This is a great product. I used to get highlights and lowlights to color my graying hair. Don't know how but this stuff adds variations in color and looks really natural. My hair looks and feels great. SOO much better than going to a hairdresser, sitting there for hours and paying $$$$$. Love it!

Not realising I was on autoship, I had to call Customer Service in London, England to stop the shipment and to refund the money that had already been taken. The person I spoke with was Lovely!! He was extremely efficient and polite, a real pleasure to speak to. I would recommend this company just based on their customer service, however, I have to give my colorist excellent rating also. She made a change to my order that was better than what I could do alone. She matched my natural hair color perfectly. I wholeheartedly recommend eSalon.

So I was nervous about doing this. I actually let my husband pick the color he wanted to see on me. I was nervous because it had the word copper in it. But what came out was a soft beautiful brown with shimmery copper highlights that perfectly complement it. I am sold and can't thank Anna and my husband enough!!

After using a top stylist for years I was so hesitant about doing this myself, but I took the chance and wow it was easier than I worked myself up over. Of course, my colorist was 99% responsible. I have been using Esalon for three years. When my excellent hair stylist retired, I couldn't find anyone else to either cut or color with the quality and expertise that she demonstrated when working on me. Out of frustration, I tried Esalon color. The quality is superb, it leaving my hair without the dry, straw-like consistency that I have experienced with even salon products, applied by stylists. I have adjusted my color on several occasions and, I find that I have far more control of the outcome than ever. Application is very easy. Alone, I use the bottle. With help, the brush and bowl. I control the time on my hair, 22 minutes, which keeps it soft and still absorbs the color. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants quality color.

This colour is just the best colour ever. It smells SO good, stings only a little in the eyes when applying. My hair feels alive after colouring, not as flat and dead as after using drugstore colours. It is shiny, and the whole process of colouring is such a pleasurable experience thanks to the many parts of the package: TWO pairs of gloves! Stain remover that ACTUALLY removes stains! And the stain guard smells so good, I wanna use it as a cream. I am just thrilled, totally worth the money.

I ordered this when I saw it on a Facebook ad. Super fast shipping and nice packaging.
After carefully reading the instructions I set up to color my hair.
(I have colored my hair at home for at least 30 years , so I feel like I know what I am doing.)
There was very little odor to the color. A pleasant surprise. Even though I have super thick and shoulder length hair one bottle was adequate coverage for roots and ends. The shampoo and condition have a very nice scent as well.
Anyway, we are three days post color. I am so pleased with the color and condition of my hair.
My hair is shiny and the color is exactly what I wanted. There isn't a strong chemical odor to my hair at all...which is super nice. I look forward to seeing how the next few weeks go and how the color and shine hold up.

Absolutely love my colour. So many people comment on it even after I have had it in for weeks. My hair is so well conditioned and shines beautiful.

I have to say i've never put a box to my hair and walked away from it saying wow that was so easy. The dye actually made my hair super soft and healthy and did a great job and making my hair all one color for the fist time in forever, and all in about 30 minutes. That's AWESOME.

I bought this a few weeks ago but, just colored my hgv air today. It turned out awesome!! I am very pleased with the color 5 stars from this girl. Its soft and the perfect color!!

I am still waiting to be disappointed but it hasn't happened! I love the color, I love that the kit had everything I would ever need for a great at-home color experience! Like a new boyfriend, e-salon is always attentive!

I've been going to a salon for over 30 years. So seeing what my colorist did, I just did the same thing using this product and I'm now saving a whole lot of money. Not to mention it looks great.

I do believe this color is for me...black is not an easy color to make look natural. The formula is not harsh, love the step by step and how to prolong the coloring. All at your own convenience. Thank you do much esalon.

I was surprised at the color I received. It was almost perfect so I had the salon expert tweak it a bit. Now I look 10 years younger. My beautician did the color for me and she thought it was very good quality!

I was worried as I went a little darker, closer to my natural duller shade.. but i am delighted. Natural highlights come thru the color and it looks fab.
