My colorist Andrea was amazing. She really listened and I finally have the perfect colour...brown base with some red tones.
My hair feels silky and is shiny.
Only suggestion is I'd love some sulfate, silicone and paraben free shampoos and conditioners to be offered.

I LOVE the colors chosen for me. I filled out and attached a photo and received a email telling me the color I choose would not be the most complimentary and my stylist was adjusting a few things. Now of course, if I didn't like what they chose they would fix it....I LOVE IT. I actually received two colors, which I have never done myself before. It was so easy and came out so awesome. I have gotten so many compliments. I will definitely be getting this again.

This is my first time using e-Salon and I’m delighted with the results! My hair had previously been balayaged and my roots had grown in so was great to be given a root colour as well as a mid-lengths and ends colour. Was really easy to apply and the result is gorgeous! Managed to keep the tonal high and lowlights, the root blends in really well to the lengths, and it’s made my hair lovely and shiny. My hairdresser commented on how good it looked so happy to have her approval!

My husband cut my hair in a Bob and after putting eSalon custom color on the new cut I received so many compliments. The quality of products made my hair so shiny and healthy. I was a bit sceptical about this as I have a lot of grey and my hair was already dyed blonde, so I didn't know how the dye would react with my hair. When applied, the dye was an awful lot darker than the one I usually used, which was a bit alarming, however once it was washed off and dried the colour was perfect. I still had some grey showing through but it looked natural rather than uncared-for. My hair was lovely and soft and overall I am very pleased with it. Will definitely be ordering again!

The convenience of using this hair color is almost as great as the product itself. Great, rich color that covers grays 100% and is relatively easy to use makes this hair color the one for me! Not having to choose between boxes in a store isle and having this product chosen for me is a huge bonus.

I asked that my color be re-worked because I was spending a lot of time outside and up in the mountains. I asked that my color be lightened and added a bit more gold and no pearl. I stopped using this brand years ago because I wasn't getting the desired results. I changed to another brand and lately was not happy with theirs either. I decided to give Esalon another try. They recommended I go with Demi-permanent since I was trying to grow out my gray! I can’t say enough about the color. It’s amazing!! Super coverage and beautiful shine!! It’s been four weeks, and the color looks no different than when I put it on. I have no line of demarcation because it fades ever so slightly and seems to blend the gray, so it’s not that obvious growing in.

I really like the service provided by esalon - the personalisation of the products makes it a really delightful at home experience when having to monthly dye my hair. Love how the root color and rest of hair color is different, but blends. Root color matches your natural hair more so not so noticable when hair begins to grow. Great coverage! No smell, soft hair 😊

Vraiment top, je suis ravie, mon mari vient de me faire ma couleur et vraiment le rendu est là, je vais voir ce que cela donne dans le temps mais pour l'instant, je recommande cet achat.

What a brilliant way to have the perfect hair colour.
I was finding it harder to get to my hairdressers due to my husband being ill and decided to dye my own hair. Whilst researching the best home hair dyes I came across this company. So pleased I did, I have only had one pack but will be sure to carry on. The colour is perfect, the equipment etc is so very easy to use, if only I had found them before. I’ll not change now.

I have been dyeing my hair at home for quite some time (I also have gone to hair salons) and I have been struggling to find a good hair color that could cover my greys while also achieving a uniform color. So I was quite excited to try esalon.
I really loved the experience of having a personalized color set delivered at my door.
The cute box included everything I needed to achieve a great color, the instructions were very clear and I appreciated the fact that I could stick them on my wall and read along as I dyed my hair.
The color came out exactly as explained on the instructions. I am looking forward to my next order.
I also appreciate the impeccable custom support that I received.

I was astounded by how well this color set looked on my natural hair! I didn't think anyone could possibly match my color and make it look so natural. I had my stylist use the kit because I did not want to mess my hair up. To my surprise, it comes with explicit directions and all the necessary items to actually do this on your own. This second kit is for when I go back in August. As of right now, my hair color still looks amazing. They did an excellent job in matching my true color. It accentuated all the copper and blonde in my hair. My hairdresser could not believe the outcome was phenomenal. When I got out in the sun it really looked fabulous. If you haven't tried this yet you don't know what your missing.

This box, when I opened it I was so Excited! It look so expensive but it was not. 😀 Even the labels had my name on them! I am reading the into & instructions. Will be back later to change my photo to a new one with my new color! Soooo Excited!! Thank You!!

Very sceptical after a friend recommended, went online followed the vey easy process to get the right colour, sent a picture, arrived a few days later, opened and followed instructions to the letter, what took a hairdresser 5 hours to do, in just over an hour salon results. I have very thick hair and very long so as it’s my first time I took my time when the 35 minutes was up I looked in the mirror thought that hasn’t worked but continued with the final steps so pleased I did all I can say is wow, the colour the shine, the softness absolutely blown away no more 5 hours for me, Esalon for means no more juggling appointments, no more weeks with roots. Just healthy beautiful hair.
Highly recommend you will not be disappointed.

I love my color! My colorist has really listened to what I want, and it has been achieved. Added it with the Highlight Kit and it gave me the perfect icy blonde color for summer.

Color match was perfect. Amazing as high priced salons have not been able to match. Now to see how long it lasts. But so far extremely satisfied. Easy application my teenage daughters enjoyed helping and were impressed with the color match.

I love how healthy my hair feels after my custom coloring. I've never used a brush before and it definitely made a difference with accuracy and saturation. The color wasnt exactly what i wanted but I'm sure it's just a matter of adjusting it a little. Thanks Sylvia.

I was skeptical to do this since I’ve never done my own hair. But I thought I’d give it a shot and I’m so glad I did! I only color my roots, so matching my hair color was scary but it came out great! They matched my hair color perfectly! I will absolutely continue to use this. The instructions were so easy to follow and going through the process of picking a shade was super easy.

Love the color the stylus nailed it it's exactly what I wanted and my hair feels soft not damaged like it usually does after I dye it from the other boxed dyes this is the best dye I ever got I'm extremely happy 💛

This was my first order with esalon and I am SO IMPRESSED! The color is beautiful, it doesn't stink, shipping was quick and my hair feels so nice after the coloring. They were also very quick to respond when I realized my address was wrong and changed it quickly so I would get my order on time.

The colour i choose was Medium Blonde i was going from a Champagne Blonde, and what i wanted was a toned down medium blonde with some warmth but not as much. The colourist took into account what i wanted and listened to what i wrote on my details and formulated a lovely gorgeous medium blonde. I have had lots of compliments!. The colour proper suits my complexion and eyes and even gives me a bit of a glow in my face. Its deffnitely worth giving this a go if you are thinking about it just do it :) and its so much more cheaper than going to the salons, and just as good as getting it done in the salons. X

Le choix de la couleur est assez intuitif et facile, on se laisse guider par les questions.
J'ai reçu ma commande rapidement. Explications claires, box très complète.
J'ai pu voir à la première application que le produit n'abimait pas du tout mes cheveux, au contraire !!
J'ai eu quelques ajustements sur la couleur à faire, échanges sans problème avec le service client, réponses rapides, couleur ajustée, pour moi c'est tout nickel !
