I've used your product now for the third time. Thanks to Alexandria she knows her colors. With my first request I chose a darker brown shade. Alexandria received my request and a picture of my current color hair. she recommended to go a shade lighter with golden in the brown color and if I want the next time, I could go a darker brown. I have not gone darker brown because I love the color Alexandria recommended! I am thinking I want highlights for the summer season. Thank you, I am very happy with the product, color shade and price! I love that the color kit comes prepared and ready to use.

My hair color is exactly what I wanted. The products leave so soft and healthy. The color is lasting much longer than I thought. It has been 5 weeks and I do not need a touch up. I’m extremely satisfied with this product.

I don’t color my hair often, but when I do, esalon has been spot on with matching my natural color. I have very few grays, and love having dark brown hair. I usually try a highlight or two when I need some sunshine. I always revert right back to my brown and esalon is my #1 choice to use. I use the demi-permanent which holds true to the color for months. My hair looks healthy and shiny. Thanks for a wonderfully reliable product and excellent service!

As my hair grays, I am hoping to transition to a lighter overall color. ESalon color has been wonderful! My colorist(s) have tweaked my color formula several times as I slowly lighten. This last color i wanted a bit of a red tone added, and my colorist sent along a second bottle to refresh my end. I can't wait to try it!
Note: I found that the brush method is best. Using the bottle, I dripped several times on my white sink and was dismayed that unlike my old demi-color, this formula left stains. The stain remover they give you for skin actually helped lighten the stain.

My personalized hair color was the perfect shade the first time I ordered it. Not sure if the formula has conditioners or not. My hair seemed to be over- conditioned for a few days after coloring my hair. By day 3 or 4 my hair was fabulous! Still is! I will be definitely reorder this product.

Just wanted to give feedback on my first order with eSalon. I'm really happy with the colour. It's very natural and just what I wanted. My hair had turned very brassy from both the supermarket dye and from the sun on a recent holiday. This colour gives a natural gold tint to my hair without being too blonde. (I'm a little too old for platinum locks!!! 😂)
I was really impressed with the lovely packaging and the little extra touches included in the box, like the brush and stain guard. The attention to detail makes you feel as special as a salon pampering.
The condition of my hair post treatment was superb. Really soft and conditioned. Having naturally curly hair, it's always dry and can look frizzy and dull but the shampoo and conditioner were lovely.
I highly recommend giving this a try and I'm looking forward to my next order in 6 weeks. I may even treat myself to some hair care in the meantime 😊

Love my color haven't tried the shampoo yet. Have been a customer since 2014 and you have always been so great about all changes with my color. Will continue to be a client for many years to come. I was a little sceptical about colouring my hair and it took some persuasion from my daughters. I’m in my 60’s and my hair had become lighter over the years, the tones of grey/silver along with the colour tinge from straightening made my hair look really brassy. Today I received my first order and decided to try it out straight away. The result was amazing and my colour looks so natural. I’m so pleased with it. I really love how my hair looks and feels after coloring with esalon color. I have red pigments in my natural hair color and the store brands would bring them out, and I would have orange hair. But not with this color I get an awesome medium blond. Love it.

I have now had three deliveries of my hair colour and I have been so delighted with thre results. My first was a little dark and so o changed the colour to what is now my perfect match and colour. The longevity and intensity of colour is fab and my hair doesn’t go brassy or khaki as it has done with other hair colours .

There are times when I don't have time to jump in the shower and wash my hair, and this does the trick. It leaves my hair soft and clean, just as if it were washed!

I’m a long time customer for a reason..consistent fast, excellent customer service. They quickly respond to my semi-frequent color adjustments and to any questions I may have. I just colored my hair today with a new adjusted color and once again I’m completely obsessed and blown away with the beautiful shine and color dimensions. It’s exactly what I explained and described when I requested a color adjustment. My husband is totally impressed as I am I. Highly recommend as I already do!!!

Wow I am in awe of this. I normally use home dye and find so many irregularities with box dyes. But I’m so happy with the results from this! The set was packaged beautifully, with everything you could need. Even little details like stain guard and a sticker for hanging up your instructions- so useful! So impressed with this set. Thankyou

I was unsure about the coloring since my first order wasn't the color i was wanting. But after I contacted them and told them what color I was trying to achieve. They sent out a new kit and I couldn't be happier the color was perfect and the coverage is great and I love the fact that my red hair hasn't had any fading yet and its been 4 weeks amazing product, amazing company and great price.

My hair never feels crunchy afterwards and instructions are easy to follow. I like, too, that I can change the shade up or down depending on my mood or preferences.

Twice now.....by a doctor and another office receptionist.... I have been told what a beautiful color of hair I have....they always remark when the sun shines on it... Thank you soooo much for helping me not to feel so very old, but just as though I'm still looking good!

siempre me he teñido con henna y en casa. y llevaba tiempo queriendo tener un color más acentuado y al tener el pelo castaño oscuro, era un poco complicado. Con este tinte ha sido muy fácil. Después de extendérmelo por todo el pelo, y esperar solo 35 minutos, los resultados me han encantado. Mis canas están totalmente cubiertas del mismo color y mi pelo ha quedado con un tono rojizo muy bonito y con mucho brillo. La verdad es que estoy encantada.

I'll never use box hair dye again. ESalon is the most natural hair color, it's impossible to tell I dyed my own hair. Love the product.

I'm going on my 5th color order and while I've made some tweaks along the way, the colorists at eSalon were able to make a color that just about matches my natural red hair perfectly! I will never go anywhere else for color! Keep up the good work!

I’ve always had my hair professionally coloured but decided to stop fighting my natural red tones and work with it. I sent In pictures of my before hair colour & described what I wanted to achieve.
