I've been a red-head for 30 years, trying to work with my natural auburn highlights. Working with my Esalon colorist, we have reached the perfect color for me. I love the convenience and pricing as well. In my mailbox on a schedule I can change as needed. The cost is a little more than drugstore brands, but minimal compared to going to a salon. I really do like this product. The color turned out like I expected and the feel of my hair is soft and not as stiff or rough as it seems to be when I use color off the shelf from the store. Obviously more cost effective than going to a salon.

Initially I thought my colour was too dark, however, after a few washes I can now honestly say that this is the best colour my hair has ever been. I was impressed by the professional packaging and the detailed thought provided to me by eSalon. Being given two pairs of gloves and pre and post treatment to prevent hair colour going onto my skin is not something you get from home hair dye kits normally. My grey roots have not come through as quickly using this product and I feel that it is like having a professional hair salon treatment but in the comfort of my own home. 100% impressed.

So, I was extremely hesitant to try this whole idea of ordering a hair color online and then crossing my fingers that it was the right color... HOWEVER, I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this color! I have battled for years between getting a salon color which I love and the $150 which I don't love. I've thought about ordering many times, but never committed to doing it myself. Taking a leap I gave it a shot and I am so happy I did. I'm adjusting my next order to add the shampoo and conditioner. I love them too! I am very happy with my 1st hair color. For once, I had plenty of product to fully color my thick hair. The only thing I don't like is my hair now has a red tint. Gotta adjust my color.

I have used my custom color shipments five times now and just love it! I have made a couple of adjustments with my eSalon colorist and they have both been spot on! I have found eSalon's team really know what they are doing and the results are salon quality. My normal colorist that I go to for highlights in the summer, has completely been impressed with my results.

Followed easy to read instructions, colour was perfect! (Not so keen on the smell though).. after rinsing off, used shampoo and conditioner (which both smell lovely) with no trace of colour smell.. best I have used, will be sticking with e salon.. thank you

I took a chance on this company and am so glad I did. Product easy to use, complete directions, and color is perfect. After every order, they allow you to make adjustments on the color before the next shipment comes out.

I love ordering my color online like this, this was my first order - everything from the order process to receiving the box, to the instructions and the dyeing process was easy and fun! I decided to tweak the color a smidge the next time and even that process of reporting what I wanted differently was wonderful!

I just love the last color that I was sent. And just putting it on my roots was a good
thing to do because now it blends in with my bottom layers. I have reddish highlights which I wanted and my hair is shiny and soft to touch.

I am so happy with my hair color...and the fact that I can have it "tweaked" makes a big difference. This product completely covers my gray, and resists fading quite well.

I am very happy with my Esalon color. My hair is shiny, soft,and the color did not fade. I am able to go longer between touching up my roots than I could when going to a salon. My color was spot on. Very happy with this service.

This is a great way to avoid the harsh drug store hair colors and a lot of money at a salon. Plus the instructions have a suggestion to insure layered color instead of a "boxed flat color" look. My hair feels better.

I'm very impressed with e-salon services. The color leaves my hair soft and shiny; it lasts for weeks. The cost is negligible compared to the cost of a salon color in California.

I've tried many hair colors. Every one of them dries my hair out, but not this one. My hair feels and looks healthier than ever! And grays are covered very well.

eSalon have provided a hair colour that is the closest I have ever seen to my natural colour. At my age my colour is beginning to fade but this colour has revived it and me too!

This product utilizes a medium mahogany on my roots, and a copper-reddish blend for the ends of my hair. I have been very pleased with how natural the color looks when finished. The coloring does not damage my hair which is a plus. I am also pleased with the shampoo and conditioner included in the kit, which leaves my hair shiny and very cleanice smelling.

Many thanks for your support in getting the colour right. I am very pleased with the natural finish and ease of use. However as I have quite short hair I only use a third of the bottle and leave it on only for 10 minutes as my hair seems to take the colour so well. I would welcome feedback on this please. Many thanks again for your support in getting the colour just right.

I had the color adjusted to be less red-toned than my first order, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. Now my hair looks more like my natural color.
This color treatment is not harsh and leaves my hair looking healthy.
