My first try with eSalon. The kit is fun to unpack with lots of special details! To save the forests and oceans, good idea to cut down on all the boxing and plastic insert. A sheet of plastic to put over the sink to protect against drops would be nice. I particularly liked the stain protection and remover - works like a charm! The color is a solid and my hair feels good using the shampoo and conditioner. I do my own color and go to the salon once every four months for highlights and color. The cost is the factor for me as I have to color every 2-3 weeks (hair grows quickly) hence the 4 stars.

I have been wanting to try this product for awhile but always seemed to talk myself out of it??? Why I do not know because after actually getting my color and using it I am in LOVE! It is totally different than any hair color product I have tried .It covered my greys perfect and I did not have the usual red tones that I would get from your typical store bought brands which was a great surprise . Thank You for making this a simple process and a absolutely wonderful experience my only regret is not ordering it sooner . The shampoo included in the box Is so perfect love the scent and I am a conditoner girl but after using just the shampoo my hair didn't have that straw feel that you get after coloring your hair. My hair was soft with just the shampoo a first ever for me.Of course I applied the conditioner too ( if it was that soft with just shampoo I couldn't wait to see what the conditioner did ) was not disappointed.Will be ordering again and again and yes I have to have me some of that great smelling shampoo and conditioner . My color Dark Chocolate love ,love, love it!!

I am always so happy with my hair color, the gray coverage is fantastic and the color is amazing. I also love the fact that eSalon sends you a reminder email to ask if there are any changes you would like to make to your next order. I have changed my hair color many times and I'm sure my colorist is frustrated but never the less I have always recieved quality service and beautiful color. I have been colouring my hair with shop bought dye for years, because the twice that I have had it done in a salon my hair went green after washing both times. So I was nervous to try your hair colour, but I am so glad that I did, my hair has never looked better the colour is beautiful a little darker than I wanted but I have changed it for my next order. I received my first color box and tried it for the first time I have to admit I was very skeptical at first Especially since I am an ex hairstylist of 24 years and I am used to using only the best quality color you name it i have used it I have to say my ecolor came out totally amazing I have been having a tough time to stop pulling up brassy but I also need to cover grey and ash Blonde alone doesn’t cover Grey I explained that too my estylist and low and behold it’s the best color yet plus my hair felt so silky soft and healthy I am a believer

I have always colored my hair at home. I have naturally medium auburn hair with copper highlights and dark roots. I have a few grays showing up and wanted to hide those while adding all over shine. It can be hard to find a natural looking Auburn from a box, but I am so happy with my color! It gave my locks the boost I wanted without looking like I colored my hair myself- no brassy tones. The formula was pretty strong while I applied close to my face... even made my eyes water. But- the smell did not linger once I washed it out, which is not the case with my former box dye. I am happy I found a color so close to my natural color!

I ABSOLUTELY love eSalon it is so easy to use and it's the perfect color from the very first time. I have been going to a stylist in a salon for 4 years and I had tried to go back to doing it myself, only to turn my hair orange (I'm a redhead). I used eSalon for the first time last month and my hair turned out SPECTACULAR ❣️ I had highlights and lowlights and the color itself looked COMPLETELY natural. I had originally chosen what I thought was a good color for me. The colorist emailed me and let me know they thought tweaking the original color would suit me better. So glad they did ! Loved the color they formulated for me. They know what they are doing a!

This color covered my gray. This color was very natural. Easy to apply. There are 2 sets of gloves and they fit your hands instead of being like food handler gloves. Love and highly recommend this product.

Even when I can't apply it very well and it's a bit of a gong show the color still looks great and the places I missed look more intentional because of the depth and dimension to the color. It is the best hair color I've ever used and I started in 1982!

This is the first time I ordered from eSalon to see what all the hype was about and was presently surprised. My husband who loves coloring my hair (has been doing it for years) makes this our "us" time. He was skeptical because it took a while to apply one color, then wait, apply the next color and wait. But he really loved the way the color came out and complemented me. My hair had volume and shine. I felt great. We did this process the day before we went to St. Augustine, Florida, to celebrate our 42. wedding anniversary. It's been 3 weeks, the color still looks great except for the roots on top of my scalp, they are turning gray already. Maybe my hair grows too fast? Either way, I will definitely order again, maybe a different color.

As a redhead I struggle to find colours to match my original red, I'm still not 100% there but the red I receive from eSalon is fabulous. I constantly receive compliments on what lovely hair colour I have (even from hairdressers) so I would definitely recommend using eSalon. The fact it comes on a regular basis makes it so easy and you can always change your delivery date. One very happy customer.

Finally color that lasts. Not only were the instructions clear and easy to follow. But the color turned out to be exactly what I had in mind. But the important thing to me was that the color has lasted now more than a month. My hair is mostly white and color typically washes out in the first few washes. This color has not faded at all. Best product I have ever used.

I have used many store bought and internet bought hair coloring solutions as well as paying top dollar for salon color and I have to say this is by far the best hair color product on the market. Perfect color, silky hair afterwards and after every shampoo. I will for sure be purchasing again

I am in my mid-50's, with bits of gray here and there. My first custom color came out a little darker than I wanted, but customer service was very, very helpful - they are lightening it in stages with each order. I've done three colors over the course of the last 8 months and been really pleased with the ease of the process and the results. The gray gets covered every time, the color easily lasts to my next order (10 weeks), and my hair is noticeably shiny and soft. No brassy or unnatural tones, either. Recommended it several times to others who have noticed!

Everything came beautifully packaged and on time. It felt like more of a treat doing my hair than usual, everything was considered - stain guard, remover, lovely gloves you can get on and off without ripping...its the small things ;)

Omg, everything about this is just so great. The prices are very reasonable, the packaging was put together so nicely, and I love the products. My base color came out very nice. I love the shampoo. It made my hair so beautiful. It was rich and lathered my hair so well. Unlike most shampoos I have ever used before.The conditioner was ok, but my hair is very dry.The color came out just as expected. The highlight kit was just as nice and blended very well with my base color.The hair color customer service team are always available if needed.Thank you so much!

I had used this product couple of years ago and stopped and recently I went back again. I can't remember now why I quit but I am so happy to be back the colors are fantastic it covers my gray it last 4 to 5 weeks and the price can't be beat I was paying over 100 bucks every 4 weeks to get the same thing that I get at home now and I am really really pleased and happy that I am back with E salon

I was very pleased with a colour used on my hair in the US but found no obvious equivalent when back in the UK. I found the eSalon web site and they guided me through the options and matched the colour almost exactly from a recent photograph. I am thrilled. The added bonus is that it the colour arrived 3 days after ordering.

I love this product. The colored my roots mainly for covering the greys. The color was very natural which blended perfectly with the rest of my hair color. The highlights remain still visible. I found my new hairdresser for years to come !

I love the fact that you can change the color so far I have had pretty colors nothing extreme. Looks close to natural color even if I went lighter and then close to darker than my natural hair color. Very well pleased.

Iv been using this for a few months now and I wouldn't use any other looks so natural as I only use it on my roots its has no block colour from where iv used it and on the hair that's left dosnt dry my hair out it's so shiny and has stayed shiny even after all the months iv been using it

I tried eSalon on a whim and was skeptical that the outcome would be better than the generic color kits from the grocery store. However, it was surprisingly easy to use and gave me the exact same coloring experience I used to get at the salon for 300 dollars. When I took my daughter to the salon for a cut even the hair dresser commented on how great my color was and where I had, had it done. I told her I used eSalon and even she was surprised that it gave such good color. Have been using it since. Its easy and inexpensive and gives fantastic results. Would recommend it to anyone who prefers to dye their hair themselves. Wonderful product.

J’étais sceptique mais quelle magnifique surprise ! Ma couleur est encore plus belle que ce que j’espérais, naturelle juste au top! Les instructions sont simples le kit hyper glamour (mes collègues étaient sous le charme de la boîte et du contenu à réception) et les soins une merveille ! D’ailleurs j’ai vite recommandé le shampooing et soin qui font des cheveux doux, hydratés et souples même si vous avez une base abîmée !!! Honnêtement je suis fan et je ne risque pas de changer. MERCI ESALON ! ❤️❤️❤️

This is the 2nd time I've used esalon color kit. Changed my color from the 1st time and was not disappointed. Watched the how-to videos and decided to try the brush, which provided excellent coverage on the roots. I like the roots vs ends coloring as well as the final step of blending. (don't skip it). I will definitely order again, but may adjust my color. Well worth the cost, but wish shipping was a bit faster.

I am so happy with my color. Sent photos of my current color in and told them the direction I wanted to go in. A little redder, but wanted it to look natural. My colorist blended a dark auburn shade that was absolutely beautiful. The directions that came with it were easy to follow and I've gotten nothing but compliments. I'm an eSalon customer now for life!

Shipped quick, everything I needed was in the box. Directions were easy to understand. Color was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted brown, only time I got brown was at salon for $150. Box color always gave me black hair no matter what color printed on box. Quality was same as salon, definitely not an over the counter box color. Covered all my gray hair. Several weeks later color is still holding up, no fade, hair looks healthy. I'm impressed. I would recommend trying!!

I have been using eSalon custom color for a few years now, and then I added the Light set. I watched some videos on DIY Balayage, and I was off and running. I have had numerous people ask me who my colorist is. When I say "eSalon", jaws drop. I have had stylists ask me who does my color. "ESalon". It really turns out that good.
