I love the quality of this hair color. Most people comment on how beautiful my hair is and the color...but most do not realize that I "color" my hair. That tells me this product is as close to "natural" as one can get. :)

This is honestly, the best haircolor I have ever purchased. The color is so vibrant, AND(here's the best part) it did not fry my hair! In fact, my hair feels smoother and looks healthier than before. Definitely a customer for life!

eSalon hair colour is the best hair colour I have ever used, you choose your own mix that is just yours,it covers my grey perfectly, it gives a all over colour, no patches, it feels thick and creamy when you rub the water/dye mix on, I have had my dye altered a few times and each time it has been what I've asked for, getting it sent to me every 4 weeks is really good as well ,I don't think I will ever go back to using shop brought hair colour

I've almost always colored my own hair. This is by far a superior product to other "boxed" hair color I've used in the past. I love the color and my hair is much shinier and healthier looking. To me, it's worth the extra cost and is still much less expensive than having my hair colored at a salon.

I have used this several years. Product leaves my hair, shiny, with natural several tone of color as in our younger years. Box is well equipped with everything you need for success. Love this hair color...great instructions and application kit enclosed for terrific results. Color-safe shampoo, conditioner, TWO pair of good stylists' gloves, color guard and remover (for skin) are all included in a small box. After many unhappy results with Box store color ( a ronald mcdonald orange hair color).....I found my dream. This is the most consistently excellent hair color I have ever used!! It is a wonderful product and I love how they will adjust it for you at anytime! I first picked out a color for myself (after having sent in a photo) and a color specialist responded by saying that they thought it might be a bit too dark. I took their advice and went with a lighter shade and it was exactly what I wanted. Later, when I decided to go even lighter, all I did was write in and say I wanted two shades lighter and voila! the perfect color. It's great to have someone professional at the other end and not just a salesperson in a beauty supply store.

I guessed at the color I needed. From the picture I sent, they suggested an adjustment to it. I love the color and I never received this many compliments when I went to a professional! Their customer service is outstanding. It is helpful if you have someone who can help apply the color to the roots on the back of your head. My husband is getting good at that part. I also like having it shipped on a regular basis and the fact that they notify me a few days before they ship it in case I want to make a change. Highly recommend!

None of the shades in the store were exactly what I was looking for but this product was just perfect. In case you need to tweek it a little, just look at the formula they send with the package and let your colorist know. They respond very quickly and provide terrific customer service. I've used esalon a few times- the gray coverage is always excellent and the quality of product seems much better than a drugstore box. this is the third time I've colored my hair (aka gray). usually a little dark. I had the colorist change the color to slightly lighter. This time it was a perfect match with great gray coverage.

My hair looks and feels fabulous. There are shades of different colors throughout my hair. After coloring, washing, and conditioning my hair feels like silk.

This custom hair color is better than any boxed color. Lasts longer and I have had more compliments with this than even from salon colored hair.

as a licensed cosmetologist in a very rural area, it's difficult to get product for myself. the color is easy to comb through, provides great gray coverage and even provides highlites. i couldn't be happier!

I find eSalon a little more expensive than the Nice n Easy I used to purchase... but I must say I like that they send 2 sets of gloves (one for application and a 2nd for the shower so you don't have to keep them for 30 min or or put them back on for the shower!). I got a compliment on my hair color while my daughter was getting her hair cut at the salon... that amazed me. There are definite tones to it that I don't get from the retail store. And, I've found their customer service very helpful. I highly recommend them.

so far, so good. The team is very responsive to suggestions. The site is easy to navigate. They make it very easy to change shipment frequency and even skip a shipment if you need to.

I was amazed at the first result of my hair color. I really like the color. I am also amazed at how long the color last. So much better then the boxed kind in the department store. Keep up the good work.

I have been doing my own color successfully for many years. Then I started having a hard time finding my brand and color. I would search from store to store trying to find it. (I didn't want to spend the money it would cost to have a salon do my hair every 3 weeks) Finally I saw an add for eSalon. It seemed like the perfect solution. I tried it and loved it. Not only is the color perfect for my skin and eye color. I get LOTS of compliments.

I have been using eSalon for about a year now and I can't say enough good things about it. Having the color delivered right to your door is so convenient and the product is great! The color looks exactly like I want it to and my hair never gets dried out.

I have colored my hair for 40 years. There is not a week goes by that someone doesn't tell me how beautiful my hair is. I am totally white with red undertones. I have paid professionals who leave a nasty orange hairline due to lack of grey coverage. When it happened with this color, all it took was an email and viola, problem eliminated.

I thought the best thing about eSalon's hair color was how they matched the color to my hair color, however, I think what's even better is how you're able to adjust your eSalon hair color. You can make adjustments to the color, for example if you want to make it less red or darker you're able to do that. The color is personalized to what you want!

I have locked hair, so I am very concerned about damage and dryness. Not only did my color turn out well, my locs felt moisturized and remained in good condition. I plan to continue using it.

I love the fact I recieve exactly what I wanted, with highlights. It comes to my door when I need it. The color lasts. Their products and services to care for the color and my hair are perfect for my needs. I am 54 yrs old with greying hair, I get complete coverage every time. There products are so easy to use I stopped going to the salons, I no long have a need to go except for a trim every now & then.

From my teens I have played with different colours with my hair. As I got older and became ill with SLE (lupus) I was put on many scripts that affected my hair. One of my problems was finding a decent hair dye that would last. I found an article online about eSalon and decided to give it a go. From the first colour my hair was in better condition and the colour did not wash out in days. I know everyone's hair is very individual but in my case it worked very well. It is very easy to change the mix and to manage how often you want the next batch sent to you.
