Gentle to the colored hair, silky, soft, I'm in love with it., I was skeptical to use it because I have the Karatin done few month back but it was fine. Left my hair even more soft. I have to try the shampoo next. 10+ rating.

Since the first time I tried this in my hair coloring kit, I was in love! I love the ingredients used, how it smells, and how it leave my hair. I highly recommend!

I used this along with the conditioner when I first tried the hair coloring kit. I fell in love with everything about this The ingredients, the smell, and how it gently cleans. It leave my hair soft and healthy looking. Used over time, my hair retains the hair color and my hair is in better condition than before I started using it. I switch up every now and then, but always come back to this. For the price, you are definitely getting a bargain.

I use the one that comes with my monthly kit and make it LAST as per my money situation. It leaves my hair soft and silky with a BEAUTIFUL shine to it. I only have to use a little bit of it each time, though, as my hair is very oily.

I have to use a little bit more of this conditioner than the shampoo during my hair care routine. The conditioner helped to detangle my curls and was light enough that it didn’t weigh them down. My hair felt moisturized and really soft afterwards. Another plus, was that I saw less hair fall out during my shower – I normally lose a ton.

The shampoo has a low foam formula, and does a nice job of cleaning my hair and not stripping out my color. It has a really nice scent – a fruity/floral combination.

I have fine hair and when it is colored I don't want a harsh shampoo. Heart Lock It is gentle when it cleanses my hair and does not leave it feeling stripped and dried out. I also like the fact that I can use it right after I color my hair and it does not affect the color.

I've tried many shampoos that strip my hair leaving it like straw. This product is gentle but cleansing. I find it best to shampoo the scalp twice.

I use this Conditioner every time I wash my hair with the Heart Lock it shampoo. I keep the little packets that come with my hair color for when I travel to visit friends/family out of town. It's FANTASTIC and keeps my hair soft and healthy. My color stays bright and vibrant and doesn't fade like I've had trouble with other shampoos and conditioners.

Out of all of the conditioners I have tried, this is by far one of the best ones for general use. Just a few quick pumps and you are ready to set it in and let it do it's magic. As expected, this is just a general conditioner and works best in tandem with other eSalon products, but does a very nice job of leaving my hair soft without adding any weight or "grease" behind. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a basic. all purpose conditioner!

I love this shampoo, after receiving it with my first color I had to purchase the full size bottle. It smells amazing, cleans well, protects your color and makes your hair feel soft and look shiny!

I have tryed many shampoo and conditioners but this product is the best my hair feels fantastic has more volume don't need those other products 😆 and doesn't cost am arm or a leg and smells fantastic love it 💓

I bought this because I spend $45 on another brand that I love. You can probably guess which it is.
This is creamy shampoo. It's not super, super sudsy. Feels wonderful. I used with the conditioner and my hair is clean, shiny and manageable. I didn't feel the need to use styling products.

I used to purchase color care shampoo from Avon since I am a representative. But, the discontinued the color care so I tried this one and I love it.

This is like using silk. I combed it through and let it sit a minute or two. Feels wonderful. I used it after the color safe shampoo and my hair is clean, shiny and manageable. I didn't feel the need to use styling products.
