Terrible--sprays too heavily

I really wanted to like this product, but I ran into issues with how forcefully it sprays. It ended up splattering dark black specks all over my white quartz countertop and porcelain sink, which was frustrating to clean. And if you try to keep it really close to your scalp to avoid speckling half your bathroom, you get a backspray "cloud" and it goes on too thick. I think it has the potential to be a nice product if it had a much gentler spray. As is, it's awful. Sorry. :(

The shade it great but the can doesn't last very long. It stops working about half full. You can shake it and feel that there is some product still in it but it no longer comes out when you spay it. Only air comes out.

Not controlled delivery to target temples

Feel like Rudy guilani, i need it because my salon root color doesn't even touch my grays on my temples and sideburns area, so freshly colored roots from salon require spray for stubborn grays. Tried to give feedback for years but no luck, so i use this to manage the grays until I go into the salon to cover temples. They're used to be an amazing root cover that was on a mascara tube and wand. It was redesigned poorly, had hoped for this when it finally was released on the copper. The sides of my face are dyed stawberry blond just to get that part covered. Do not use this if you need to cover grays that frame your face

When you don’t have time to color your roots, just spray roots about 3 inches from head, rub in with gloves on, lightly blow dry before going out. Will not come off in the rain, only comes off when washed with shampoo, doesn’t come off on pillow case. Unscented too!

Once I’ve put it on and go outside and sweat it runs all down my face. If I put my sunglasses on my head then put them back on my face it leaves a mark on my face. Not happy with it at all. Can not even use it.

I've tried using this at the roots three times. It didn't cover any grey. What little color that showed was not remotely the color of the rest of my hair. I purchased the specific color that was recommended based off of the color that I purchase from the site. I would not recommend.

Though it says in small print about ground shipment, most customer just want their product, quickly and easily. We shouldn't have to navigate the shipping and customs restrictions or even have to think about them. Also, if it is an absurd delay due to red tape and borders, put that info up top of the product listing, tell people clearly where and what this means. I don't know if my products are shipped group or otherwise...that isn't helpful to put on. When calling to discuss this the usual reply is defensiveness..."oh we noted it"...well, not well enough. It really messes up when I needed colour promptly. Sure I missed the fine print. How about for busy people you don't make it fine print, make it obvious and clearly helpful. Thanks

I like the concept but it gets everywhere. Iand, it didn’t cover the grays. If you have more than a few hairs or a quarter inch of growth it just doesn’t hide anything. After following the instructions, every time I scratched my head or touched my hair throughout the evening the color would get on my hands and under my nails. What a mess!

It did nothing for my root color , but it did make my hair at the roots feel sticky and stiff. I washed it out, I'd rather have the root growth. I honestly wish I wouldn't have ordered it, but now I know it's a no for me.

The color is really nice on this spray, and the nozzle lets you target it. But it's sticky (even after letting it dry) and rubs off onto anything it touches. So it would be perfect for an up-do day (top knot, ponytail) where you probably won't have a reason to touch your hair. It will absolutely rub off onto headbands, and I'm not sure how washable it is, so just beware! I'd also be wary of using it if you'll be active or outside in the heat. Nobody needs to recreate the Rudy Giuliani dripping forehead situation from 2020!

I have been a client for 10 years. I love eSalon hair color; however, the Camo Mist is very difficult to apply as it sprays out forcefully like hair spray. It is not at mist. It also feels strangely uncomfortable on your scalp. I cancelled my auto ship for the Camo Mist. The Camo Mist is better than their old root touch up that was like hair mascara. Perhaps I will try their new Conceal & Cover Root powder.

Good item for a quick ‘touch up’ of greys / regrowth between colors, ‘sticks’ well and lasts between washes even after brushing, color match was really good for me too, only down side which I could not find a fix for even after contacting esalon was the color is very mat / flat it has NO shine to it at all so once sprayed on it is quite noticeable against my natural shiny hair, I tried shine spray and other shine adding products but it didn’t help. I would still recommend the product as the ‘mat’ problem is better than grey / regrowth! Overall a good product ( just wish for the price it was a bigger size )

I didn’t like it all. It didn’t cover my roots like I thought it was supposed to. I got some on my scalp too. And it looked weird. I had to end up washing my hair again. I’m sorry, I don’t like to write a bad review. This camo mist is not for me, though and I definitely wasted my money.

I read the 'Dark Brown" on my profile ...Dark Brown (Natural Golden) Not sure what I was thinking but "Dark Brunette" I ordered was way too dark, too late to return and it was @ $20 And maybe the brush-on is more controllable. Not purchasing the 'mist' because it came out like a paintball, which resulted in a score of 2. Thank goodness it washes out immediately.

I was optimistic about this (and it did do a nice job covering the grays), BUT... (1) I needed my glasses on to hit the right spots... and I got some of the mist on them... (thankfully it came off, but don't like that). (2) A drop of the mist got on my white shirt and it left a light stain even after I used Oxy Clean spray :-(

Colour is nice.....does cover grey roots between colouring. Its just wish the actual force of the spray was a tad weaker.....so one has more control when spraying. Still prefer the cake of powder type with a sponge. Makes the hair a bit hard too once spray has dried...

Hard to use

The spray comes out of the can like a fire hose. It is extremely hard to target specific areas. The coverage is fine, but the can is so not user friendly that I rarely use it.

The color does not appear well where I spray. As I keep applying more product for better coverage, it looks less natural. Not a lot of control applying with this spray.
