This is a great product, salon grade and very effective coverage. I have used HUE touch-up hair color from Alta and noticed after coloring some grays. With E-Salon hair color, no grays at all. Love that the color comes directly to the door. Covering roots every couple of weeks, it’s nice that I always have the color in hand and waiting for me rather than remembering to go to the store and picking it up. Highly recommend!!

I couldn’t wait to try eSalon’s custom color set. It was my second time coloring my own hair after using a different product the first time. Everything you need with easy instructions are included. My gray coverage isn’t what I expected but I will say that I’m not faulting eSalon.
I would saturate the hairline more and leave it on a little longer.
My hair feels great. The color is beautiful and the shine is wonderful!
I also ordered a kit for my elderly mother and did her hair today! All her gray is covered. She looks beautiful!

I LOVE the color. It was super easy to apply yet my grey's are pretty stubborn and are showing through already. I did let my colorist know and my next order, which is coming up soon, should take care of that.

I “just” wanted to color my hair the same color it has always been. I have never had any success with box or even salon coloring. Usually it takes about 4-6 washes to finally get the correct coloring.
I just did my hair today and it is beautiful and a perfect match! I am truly amazed. I have short hair, so in truth, I only used half of the product shipped. I will do another coloring in 6 weeks or so. I am so happy!

This product was a great experience. Step by step directions included were easy to follow. Color was as described and depicted. In the basic kit, I wish their had been hair clips provided in the kit, at least two. Thank you for such an amazing product!

I did mine and my daughters hair and the results were perfect!! I colored over highlights on my daughters hair which I was told at the salon would have to be done in “sessions”....products and packaging are professional and instructions were exact! Saved us hundreds of $$$ at the salon!

Product great i was really pleased with the colour, i went from blonde highlights so was nervous when i decided to colour my hair and go brown but esalon were great and added gold and copper tones so my hair would not go green! i would highly recommend especially if you are going for a complete change like me with blonde hair to brown

I loved every bit of this product. From the box it comes in with your name on it. Personally sent for me. I chose a light brown color at first and talked to my stylest Jennifer and came up with a medium Golden brown. The smell of the product was so good. No ammonia smell at all. I didn't expect much for my trial attempt with e-salon's product. However I was very pleased!
The color is rich and professional and easy to use. Everything i need comes in the shipment.
Next time I've requested just a wee bit more of vibrant violet in the color, The phone colorists have all been great to work with and to modify per my requested preferences.

I am very pleased with my first Custom Color Set. The color is exactly what I expected, It covered my grays well and has not dried my hair at all like store bought hair color. It smelled great, and the color has beautiful gold highlights when the light hits it. Best of all, it is a lot less expensive than the salon. The videos are very helpful. I was a bit concerned on what I might look like and what it would do to my hair and how it would match. I LOVE IT!!!! The color covers my grey and my darker roots really great. I colored my hair mid February. The color was much darker than I usually would buy at Walmart and I was nervous about it. I have received so many compliments on the hair color and it is now mid May and I do not have any roots, except my grays. The color was an exact perfect match to my natural color. I don't think I've worn my hair this color since my teenage years and I love it.

As a novice to coloring my own hair I approached this with trepidation . Certainly I’ve been paying someone to do it for me because it’s difficult and a professional was needed. I tried the other widely advertised mail-order home coloring system and then eSalon. eSalon is so much better than the other. The color was better matched to what works for me, it colored my grey, and my hair feels healthy and feels like it will last longer.

I had my first adventure with eSalon today. The color which was blended by Jennifer is perfect. She actually suggested a modification to what I had originally picked out. I am thrilled with the result. Thinking I’ll be a continuing customer !

The color matches the color the hair salon uses perfectly. The directions are easy and the kit is well defined and the packaging mirrors the high quality of the product. My hair is the perfect color. Its soft and healthy feeling and looking! The product comes to me in the exact time I requested!

I have never self colored my hair before. I have been going to the same hairdresser for over 18 years and due to Covid-19 there is no telling when her shop will reopen. I know I can do this as it is flawless. I must admit I love having someone else do this but I am very happy with my results. It looks professional...

I went from a sandy red color to a soft blue black & I love how soft & shiny y hair turned out. The process from picking the color to applying it was easy & barely any mess. Plus no stains on my skin @ all. Will definitely use eSalon in the future.

Coloring my hair myself was easier than I thought! I taped the step by step instructions to the mirror and they were easy to follow. The thing that really surprised me was how soft my hair felt after.

This was my first time coloring my hair at home. I've been getting professional salon coloring for almost 20 years. I went from colored blonde bayalage to a chocolate brown and I love it! Instructions were easy to follow and it colored over the blonde. Only 4 stars bc my few strands of gray are still showing even though I followed the suggestions on the site on how to color. But even with that, I'm definitely going to be ordering again, way cheaper and a lot less time then I spend at a salon!

I searched for salon quality hair color since I'm allergic to box color. I came across eSalon and thought, "why not?" I am so happy I did. I chose my custom color and uploaded a pic of how my hair looked at the time of the order. My stylist thought the color I chose was too dark and shipped what she thought was best for me. I am so happy she changed the color because the one she chose for me is perfect. Everything came in the kit that I needed including the one time shampoo and conditioner. I'm ecstatic my grays are now gone and the color looks amazing! I'll definitely be ordering again and telling all my friends about it as well.

Wow! Not sure how they do it with a picture, but they got it right the first time, and I have a very odd hair color. Great product, great service. Glad you guys are around to help us get rid of the grays.

I love my hair colour, it arrived quickly and came with easy to understand instructions. My 12 year old daughter applied my colour herself and it looks great!!
The brush was missing so I had to use a makeup brush instead which was a shame.

Loved everything about this and it was the first time I've ever used a home coloring kit. I seriously may not even go back to the salon! My color came out less brassy than when I get it done, AND, I pay a small fortune at my salon. I not only will order again, but I have three friends that have purchased now too and say the same.

I’ve tried all sorts of color on my hair to save money and avoid going to the salon. Nothing worked. My grays are stubborn and my hair has weird undertones so I would always end up with red roots on my brown hair. This time- my life is changed. I will probably never go back to a salon for anything other than highlights. The color matched perfectly. My roots were not red! And it was easy to apply and clean up. I have balayage highlights and this color blended seamlessly. I love it. Thank you thank you thank you. I’ve already recommended to all of my friends!

I can't fault the ESalon colour, it is a really good match for my existing colur and covers my grey roots very well. I'm still getting the hang of the application process and would definitely recommend using the bowl and brush technique as I found that the nozzle on the applicator bottle got blocked quite often. The results I have got have definitely given me the confidence to continue to colour my own hair. I'm even contemplating a colour change!

It’s the color I’ve been trying to explain to my actually hairdresser!! I have Really long hair and it was super easy. Directions were simple too!!! Probably only going to get my haircut in the salon from now on.... unless they have a kit for that! ☺️

This was the first time I have done my own color and was a little nervous. It was actually very easy (except for the back of my head) and turned out great! Will maybe continue to do my own color even when salons open!

I was wary initially about using this product, would it look natural or not. But I had no idea it was going to turn out so well. I put the colour into my roots and pulled it down the hair to blend in for the last 10 mins. It blended perfectly it looks natural and there is no difference in colour from roots to ends of hair. The little shampoo and conditioner left my hair lovely and soft. The stain remover worked wonders and it was very handy to have 2 pairs of gloves. Overall with an introductory offer of €10 it was the best €10 i spent online during this lockdown.
