I have zero natural talent when it comes to hair. Because of covid my roots were so bad. I also decided that I wanted to go to my natural color. The color was easy to apply and covered all my greys. It was the first time that with a light shade I managed to do that. Also, the hair after the color was so smooth and shiny. The color didn't damage my hair at all!! I will definitely order this again.

I struggled with the application because I am an inexperienced colorist, so had doubts about the whole thing. Final result was amazing even with my less than perfect application. Hair is super soft and shiny, with lots of natural highlights. I can't stop touching my hair! Definitely the best at home product I have ever used.

I loved this shade. It wasn’t too over the top, too bright, or too mahogany. It looks natural. Being a natural blonde means I got some blonde highlights in there too, and it really made it stand out.

I was terrified to color my own hair. After my hairdresser stood me up for my appointment, I decided to give DIY hair color a try. I ordered the tools set with my color order and had everything I needed. I was shocked how easy it was. The amount of time (40 mins) and the price is 1/10 of my salon visit. This is a great product. The only thing was I love my hair to show color and at the same time cover my gray edges which really stands out after 2 weeks of coloring so I'm giving this product one more chance to see if I can get the look I'm looking for and covers my gray edges a little bit longer. Definitely worth spending a little extra than you normally would for a ‘box dye’. Clearly made with high quality ingredients, my colour came out so even and vibrant! Hasn’t damaged my hair either. The only thing is that it came out ever so slightly darker than expected. Other than that I will be ordering again when a top up is needed!

Having had my hair professionally dyed for years, I decided in lockdown to try colouring my hair myself. There is everything in the pack that you need, including a brush, which I find is my preferred method of application. The colour was really nice and very close to what I wanted. Dying your own hair is fiddly (especially untrimmed "lockdown" hair!), but I followed the instructions in the pack and the video online and managed to do a fairly good job. It really covers greys and my hair was shiny and a lovely colour. I've requested a slightly lighter colour with more gold for next time, so Im looking forward to my next pack!

My first color turned out a little too dark, my colorist tweaked the formula a tad lighter and wow, perfect. My husband is a quick learner on how to cover it all. I was scared to do just roots, worried I would have spots on the rest of the hair. But didn't happen at all. Husband is excited to do the color again, he said he now can color any girl's hair. Told him he can stick with mine. He is a keeper, married 34 years.

All I can say is “ITS AMAZING” I absolutely love my hair color. First, it arrived earlier then expected! The instructions are super easy to follow. My husband was even impressed & said it looked like I got my hair professionally done. He even looked at my root and was impressed that it was home color!! The smell is a little strong but I expected that. Absolutely the best!!

Thank you esalon! I love my new colour, my hair is shiny, it’s so soft! Very easy to follow instructions. Before it had pepper grey roots, blond highlights and looked dull and drab. Not anymore and the fact you can consult with a colourist is great

J' ai commandé cette coloration car je voulais essayer de nouvelles couleurs. J'ai vraiment adoré cette coloration elle colore vraiment les cheveux et les rends doux et brillant. Seul petit bémol je n arrive pas a trouver comment changer la couleur commandé ( je change constamment de couleur de cheveux et c'est toujours des couleurs très différente ) par conséquent ce détail me pose vraiment problème. Mais a part ça j adore ce produit

Matching my natural color has always been a miss both in a box and in the salon. It’s amazing to find a product that matches my color and doesn’t fry my hair. With the tint wash I’m able to keep my color vibrant twice as long. Well done eSalon!

I can’t imagine ever getting my hair coloured at the salon again. This is a quarter of what I normally pay at the salon and the colour is exactly right.
Feels shiny and healthy and I can colour it whenever I need to rather than waiting for an appointment.

Bravo eSalon! I just used the new formulation. It is definitely an upgrade, creamy, beautiful color. I noticed a vast difference on my hair. Having used the old formula twice, I wasn't sure I wanted to continue as my hair felt 'treated' in a not good way. This feels like a lovely conditioner, color all in one. I am very happy and will continue. The color is much gentler and truer to natural.

I tried this for the 1st time last month, when it arrived I was super impressed with the professional appearance of the set and the attention to detail. The instructions were straight forward and application was easy. I loved the colour and how soft my hair was!
My only criticism is that my grey came through within 2 weeks but I'm yet to find a dye that hasn't.
Great service thank you especially for people like me who have a phobia of hairdressers this has helped me get salon hair at home

I have dark really thick brown hair and have been using box colours at home for years, but I found as my roots became increasingly grey the colour started to become brassy at the roots before I was due to retouch my roots again. I had seen the online adverts for E-salon during lockdown and decided to give it a try. I was really surprised just how much better the quality of my colour is. The colour is nearer to my natural colour. I like that it can be tweaked with your personal colourist should I require it and the best part is the fact that the colour is more consistent all over my hair and it holds right up til I due my next root touch up, NO MORE BRASSY ROOTS AND DARK ENDS!!

I’ve tried other online shipping companies, custom items through sally and (gasp) store box colors. This product is the only product that completely covers grays and the color is even after every color. I have very dark brown hair, so other products always left my roots a lighter orange color. They’re quick to respond and user friendly to adjust shipments and orders. Well done!

It is a perfect fit for me. The first color is a little dark but was easy to change that for my next order. It still looks so beautiful and has been a long lasting color. With store bought colors it has washed out way too quickly and this color has stayed. I will never go back to over the counter again!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about eSalon. My own custom color that covers my whites, matches perfectly, blends tones, and keeps my hair happy and healthy - yes! The packaging is delightful and the process is easy. The customer service is beyond. I was able to actually get on the phone with the person designing my color.
