I absolutely LOVE my new color. I had been spending over $100 every 6 weeks to get a color job that was never as vibrant as what I have now. I made a huge mess, but it was worth it! I will for sure be coloring my own hair from now on!

I got my color day before yesterday and studied the instructions several times before starting. I appreciate the video on "strand test". So simple but never did it before.
Have used home color for years and my hair always came out black (with medium brown) and red "with light brown).
The color that was mixed for me is absolutely the perfect brown that I've been trying to achieve in the past. I also used the mixing bowl instead of the bottle method and it was so much easier and I got NO drip, or messy color all over the bathroom.
I will never go back to the store bought Colors again. I highly recommend eSalon.
Thank you to the team for finally making my hair pretty and much more healthier.

I have been afraid to try any other hair colours after having a couple of bad experiences at a salon, and I know box dyes aren't good for you.

Satisfaite de mon achat ! Produit répondant à mes attentes . À voir dans les semaines qui viennent la tenue de la couleur. En tout cas un très bon concept. J'avais l'habitude de faire mes couleurs avec des produits professionnels , plus de couleurs à mélanger, pour trouver la bonne teinte... pour ma première commande c'était presque parfait. J'ai demandé quelques rectifications et je suis sûre que le prochain set de coloration sera parfait.

I tried several colors through madison reed and all of them turned out too brassy or with hot roots. This color is PERFECT! I can't believe how hard it is to find an ashy medium brown but I finally did!

I really love the eSalon!! You go to a beauty shop you get what you get. Whether you like it or not. With the eSalon all you have to do is send your Stylist a message and let her know what you think and what she thinks she can help you to get the color that you actually want. This is my second time trying to get the haircolor the way I want it it’s a little dark yet but Daniell is great she’s working with me and will get it right. Love it!

I had a couple of issues with my color on my first order but I reached out to my salon colorist and sent a picture and they were quick to respond and send a color correction that solved the issue. I recommend sending a couple of recent pictures in natural lighting when you place your order. Great customer service. Covered my grays nicely.

I have been using this product for a few years and I honestly can't think of one complaint. I can't remember how I learned about eSalon but I'm so glad I did.
I began coloring my hair after I began going grey all around my face. However I refused to buy color from a box at the grocery store for fear it would look as cheap as it was. I couldn't afford to have it professionally done once let alone on a regular basis. So I decided to try something in the middle. Found eSalon and have never been more pleased with the results. I refuse to even try other companies. Why? If it ain't broke, don't fix it!!

I am very satisified with my color set. It was recommended from Danielle and perfect. My hair has the expensive salon feel and the color was perfect. I so far have tried the color set , the tint rinse and the weekly retreat mask and love every one of these products. I am waiting on the shampoo and conditioner to see how that works for me but love the customer service and the product choices. Better than any salon I have ever gone to. Thank you all .

I was nervous at first but I followed the step by step instructions and the color was perfect, it didn’t irritate my sensitive skin and it covered my grey hair, I will not be spending so much money at the salon anymore 👍

Ma commande d'août n'est toujours pas arrivée !! C'est parti le 23 août, la 1ère je l'ai recu au bout d'une semaine. Ca fait long je trouve la,je vis en Corse pas en Chine.

I tried E-Salon several months ago and was amazed with the results -incredible shine and lasting colour! I tried a salon colour 2 months ago ( I wanted to be pampered ) but it doesn’t come close to E-Salon’s shine and feel of my hair, not to mention the cost is a fraction of the salon price! I will be a regular purchaser again and recommend to all my family and friends. If you’re hesitating about purchasing ... DON’T - you and your hair will love it. Thank you E-Salon staff for a great product and your great personable customer service!

The ordering process was very simple and the color came out exactly as I wanted. The instructions were was to follow. I would recommend getting the all inclusive hair kit, I did not and it would have made it that much easier. It was fairly easy even for me and I have very thick hair and this was my first at home dye.
Will be ordering again!

I used to color my hair at home for years. Then went to the salon for years. Now I can save money do it when I need to on my timeframe. The color is great! My gray is hidden pretty well.

Colour is rich and perfect match and has great depth to it.
It does not lose it's luster.
Does not dry out my hair.
Does not burn my scalp like other home dyes do.
I have short hair and can get two colour sessions out of one bottle. I just half the mixture.

I was super worried how the color would match up to my roots but it was absolutely perfect! I was legitimately surprised and thrilled at how well this perfectly matched! Love knowing I’ll be saving so much time and money with being able to use this option!

I love the way my color turned out! It was exactly what I requested. Gray concealment is great and staying put. I've even gotten compliments from friends saying how good it looks! Definitely a convert - will not go back to box color or spend tons of money on professional salon visits because there's no need!

je suis à une semaine de la coloration avec un shampoing tout est aussi beau qu'au premier jour je suis enchantée.......facile, brillant un rendu naturel......j'ai envie de faire un pied de nez à ma coiffeuse, que je croyais être un expert en coloration depuis des années ........sourire......seule la distance m'a fait prendre la décision de la coloration maison avec eSalon après bien des hésitations....... je recommande d'ailleurs je me suis abonnée pour plus de produits. n'hésitez pas qualité prix excelent, simple , et rapide d'application.....et je répète très très beau.MERCI

This was my very first time coloring my hair myself. It was somewhat awkward, as my hair ls very long, and I enlisted my husband's help 😁. Next time I will watch the videos first 🙄 they are very helpful!
I love the personalized color, the softness, the shinyness, the lack of itchiness while processing and afterwards, and the color is rich and beautiful! Love love love this color!! It’s worth every penny to cover those greys that I haven’t been able to cover with any other color (and believe me I’ve tried them all over the counter types. Paid way too much money too). I recommend this color set to anyone that likes a nice, rich color that lasts.

The dye was super easy to apply when following the directions and the end result was lovely! It wasn't totally brown and not totally red either - it was a perfect mix which is exactly the color I was looking for!
