Although it took a couple times, the color matches perfectly. The staff took care of concerns and questions immediately. I have some hard to cover gray and this product covers the gray better than most. I am overall happy with this company.

This is the greatest home hair color. It is a bit more labor intensive but the results are well worth it. The color lasts anywhere from 6 to 7 weeks. It covers the gray well. Any changes I have requested have always been done.

This product worked really great on my Asian hair. It's nearly impossible to color my hair without going to the salon. I have so much of it, it ends up costing me a fortune. While the selection isn't vast (which I completely understand), I really loved the subtle color that I ended up. And I love that it's customized to your own hair! No guessing.

I have never used any kind of self applied color before. I have always had my hair colored by a salon. This was a new experience for me. The instructions are very easy to follow and it took me awhile to get the hang of applying the color to my own hair, but it was easier than I expected. The color and shine are amazing!! I love eSalon and I am looking forward to the next application. The price is awesome and everyone is very helpful. Thanks eSalon. I've been using eSalon color for a few years now and once I started, I never looked back. I have to color my hair every six weeks and this is a high quality product at a very good price so the value is excellent. Product is nice to work with and the kit you receive with everything in it is packaged beautifully. I also love the shampoo and conditioner that comes with it. Love this product!

Custom color is so close to my natural color even I can't tell the difference. Kudos to my colorist Joseph R. The formula is NF-01-20VOL so I'd love it if he'd look at the pic and make recommendations for next time.

Love the package, the consistency, the coverage and how everything is so personal and explained in little details. No more buying big bottles of developer, multiples tubes of professional color, trying new mixtures to see if it result in my hair. eSalon got it right, great grey coverage (very difficult in my hair), great colour. It did not leave my hair dry. The stain guard is wonderful, did not need to use the remover. Only thing to note is that I have long hair and lots of hair, so the shampoo provided was not near enough. I can't say if the shampoo works for my hair, The conditioner is good. And loved the non latex gloves.

As a natural redhead who's been coloring for 20 years, I have struggled to find the right color among drugstore brands and, when I do, it's not long before the color is discontinued. I am so tickled that, after adding a little blonde this last time, we've found the perfect strawberry! Even better, I've been getting compliments all over the place! I loove the esalon Custom Hair Color System. I have used it for quite a while now, and nothing beats being able to go the cabinet, pull one out and do you own color in less than an hour. Saves you tons of time and money at the Salon too!! You should at least TRY IT once and see if you like it. I sent them a picture of my current color, told them what I wanted, and WALLA.

Had 2 adjustments but am very pleased with the final product. As a natural strawberry blond, it's a balancing act to get the right red/blond formula. eSalon customer service has been excellent to work with the adjustments in color and suggestions to get the shine back into my hair while completely covering the gray.

I've been using this hair color for a couple of years now. It's the best hair color I've ever had, including color I've gotten at salons. I get compliments on it continuously. I started off with one color, then I decided to go a little lighter. The eSalon colorists know exactly what to do to go from darker to lighter. The directions are easy to follow, and I love that everything is included, especially two pairs of gloves. Also, the price is right! I love my eSalon hair color!

Every six weeks or so I receive a note that my shipment is getting ready to send and do I want to make any changes to the order. I can call and speak with a Specialist and change my color or add other items to the order and it is done! That Easy! The haircolor specialists help me pinpoint my color and make recommendations based on the pictures that I have loaded to the website. Have been very happy and will continue to go back for more!

It's exactly what I requested, not brassy, but has reddish brownish golden highlitghts. Color lasts 5 weeks at least, and I only see gray around 6 weeks out. Total coverage. Love the product and all that comes in the package.

Worked beautifully! Colored the gray at my temples amazingly and the instructions were easy to follow & use. I even lightened my color a shade and it turned out as nicely as if I'd had it done professionally. I love it!

I was impressed at the quality of the products upon arrival and there was enough colour for my hair, which can sometimes take 3 traditional boxed colours to cover during a colour change. After using the colour, my roots are the same colour as the rest of my hair, which I believe is a first other than going to the salon, and sometimes including those trips as well. I will continue to use this product and am very satisfied.

I just colored my hair with my custom color by Danielle S. I can't tell you how pleased I am with this color. For years I've used the drugstore brands and could never achieve the color that I wanted. As I straighten and color my hair, I have always had the vicious cycle of my color stripping my straightener and my straightener stripping my color. With the eSalon color system I no longer have that problem. Whatever you guys are doing - keep it up!!!! My hair has never been healthier and more vibrant.
