hair. The shampoo cleans the hair well but I noticed alot more fly away than normal and the conditioner didn't moisturise enough. Would work better for someone who was not dying their hair.

I gave this a try, the shampoo and conditioner have a light consistency and smell, I liked it the first time, I would have loved to give a positive review but unfortunately this duo irritated my scalp, not for my hair type, I have oily, straight, and thin hair, for reference, it caused me heavy itching scalp and dandruff :(

This shampoo and conditioner did not like my hair at all. I have very fine hair but I have a lot of it. This set made my hair look extremely dry and had a lot of static to it, flyaways galore!

The shampoo has a scent to it that does not agree with me. Also, after using, my scalp itches. I used again to be sure and it irritated my scalp. I will try to return.

It washes and cleans my hair and that's about it. I can't say that I've seen any BOOST in volume or thickness. I've tried two bottles of each - they do last long so I won't need to buy more product for a long time - but I won't bother buying it again. It's really no different to a normal shampoo and conditioner.

Used both the shampoo and conditioner about 5 times, just to make sure, but unfortunately I didn’t like it very much as it made my hair dry. Smells great and was easy to use but it wasn’t for me. I’ve had better results with cheaper brands.
