I’ve been using Esalon for four years. It’s made coloring so easy. It’s on my own time, in my own house. I can easily color by myself. Esalon Hair Color always leaves my hair feeling soft and silky. I have dark brunette, naturally curly hair. I wear my hair straight, soft curls, or scrunched in a natural free style. Esalon has always managed to take the brassiness out so that in the sun, I don’t get a red hue from the coloring. Every summer we spend a lot of time in chlorine water, floating in rivers, and playing in lakes. And the gray is perfectly covered for 6 weeks. I’m 70 years old, my hair is below shoulder length and even after using ESalon for 4 years my hair is very healthy.

Y’all, this is magic. I submitted my info and 2 photos of my hair (which had multiple colors, exposed roots, grays…all the problems). My stylist Sylvia absolutely nailed. I have NEVER been this happy with my color. It’s consistent, natural-looking, maintained my natural highlights, and is BETTER than I could have hoped for. I am terrible at coloring my hair, and this was so easy. My boyfriend said it looks like I had my hair professionally colored. I am a customer for life.

I was a bit skeptical at first however my colorist Sarah got it right. My hair was a faded out strawberry blonde and I needed it to be more red copper. She nailed it. It’s a shiny red copper ish. It’s soft and I love it. And affordable.

Very easy process, colour was exactly what I wanted. Time consuming to apply, but I think I’ll be quicker the more I do it. Hair very soft and shiny after.

I opened my box today and colored my hair. Loved the packing and how individualized it is for the customer. Easy to use. Very well instructions given. Enough tubes to cover my hair. It is so smooth and lush. I do feel that the color turned out a little darker than I expected even though I timed it as per instructions. Hoping that it will turn the right color after 1-2 wash.

We had missed a small, but noticeable section
abt 2 “ above my ear from the hairline to behind my ear!!! I called, expecting to pay for a new kit. Instead I was sent another kit by priority to correct the mistake. So impressed. Also whomever I speak with, is always so gracious and full of great tips/info.

The Esalon team listened carefully to my feedback on the colour tone I received in my first order and adjusted the colour to exactly how I wanted. It took a long time to receive my order though.

Absolutely love this dye- it perfectly mimics my natural hair colour and manages to cover greys well. It looks completely natural (unlike most over-the-counter dyes I’ve used before that have a red tinge and always end up being darker than intended!!) I like the subscription option and that you can change the frequency of delivery. My only wish is that there was an option when building the custom colour pack to choose latex or non latex gloves for the pack- I’m allergic to Nitrile and found the latex-free gloves provided in the pack caused a bad dermatitis like reaction on my hands. Latex would have been fine! Gloves aside, I love the colour and will continue to use the dye.

I am new to at home color and couldn't be happier. The instructions were easy to understand and I could follow them with no problems. The colorist planned my two-step change from grown out light blond to my more natural brunette perfectly. My hair turned out beautiful and I am getting so many complements.

I am 60 years old and have colored my hair at home for a very long time. Then I started having my hairdresser do it because my color always faded out so fast,the same thing happened when she did it within three weeks my hair was probably three or four shades lighter than it should have stayed.That did not happen with my hair color that I received from Esalon ! I’m going on five weeks, and the color has remained just as deep and vibrant as it started out, I couldn’t be happier with it.

Honestly, I was sceptic before I recieved my color set. But when I use it, I was pleasantly surprised. The texture of the mix is very thick like they use in the salon, the smell was even pleasant. My color turned out exactly as I expected. All instructions are very clear. Will purchase again for sure and recommend for a friend.

I love this set. The ability to do my own hair at home, save loads of money and walk away with soft, shiny, healthy hair is amazing. On top of that, it's easy and saves me time. My colorist has been very patient with me in finding a color that's exactly what I wanted and I love it!!!

I choose a colour I would like to have and sent some photos of my current hair and the hair colour I would like. I never expected the colourist to actually analyse my current hair colour and give me a honest opinion. I thought they would just accept my request but the colourist message me and said the colour would be too dark and turn my hair too red and asked me to try the colour blend they made for me. Not only the colourist was right (their blend was not too dark) but the colour is even more beautiful than the one I choose! It reallly suits me.So happy they actually personalise the colour to suit you better and not just accept your requests.

I did the online consultation, received my box very quickly, loved the fact it was personalised! I was nervous about using it...but I used it today. I wanted ash dark brown, and I love it, it is actually ash, even when I buy box dye ash brown, it always has warm tones and this did not, I an so happy with this. Its a great idea doing this as long as the price stays down, I will 100% be recommending this.

I have been using esalon getting close to 1 year now. I was skeptical at first but after a bad salon visit, I decided to go for it! I sent in a request and I actually spoke to my colorist, and she helped me choose the right color on the phone and within a week I had my color with precise directions and all the tools and even tips included. Esalon is NOT like the old school way of coloring your hair. It’s so much more!!! If that wasn’t all, they’ve even gone the extra step to put your name on your personalized color and personalized instructions too!!
I’ve been using the same color till now, I sent a request asking to add some copper color to my light brown hair. Not only did I get EXACTLY what I asked for but I also got even more detailed instructions AND I was told that if I had any questions at all, to contact esalon and I’d be directed to my colorist! GAME CHANGER, I’m telling you!!

I have never had an experience with at home dye that didn't damage my hair in some way, but with my esalon color, not only was the color beautiful, but my hair looked healthier, shinier, and felt so much softer and smoother. And I am in no way a pro, actually I'm quite bad at doing my hair, but they lay it all out step by step and make it fool proof. It's great & for a fraction of the cost of a salon, I highly recommend.

I have always bought my colour in a supermarket until I came across esalon by accident as an ad on YouTube.
My other colours always fade out over weeks but with esalon this is a PROFESSIONAL job!
Presented beautifully in a lovely pink box with personalised instructions, they provide EVERYTHING you need to put in your colour plus extras. The fact you can upload a current photo of your hair means the colourist can make up something exactly right just for you.
Nobody can believe I colour my hair because the colour is SO good it looks natural.
I would highly recommend everyone to try this once, you will never look back!

This has ended up being my preferred color for my base/root color! It has the perfect richness of a dark chestnut color that's not too warm to where it looks brassy, and not to cool to where I look drowned out. It's perfect for my skin tone also.

Une première commande pour moi.
Je suis une adepte de couleurs de supermarché, et je me suis dis pourquoi pas car je ne trouvais jamais la couleur que je recherchais.
Maintenant j ai trouvé.... ici !
Genial ! Couleur superbe, hyper naturelle... exactement ce que je cherchais.
Pas de taches sur la peau ni sur le cuir chevelu, je peu sortir aussitôt sans qu'on me soupçonne d'avoir fait une couleur.

I've tried every box colour on the shelves and within a few washes back were the greys! Put this colour on 3 weeks ago and still no greys!!!! I'm blown away. Absolutely fantastic won't be using anywhere else for my colour from now on!

I love my color. It looks great and it came with everything I needed. This product costs a little more than what I would normally pay but it is totally worth it. I am very happy I found this product. I have it shipped regularly so I don’t even have to worry about it.

This is THE BEST color I've ever had on my hair. I have gone to salons since I was in my early 20s. This color is so right on the mark. I am so happy and will use eSalon forever.

Le kit reçu est toujours aussi beau et agréable à utiliser. Les choses sont bien passées et le déroulement facilité.
Ne pas hésiter à demander un renforcement des racines, ça évitera de faire des escaliers...

J'adore 🤗 merci à la coloriste c'est vraiment ce que je voulais. J'avais des reflets roux suite à une coloration du commerce et la ils ont presque disparu et aussi ça couvre bien les cheveux gris. Super pratique de la recevoir automatiquement.

I cannot believe how amazing my hair turned out with this and the highlights. From the vantage point of a salon, chair, and person standing in front of me, I've spent so much time trying to accurately explain the type of "gold" I wanted my hair to reflect, and I've always assumed it was me who couldn't get it right. It probably was, but still...I've never had anyone nail my overall "antique gold" effect the way this colorist did. I love it. I love the roots, and I love the highlights. My hair feels healthy, vibrant, and looks so much fun. Yes, I did it myself and I have no patience, but even I couldn't mess this up. It's so fabulous. Thank you, eSalon. You've changed my life.

It is an amazing product. My hair looks much better and healthier than before when I used to buy the supermarkets hair color. For the next one I would like to choice a little lighter color.

I changed from another home coloring brand. I’m so glad I did. I colored my hair last week and love the results. My hair is softer the color is a match to color shown in photos. The other brand was always so much darker than what the photos showed. Really good grey coverage.

First time coloring my hair at home, and it turned out incredible. It has depth, covered well, matches my natural color, and looks healthy and shiny. I'm so impressed with how it covered my greys as well. I'm definitely a convert! Thank you for such a great experience, I was pretty hesitant to try coloring my own, but it couldn't have been more successful.

I’ve been going back and forth with my colorist to get a brighter red and better gray coverage and this last batch was so much better. The costumer service with this company is great.

It was a great experience as to the connection with eSalon and the process of getting product. Was really impressed with packaging and everything I received on my first order. The color was not as expected for my roots but the ends of my hair are true to color expectations. Not sure if I should have left on my roots longer to get the deep chocolate color I was expecting but I will definitely try again. Thanks eSalon for a good experience.

I took a chance on this product, and I am so pleased with the results! I have long hair and It covered highlights on the ends, as well as gray coming in on the top.
