I love leave in conditioner but this product feels more like a mix between gel and serum, there’s not a whole lot of richness to this “conditioner”. The smell is nice and light, but I find myself having to use a lot more product to ensure I get the results I want.

My hair got damaged from stripping hair color. I got it almost back to soft and supple. This was so highly rated I figured I would try it, but the effect was still dry. I had better results with a dab of regular hair conditioner

I didn't really like this leave in conditioner as well as the Weekly Retreat I usually use. For some reason I felt like this left my hair feeling a little sticky at times, maybe I wasn't getting it dispersed well enough.

The color, especially at crown, fadedsfter 2 weeks. It also made my hair more frizzy. This product probably depends in hair type. Color at first was really good.

It actually dried my hair. I have used it twice and will never use it again. I have long hair and couldn’t get a comb through it after applying. I have loved all the products and been a member for years but will not be reordering this product.

The Universal Leave-In smells nice and clean, but it did very little to condition my hair or control frizz. It is thin in consistency, and seems a little watery.

I like the way this soaks into my hair and makes it easier to brush, but this leave in seriously stinks! Every time I touch my hair after applying, even later I the day, I can smell it on my hands. I’m not sure if I’ll be able to use more than the couple times I’ve tried it thus far. Simply too much scent.

It smells nice and after using for almost two weeks or so I do like how shiny it makes my hair. The only reason I can’t give this product five stars is because it makes my hair too soft that it won’t hold a curl. Wouldn’t be a big deal at all if I still straightened my hair or had straight hair that I could just brush and go.

Front of bottle says Universal Leave-In... Leave in conditioner detangles, hydrates and fights frizz, which if it was an actual leave-in conditioner it would make it much easier to comb through and would look soft and healthy, however it has done the complete opposite no matter how much i used I was left with stringy tangled hair...
Now if you flip the bottle over the directions are at the top with no suggested amount to use and says clean toweled dried hair, focusing on mid-lengths and ends.. air dry or style as desired... That doesn't work simply because if you then continue to read it says Condition on the go..GET DAILY HYDRATION WITH THIS LIGHTWEIGHT LEAVE IN LOTION WHILE COMBATTING FRIZZ, FLYAWAYS AND COLOR FADE. LOTION AND CONDITIONER ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT & LOTION CAN BE PUT ON DRY HAIR WHILE CONDITIONER IS USUALLY APPLIED AFTER YOU WASH AND CONDITION YOUR HAIR. LOTION USED IN WET HAIR DOES NOT DRY NICELY. AND IN THE DIRECTIONS IT SHOULD SAY TO COMB IT THROUGH SO THAT IT SPREADS EVENLY THROUGH THE HAIR IF IT WERE A CONDITIONER AS THE FRONT OF PRODUCT STATES BUT IF ITS A LOTION THEN IT SHOULD NOT BE PUT IN DRY HAIR AND APPLY A DIME SIZE OR NICKLE SIZE AMOUNT TO ENDS OF HAIR... YOU CAN'T USE ONE PRODUCT AS A LOTION AND CONDITIONER BC ITS 2 DIFFERENT PRODUCTS

I read commentes from previous users on this product. Was excited to purchase it, but was not all expected. There was no difference in the friz on my hair. I would not purchase it again. I follow instructions extacly but was very dissapointed.

The product smells pretty but made my hair frizzy. I have curly hair and this product just made it frizzy. I’ve used twice and I had horrible results.

I was expecting this leave-in conditioner to provide lasting moisture, but I experienced the opposite result. My hair was extremely dry after blow-drying it right after the application of this product and I had to wash the product out of my hair.

I thought it would be a lighter leave in conditioner, but I could feel the oiliness of it on my hands before I worked it into my hair, avoiding the roots. It did not detangle as well as spray on products I have tried and weighed down my fine hair too much. I will go back to Matrix Instacure as my go to detangler.

I was disappointed with this product. It makes my hair tacky and I feel like it’s dryer and harder to manage and blow dry. It did not help with frizz and it also straightens what wave I have instead of softening them.

I am so disappointed in this product since it didn’t do anything to my hair. It didn’t even give any moisture to the hair let alone get rid of the freeze.
Really bad product😩 Please if possible I want my money back.

Hi, please don't send this again. It didn't help my frizz at all.
Hi, please don't send me the love-in conditioner anymore. It did not work on my frizz.
I also would like to bring up my color issues.
First, for about 3-5 days, it's perfect. After that, my color is super faded. My grays were initially covered, but not anymore. They come back in about a week to 10 days.
Can someone please help me?

I blow dry my hair about 3 times a week. This leave in conditioner makes my hair frizzy. I have thick hair and it really doesn't do much for me.

Opening it, the smell was overpowering. Extremely floral and wouldn’t dissipate once on. Will not use again. Wish the smell was neutral, so I can smell how I want to.

The leave in conditioner is great product, it leaves your hair soft and silky. The problem i have is with the packageing. I went squeeze the product out of the container and and it started coming out the sides and every where else except the whole that it was supposed to. So more product is actually being wasted than used which is not good when you pay $15 for a tube of product that is being used every day.
