my hair can get orangey or brassy and with the formula I am receiving it remains the perfect color even after being out in the sun. I asked for a little lighter color and the adjustment was again perfect (with the Ash color adjusted as well to keep it from turning reddish/orange). Could not be happier.

I decided to try eSalon as I travel a lot and can't get with my regular colorist as often as I need to retouch. They did a great job in matching what I wear and I may be able to take on the whole job on my own regardless of where I am. I never expected that! Being able to delay a shipment is perfect too.

Navigating the website is a challenge. I couldn't find the highlights (hidden at the very bottom of the website) so I ordered my color, then found the highlights, which meant I had to pay shipping twice!
Please put the Highlights at the top of the website so we can find it! But thank you for this amazing product. It really is as good as salon color!

I had a friend with experience to apply the dye as it was my 3rd time coloring my hair at the age 53. We applied some of the dye to my eyebrows too.
The blonde highlights I had before were covered and the color looked very natural.
I am glad I got this product and will do again in January.

After experimenting too much with my hair and ending up with was about three different colors at once, I decided to give this brand a try, and I love the results. I used to go to the grocery store and try to decide what color to buy each time, alternating between a lighter color and a darker color each time. Now, the color is consistent and I don’t have to decide. I usually bought what was on sale that day. Love this, and the shampoo and conditioner preserve the color. They have lasted a long time, too, because I only use small amounts.

I noticed on today's application that the product is creamier and adheres to the hair much better. It was so much easier to apply and it lathered it beautifully. I LOVE it and of course the results are always professional!!!! I highly recommend Esalon.

J'adore la Coloration , de plus le produits sent extrêmement bon et me brûle pas le cuir chevelu comme dans un coiffeur ou ça vous chauffe le cuir chevelu , limite tu veut te grattée. Bah là non . Vraiment le produit es extra . Et je le recommanderai tout les mois tellement c'est un produit qui me chouchoute et où l'on peut même modifiée la couleur de cheveux si on trouve trop clair . De plus on le fait de chez nous c'est encore mieux j'adore . Vraiment merci esalon.

I have been purchasing eSalon hair color since 2012 with no problems or issues. The color is fabulous and as you can see it leaves my hair shiny and luxurious~ Because of my thick, long hair, I found that I needed more product to actually cover the grey. Without hesitation my eSalon consultant made sure that my orders would complete the job. My hairdresser even says "I don't know how you do it. I have people who come in after they have done their own hair, and i have to fix what they did." Lol, not me... he also says that my hair is in great condition! (Thanks again, i also use the Color Care Shampoo & Conditioner Duo.) You will not be disappointed with your product or the end result ~ I love eSalon & their awesome service... mmmm maybe i should think about highlights.... :)

I have dyed my hair since in my twenties. I am 48 now and finding that boxed hair dyes just aren't doing it for me anymore. My new growth was several shades lighter than the rest of my hair. With the esalon dye, it is a even color throughout. I haven't had my hair look this good since my twenties.
Super easy to use. I appreciated the thoughtful touches such as comfortable gloves, the stain guard, stain remover and non drip dye. Great application! Great experience. Excellent price as well.Thank you esalon for saving my looks!

J avoue avoir été agréablement surprised par la qualité de ce produit alors que j étais un peu sceptique. La coloriste a parfaitement fait son job. Je désirais enlever des reflets cuivrés et grâce à sa préparation, c est chose faite. Idéale pour mon teint. Économique, puisque je n ai utilisé que la moitié du flacon pour mes racines. S agissant du 2eme flacon pour les pointes, je n ai pratiquement utilisé que très peu de produits. Un peu foncé ppur moi puisque mes pointes sont claires. Le but était d enlever le cuivré et c est chise faite. Maintenant, j ai un ombré doré. Cela dit, le résultat est spectaculaire. J ai bien fait de leurs faire confiance. Les quelques cheveux gris que j avais ont bien été cachés. Couleurs brillantes et lumineuse. Je recommande....

I haven't colored my hair at home for about 5 years, so I'm a little out of practice. This whole experience was so easy and the color is beautiful! I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, so I sent my picture to the stylist and gave a vague description. The color came in the mail quickly and the kit had everything I needed, including personalized instructions. The color is beautiful and the coverage is great. I had a few grays and I can't even tell where they are! The dye wiped off my skin easily (and I was super messy and got it all over my arms). My hair was very soft and shiny after coloring. I would say the texture was better, like more supple, than before coloring. What an amazing product and experience!

I’ve been using eSalon for many years and as I’m getting older my hair is getting whiter and grayer. I went from being a vivacious red, orange redhead to slowly making my hair lighter and lighter so that the regrowth isn’t as obvious. I requested again this time they reduce the red (which I love) and my colorist mixed it PERFECT!!! I couldn’t of done a better job myself (and I used to be a cosmetologist that was great with color). It still looks natural, wasn’t a harsh change, but my roots are a light strawberry blonde only a tiny bit darker than the rest. Thanks so much for making hair color affordable and such excellent customer service!

This is by far the best hair coloring product I have ever used. The color is brilliant and so natural looking, folks cannot tell that I even dye my hair. I have been coloring my hair for over 30 years and this is best condition my hair has even been. Can't beat the price. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to have beautiful color, shining and healthy hair.

This product was great, I liked how everything I needed was included with the order, the only issue was that one of the bottles leaked during shipping. Even with some of the product missing, it still activated and worked with the color. I liked how my hair felt after coloring it, my hair was not dried out and felt soft and silky. I would highly recommend this product/service.

I was very apprehensive about ordering a hair color on-line, but what attracted me to Esalon services were the question they ask prior to matching me to a color that would suit me and cover my gray.

I've yet to have a truly perfect color on day 1. It's usually 3-5 days later when things "settle down" that it reaches the image I've had in my mind. What I love about E-salon is their wiliness to tweak your color to your specifications so that you are happy. With the colors I've gotten to this point I give them a platinum star in customer service and an amount gold star in the color area. Each time we change it gets better so kudos on that!!!

I had my color applied at eSalon in SF and it was fabulous. I got an 80/20 mix of blue to black (or maybe it was 60/40–it was the highest amount of blue they were allowed to mix). I got a great price because I had already purchased the color, and the stylist added what she needed to give me good saturation because I have a lot of hair. She also gave me an amazing blowout, which I rarely do for myself. I highly recommend the color and using an eSalon stylist. Color, care and convenience are the reasons I give this product + service 5 stars. They are easy to reach if you need support and they give you everything you need to get great color at home.

I love the customized formula and the ability to adjust the undertones. I recently reduced the violet to more mahogany for a warmer color. Sometimes they give me Color for free!

Such a good deal; gone are the days when I had to waste hours in the beauty salon; "No I don't want coffee or wine! I just want my hair colored". Now I do my own. i have been a customer since 2013 and tell folks about it all the time. The color mix is great and the stylists flexible and readily respond to emails/comments. Reasonably priced. Easy to use. Everything included in the box that you need plus your first shampoo and conditioner. Color stays better than anything bought OTC. Very pleased!

I went to a lighter color and I am so glad I did! My colorist helped walk me through going from a darker color to the lighter one. Actually it was two colors and they really helped a lot with their advice! Love love love my new color and I've gotten a lot of compliments! So glad I chose eSalon!

I was able to tweak my color to a slightly redder tone when I asked for a change. Perfect natural looking color that works with my skin tone and eye color. Hair color is even and zero greys!
