First, the packaging is wonderful! They thought of everything, from simple easy-to-follow directions, to very specific identification of each item in the kit, to the sticker you can use to hold up the directions. It was easy to follow the directions and my results were perfect for me. I would highly recommend!

I'm 47, natural hair but starting to go grey. I used an app and found a complementary colour for my skin tone.
I found esalon, the quiz was so supportive, I had no idea of my hair colour, undertone ect. The quiz allowed for that, I uploaded a photo of me and 1 of my ideal colour.
I never imagined the outcome. The box has everything I need, equipment, instructions and the end colour was a perfect match ( thanks Stephanie my colourist)
Esalon make it easy to re order- although I have no idea when the grey will come back, I can postpone my delivery until I am ready.
If you want the expert advice of a salon colourist at a fraction of the price- esalon is for you.

I needed to re dye my hair and I wanted something gentle as my hair as been so over dyed with cheap hair dyes. I found ESalon and the packing was lovely along with all the extras you wouldn’t get in a cheap hair dye. E.g stain guard, stain remover which is a godsend! The colour is perfect and I’m so so happy 🤩 thank you so much E-Salon! 🙏🏻

First time I ordered colour set and I imagined it will be something similar like from store. I was nice surprised, when I got it right colour for me. I heard a lot of compliments. The hairs are very soft and lustrous after colouring.

I’ve stressed so much b4 I found ESALON because my hairdresser couldn’t find the color similar to the one you created for me. It just went obsolete one day and she could never develop it on her own. You guys are the best. I saw your ad on Utube one day and just had to try and see if you really could do what you advertised you did. I found it easier picking the color closest to my hair color by seeing a color chart you guys put up one day. You are the best ever ! I’ve used esalon for several years now and I recommend them to everyone. The custom color from the colorist is perfect, great coverage and shine. That was my review in 2019 and let me tell you on the threshold of 2024, I still love the product, it delivers a beautifully consistent color every time, the color specialist and I have perfected my color and it's beautiful for at least 4 weeks. I hadn’t done my hair at home in a very long time and I absolutely love this product. When I first changed the color I thought it was too dark but after a couple of washes it was perfect. I have very resistant gray and left it on a bit longer and it covered well but may have to leave it 10 minutes longer. I’m happy with this product.

With very little experience doing it myself this is a great set to start with. Very clear simple instructions and I was very pleased with the results with no stains left afterwards. It covered my light greying very well. Very difficult to justify the salon prices. My hair is in great condition afterwards

I am blown away. You absolutely nailed my color (on the first go!). I look like me, but more polished. Hair color is revived, no white hairs sticking out. I have had bad experiences with dying my hair at home using box dye or some thing I picked up from Sally’s, but the instructions and quality of this product were perfect. This is an incredible service. You’ve got a fan for life :)

I'm 34 and have plenty of greys! I've only ever used box dyes and usually see the greys again after a week of colouring. I used this for the first time and a cannot believe how good the coverage is! Also with very dark hair I finally have an even colour with a beautiful tint of red. The condition of my hair is amazing too. I really rate e salon. I got freebies in my first box which was a lovely touch and the packaging is so pretty and luxurious. Attention to detail by these guys is amazing! If you wish to amend your colour or have any issues the responses are so prompt and staff so helpful. Brilliant idea to bring the salon to your home with outstanding results! I'm on week 5 of colour now and I'm still happy with the vibrancy. Very happy customer x

Matched my color perfectly-- hid my gray and worked seamlessly to cover roots. Not sure what the difference was between this formulation and the last, but it actually did not fade! It still looks great!

I was a bit skeptical when I ordered this kit, flashbacks to the in store prepackaged hair color kits that can damage hair. I am so happy that I went ahead and ordered this kit. Very easy to follow instructions and everything included in the kit. I still have a few very stubborn grey areas, so next time I’ll play a little closer attention to those areas. However, my hair feels and looks great! Thank you for developing this kit!!!!! ❤️

I chose the Soft Black (intense pearl) and used it a couple of weeks ago.
I will always use E-salon from now on, the colour is absolutely perfect and the softness of my hair is immense, its never been in this condition after colouring for so long
Because my hair is fine, it gets greasy quickly and so needs washing everyday. the colour has not faded or anything, its still beautiful and silky soft like its only just been coloured and had an expensive treatment at a hair salon. Cannot recommend E-salon highly enough

Like, OMGoodness. This shade was exactly what I wanted. And, the instructions were clear for roots v. ends, application was a snap, and the color is wearing well with no fading after washing! (A challenge for red hues.) So glad I found my new go-to for hair color. I'm super impressed and happy!

I love how easy it is to color my hair now. It is nice being able to change my color when I am bored as well. I don’t worry about getting a color that might not look good since a licensed hair dresser is analyzing my hair to give me the best result. I love how well they color match my hair as well if I go get it done at a salon. I can easily touch up my roots!

Love this product. It extremely easy to pick your hair color. The mixtures are well done, comes with easy to follow instructions. If you have ever dyed your hair at home you can follow this easily. Way more convenient than driving to Sally’s Beauty supply. Arrives well packaged.

I have been using this for nearly 7 years. It is by far the best colour I have ever tried and I never went back once I tried it. I get compliments on my hair colour all the time and people are very surprised when I tell them I actually colour my own hair and use a colour that is conveniently delivered to me. I love the fact that I can adjust my order frequency, skip an order, or get it sooner if I need it. Everything is packed so well, the instrucions are clear and overall it is super easy. I Like the extras like the gloves, shampoo and conditioner, everything I need is neatly packed for me in a single box. The customer service is great too. I once had a shipment with a burst bottle of developer - it only happened once in nearly 7 years and the weather was extremely cold at the time. They replaced the order within days at no charge. I recommend this to all my friends.

I have been having and personally coloring my hair since I was 13 ( currently 46) I don't even know what my natural color is any more other than I have two stubborn gray streaks like Lily Munster and I have never been completely satisfied with my hair color until Now!It's always been "not quite" Now I'm bragging to everyone about you guys and how wonderful your product is! My friend liked my color so much I had to get a double order so she could try it to see if she liked it as much for herself. You guys are amazing and definitely need to do more advertising and spread out your availability because women need better access to these wonder products!

These products make coloring your hair, easy and now I look forward to doing my hair. Full instructions, easy as, 1-2-3, even has tutorial. The packaging is beautiful and the pink box is sooo feminine,. Nice clean fragrance too. I'm going too gift my sister, With esolon, she'll love it as much as I do

Covered my grey no problem, & i have a lot of grey!
It didn't make my head sting, some of the off the shelf colour kits have that effect when i've used them in the past.

eSalon mixed my color just for me and it is perfect. I also like that it comes with everything that you need to color your hair at home (i.e., gloves, etc.). I appreciate their timely correspondence and follow up!

I decided to try eSalon after deciding my natural silver wasn't working for me ... I've been impressed with how well this formula covers Gray, but I was even more impressed when I requested a slight change to my color (my original strawberry was looking a little pink in some light, so I requested a slightly deeper shade of red). Highly recommend for anyone who wants salon quality results.

This is my 2nd try at this product. My first try didn’t cover my roots (my fault I asked for a formula to light). They shipped me out a darker formula and it worked great! Very pleased with product and customer service!

Quality good. Condition of hair after process good. Color good. Gray coverage suboptimal root coverage in areas with high percentage gray. My hair is porous and color spreads to ends even when application limited to roots. Overall, pleased. Working on color adjustments.

This is the best hair color product I have ever used. Doesn't dry out my hair, and the color last so long compared to what you buy off the store shelves! Being able to adjust the color to get my natural color - you guys are awesome!

Estaba insegura de intentar por segunda vez el tinte, pero fue la.mejor opción! Hubo un ajuste de color de la primera vez, y ahora si es el.color que quería!:) y no maltrato mi cabello quedo suave y brillos

I was really pleased with my colour; it got rid of my greys(mostly) and the gingery look my hair had!
Was impressed with the free ends colour, it made quite a difference to my horrible ginger colour.
I'm going to keep same colour for now and just do my roots to remove the grey growth.
I highly recommend your products. Thanks😊

I coloured my hair for the first time alone and I'm really satisfied with the experience with eSalon :)
I was afraid I won't like the change in me, so I decided to go highlighting my hair instead of a full coverage. I've done quite heavy highlight on about 70% of my hair and the result is amazing! I'm really happy with it

I have been self-dying my hair for the past 10-12 years. I have to compliment the service on how custom it is! I think it will encourage me to also try some other shades! The packaging is great and I must admit - it is a loooooot of hairdye!
