I used the kit I was sent to touch up my roots myself for the very first time last week. I am recovering from surgery and visiting my hair stylist was out of the question. I admit I was a little nervous about trying this product. I am excited to announce that I am 100% satisfied and completely confident in recommending this product to others. After filling out a simple survey and attaching a picture of my own hair, I received my first box of color designed specially for me, complete with everything I would need to retouch my roots. The color sent to me was a perfect match to my professionally highlighted hair and I was astounded at how easy it was to apply. I am a happy and excited new customer!

I absolutely love having the ability to pick and choose what hair color I want and having a team of colorist at my fingertips to ask questions. I've been coloring my hair for 15 years or so using off the shelf but respectable brands and the color was NEVER consistent. It seemed like the luck of the draw sometimes. I have been using esalon for several months and the color is exactly what I wanted. I sent a picture and then initially chose a color that the esalon advisor thought was darker than I wanted based on the picture I sent. She was right and the color I get each time is perfect. The results are consistent, it's easy to use, it always comes on time, and it does not damage my hair. In fact, I think my hair looks healthy, shiny and young!

Went to stylist in NJ for years. When I moved to GA she gave me my formula. eSalon was able to match her formula on the first try. No one noticed the difference.
Covers my mostly white hair perfectly, and the shampoo and conditioner they send along with the kit are exceptional.
I get my hair professionally cut now. But I won't waste my time getting it colored. I can do it at home and not waste my time hanging in a salon waiting for my color to take.

I live in an area where salons are very, very expensive. I just cannot go to a salon to have my hair colored/brightened/grays covered every couple of months. I am so happy to have found esalon. This is the second time I have used this custom hair color. It is freaking amazing! It covers up my grey hair which is framing my face (of course) and blends in perfectly with my natural red hair color. Do you have any idea how difficult it is to find a perfect match to my red hair? This is an amazing product, and is 90% less money than when I used to go to a salon. Everyone who knows how to shampoo their own hair can do this! Try it! You definitely won't be disappointed!!

I have used this product 3 times. After the first try I was able to adjust the color and am very happy with how it turns out. I no longer deal with super light roots in comparison to the rest of my hair. I highly recommend it.

The last time I had my hair colored in a salon, the stylist messed it up several times, leaving me sitting in the chair for over four hours, coloring over her screw up over and over. My hair was fried. I waited several months, wondering what I was going to do, when I heard about eSalon on a podcast. I thought I'd give it a go, and the results were divine. The colorist from eSalon formulated a color that was just right for me, and it was super easy to apply. It was right on the first try, and my hair looked beautiful!

This is the best hair color I've used before. The fragrance is pleasant, not overpowering. I hoped the neutral brown would have turned out a bit less warm than it did, but it's hard for me to know what neutral vs. warm vs. cool is actually supposed to look like. The color is nicely uniform and looks great.

I have colored my hair for years both at the salon and at home... this is by far the best at home product I have used. My color appears natural and even and my hair is so soft.

I love the products from ESalon! It's easy coloring my hair. The products don't have any strong smells, the shampoo and conditioner that come in the kit make my hair very soft and smell wonderful!

I have been going to a salon for years to have my hair colored. I received an e mail to try e salon for $10 and decided to try it. I answered a few questions on the e salon website about my type of hair and desired result. The product is amazing and I get so many compliments on the color....many more than when I went to the salon.

I went from a dark brown to a medium brown, with a bit more gold and a bit less red. I love it! It's lightened up just a bit, but somehow it makes me look a little younger and goes better with my complexion. I started using eSalon in 2014, left for a bit, but now I'm back for good. You can really tell the difference when you compare store bought hair color to eSalon color. It's just a real quality difference you can feel and see.
I'm going to stick with eSalon. My hair feels so much healthier and is shinier. I was going to give it all up and go gray at one point. Yuk! Not for me! I'm not one of those beautiful women who have the great complexion and the perfect color of gray or white hair. They are so lucky! I'm so glad I came back to eSalon.

I loved the color!!! I couldn't believe at home color could look this great. Only thing was my hair is very thick so I almost didn't have enough! When my hair gets even longer I will need an extra bottle!

I've used this product for two years now. My hair color at 61 is exactly as it was when I was 50 years younger. Condition is very good and no dark roots. So easy to make little changes and the service feels friendly and personal.
