This is the first time I tried your product. Even my hair dresser said this was a good color on my hair. He said it’s smart on your end to market a color job this way. He knows his cost and said this was a great idea! He was pleased with my hair color!

Loved the color and it doesn't fade fast. I love being able to adjust, seeing I need more grey coverage in the front areas. I also love that they are listening seeing I want all red tones out and the color not fade to that awful orangee ting.

I was so nervous about my first-ever at-home hair color! I needn't have worried. The color is spot-on and it covered my grays. Great all-over coverage - I haven't noticed any area that doesn't look blended (and trust me, I looked). The color I used was a reddish blonde (strawberry blonde), so I'm interested to see how long it lasts. And I'll definitely use eSalon again - big money saver!

I have stubborn grey so getting to three to four weeks before I see grey is fantastic. Over the counter boxed color was not working anymore. This was a great product with no irritation or strong smell. I will continue to use this product!

Was concerned with doing color in an online format but the color was basically spot on. Initially, I thought it was a bit dark but realized after a few days the color was perfect. Needless to say I am very pleased with the results. This is the first time I have colored my hair myself.

Hair felt great after color - soft, shiny and a lot of body. two weeks in and it has not faded. The color was nice but a touch brassy. I used the dark blond color however I might order a different color going forward.

I am a salon bunny but we live in Covid times. Having tried an off the shelve, common high street brand, I was left utterly disappointed. So I tried esalon —- very different results! Colour was perfect — I had my daughter do my hair using the fab toolkit - my hair was shiny and sooofffttt!

I needed a touch up on my roots and all the salons being closed due to covid this was a life saver!! With the stay at home orders for COVID-19, I was forced to cover my own gray hair for the first time. E Salon made it easy! They provided a complete kit for covering up gray roots. Comes with the coloring ingredients, 2 sets of gloves, a brush for application, sample size shampoo and conditioner plus good instructions. I made my best guess on color, and added in some gold to add a shiny highlight (as their highlights are out of stock). I am very pleased with the gray coverage results which lasted about 6 weeks, but could have gone to 8 weeks. I am so pleased with the color, the shine, the gray coverage, that I will continue to do it myself and save loads of money! Now if they would only get get Highlights back in stock......

I was so impressed that the color came exactly the way I wanted it, and that was without a picture! It was perfectly packaged with clear instructions. I used the little brush and mixed in a bowl. It is easy to apply, and so much cheaper than a salon. I think the color is going to stay for quite awhile. This is my first time using the product, but I will most likely reorder.

My expectations were simple - I have nothing to loose trying eSalon. I have been using Schwarzkopf for decades both in Canada and the USA. I have been paying premium at the hair salon. The pandemic challenges were opportunities for resets. I am so happy with the results and have been complimented on my color both in person and video conferences! At my convenience and a fraction of the time, I apply this wonderful product and accomplish awesome results! A friend has followed my recommendation and is in the process for her first order. I enjoy the personalized service in having a dedicated colorist and am impressed with the queries for continuous improvements for this top notch product. What an excellent experience and I see a long relationship with eSalon in my future!

This custom color is exactly my original hair color...I don’t know how you did it! Every time I use it, there is no way to tell that I have recolored my roots and hair.

We changed the formula this time and the color turned out perfectly. The best color so far. I have a lot of gray at the hair line and it was covered completely. Great product

I am very happy with the color. It matched perfectly to my color and covered the grey. I asked for a lighter color but would prefer the same color. I hope that my colorist will see this and keep the color the same as last time.

My natural hair is medium mousy brown. I wanted it lighter, but my hair gets damaged using bleach. My colorist at esalon did a great job adjusting the color combination to accent the red in my hair with golden-copper. Perfect!

When I originally ordered this product, I was a little leary about ordering anything online without knowing too much about it. Well, this is fantastic!!! My wife loves the color and also the way her hair feels. Since I am the person who does her color, this is now the only product that will go on my wife's pretty little head. This is a must-use brand.

The kit was super easy to understand and use, and the brush and bowl method was a HUGE improvement over the bottle method. There was plenty of dye for my thick, medium length hair. The color turned out great and I'm so glad I chose eSalon. I will absolutely be ordering more and keeping up the dye on my own. Coming from someone who has only trusted hair dye applied at a salon for 10 years, this is really exciting. It blends the expertise and stylist skill of professionally mixed, custom hair color, with home application. It is genius!

I love this easy to use. Makes my hair very soft. I had 2 bottles in my kit. We used 1 bottle the first go round and covered well. Only covered about 90% of grays. Waited 3 weeks and used other bottle. Left it on 45 min by mistake but it enhanced my color and covered 98% grays. Like this a lot. Will use again.

Due to Covid-19 closures I couldn’t get my hair colored by my stylist so decided to do it myself. Chose e-Salon because it was on a special offer that included free shipping. This product was great. I was impressed with the texture of the hair dye feeling creamy and thick. The color turned out beautiful and my hair was soft and shiny. I was more impressed that the color came out even on the roots and the ends. That has never happened with boxed hair dye from the store. I am very pleased.

my daughter applied my hair color using a smudge technique. she has a talent with hair and did a wonderful job applying the dye. it looks great! it covers most obvious grays but is still natural looking--a definite improvement
