This didn’t work on my hair like I hoped it would.
I was looking for something that I could use right before I need to color again. But this didn’t really make any difference. The color is very pretty and I am sure that an another shade of blonde would work well with it.
I just love E-Salon products. So even though this wasn’t for me, I am sure it will be great for someone else. That is why I gave it a four star rating.

Didn’t dry my hair out nor did it leave blotchy purple patches like some purple toning shampoos can do. I think I prefer pureology’s or the one from matrix better though.

I love the idea of the tint rinse, it does seem to work a little, But it will stain your towels so be sure to rinse it out of your hair really good! I have other tint rinses that I prefer, and will not be getting this again simply because I was not satisfied with my other purchases.

It says use twice a week, I only wash my hair twice a week. I try to stay away from sulfates parabens all the bad chemicals, so this is outside my norm. I do think it is depositing some color? Time will tell.

This is a lovely little refresh tint the colour is great and the ease of applying , the only con I personally had was it made my hair feel abit straw like straight after using it but applying conditioner after helped with that.

I have well water and it can leave my hair a brassy blonde color. And it has an awful feel. I switched to distilled water and I use this tint rinse every time I wash my hair. Goodbye brassy blonde color!

I enjoy this red rinse for adding a fair amount of (noticeable) color but it does stain the tub and shower curtain!! Usually washes out gradually over a few weeks

I do have a suggestion though. Have you noticed that there is no Color NAME on the tube? I'm in the shower with water in my eyes and grabbed one of my (2) tubes of tint. I'm visually impaired anyway, but I couldn't see whether I had grabbed the RED or the COPPER. No color on tube.....just a band of color that is very difficult to differentiate between red and copper. There are only a limited amount of tint colors anyway so it should not be a big deal to easily read the name so I don't accidentally apply the wrong color. Thank you.

I bought this as I've always wanted a toner to run through my hair instead of pulling my roots through with permanent dye. I've not used it yet as I've just had my hair done at the hair dressers, but I will use it in the New Year! I will submit another review when I've used it.

I love the results from this Tint Rinse, especially with my red-copper color I use it about two weeks after coloring, when my color is not that bright anymore, but by roots are not so visible different yet. The only thing I would improve on this is the smell, cause it has similar odour like actual color, I would love if it could smell more like a shampoo.

Smells nice, really works on coppers and perhaps even some auburns, not sure what other colours it comes in but if your hair is tinted this a must have lol leaves hair in great condition and gives new life to your colour in between your tints. Also great value, I’ve paid up to 3 times as much in salons, all round great product.

It is a good solution for between coloration. But I would prefer that the consistency was creamer, not as runny. And that it brings life to the hair, not only deposit color.
A nourishing mask would be preferable than just a rinse.

The Rinse was nice & mellowed out the brassiness. The Toner was a bit too dark and dramatically colored over all my highlights & multi tonal hair, making it very lifeless! Waiting for it to wash out and get some life back in my hair...

It's great for evening out my tone, but it's REALLY watery and shouldn't be in a tube. I have to store it in a plastic box or it will stain my tub/shower.

Can’t say I notice a huge difference however I have noticed that my color does not look as ‘tired’ and faded as it would in the past in between colouring cycles. So I would say it is doing its job 🤩.

I have about 50 % grey hairs (got my first at 19) most of it at the front of my head, and have had to start colouring my originally medium brown hair a "Honey-Blond" colour so the greys don't show as much. Love the colour and it suits me, but I tend to get a lot of "brass" which this product helps to keep to ta minimum. Unfortunately it also seem to strip some of the colour from near the roots, where the colour is "newest". I have to be a bit careful with how and how often I use it, but I continue to use it with a bit of care.

I used this and I love it. Only complaint is, it’s a bit too runny so I tend to lose some of it as I’m putting some into my hand to lather my hair with.

The only reason why I’ve designated 4 stars and not 5 is because the shade offered does not provide the coverage for my current Esalon formulation which is Black roots with Black/Blue ends. I am turning completely gray at a young age and love black hair. Esalon affords me this luxury and convenience at my own doorstep and sinkside. Thank goodness!!! I’ve searched for a long time of quality hair color systems and I’ve arrived. Please, please offer on Black and I will order Asap. With the brunette that received, my hair looks and feels nourished, shiny and soft. Had it not been for my grays at the root, this would be an awesome way to keep my coils/mane fresh like I just visited the salon.

I complained my colour was looking quite orange and was advised to use this to remove brassiness between colours.
Instructions are to use once a week.
It foams like shampoo so you probably don't need that much but I find I do use a good grape sized amount as its quite runny.

The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because it's not for me.
I have tried the product 3 times and gave up in the end, so past it on to my friend.
My friend has used the Tint Rinse a few times and is very pleased with the product and is delighted with the end result.
One happy lady.

One thing I wish I’d known before I used this: it makes a lot of suds and you have to get it on your hair evenly. I treat it more like hair color when it comes to application. It certainly does the job of freshening my quick-to-fade Auburn tresses.

Used this product to add back copper pigment to my bleached pastel purple/silver hair prior to coloring back to my natural color. And I can not believe how well it worked in just THREE minutes. I wish I could post pictures. I put it on dry, and after the 3 minutes my dusty lilac locks were indeed copper!! I have another bottle coming with my next hair color shipment. I will try leaving it on longer and see if I can get a brighter punch of color next time!!!
