After coloring my hair for years, I had decided to quit and just "go natural." I found that my hair texture was becoming very uncontrollable. Just as I was deciding to start coloring again, I discovered eSalon Custom Color. I provided them with all my personal information, including a very "sort of this and sort of that" description of the new color I wanted. Within a few days, the box with my perfect new color arrived. I couldn't be happier. Especially nice is that I don't have to go to the drugstore and HOPE that they have my color in stock . . . and when they don't, then having to take a chance on finding a similar color in a different brand, and then holding my breath to see if it turns out okay. With eSalon, I can trust that my perfect color will arrive on schedule when I need it . . . no more guess work and holding my breath to see how my color will turn out. I call that a Miracle Discovery!

I love this product and get compliments on my color almost every day. Two different hair salons where I got haircuts asked if it was my natural color and when I said no they said to keep doing what I'm doing because it is beautiful and looks very natural. Thank you and it is so easy to apply.

I love this hair color, it doesn't stain my skin and lasts for about 6 to 8 weeks. The shampoo and conditioner leave my hair feeling soft and manageable. Also, the packaging is chic and gives the feeling of a personal luxury service.

I love this product. My first delivery was nearly perfect in color, the second month it WAS perfect. esalon does a great job matching the color I wanted, and I can't tell you how many compliments I get! People are actually surprised when they learn I'm not a natural ginger. It looks SO natural!

I loved this colour, with some hair colourants they can be quite potent but with esalon i did not have this problem. The product was a dream to use and i found i did not have to scrape the bottle clean to get every last remnants of serum out unlike with some other companies colourants. I was able to get a complete coverage with ease and would recommend this to anyone.

Whenever I get that email saying your hair colour has been dispatched I get really excited!!!
For years I have been using top brands from the supermarket but I have never had results as good as what Esalon has given me!

After a second adjustment they nailed the color! It is shiny and vibrant, full of body and covers grays amazingly well. The only thing why I don't give them 5 starts is because, no matter how hard I wash my hair after applying the color, my hair always stains my white robe in the collar area. Fortunately that robe washes well so no harm on that. Lesson learned. First time washing my hair always always use a dark towel to prevent it. Other than that... I love it! =)

This hair color system is great. The color is perfect for me. The kit arrives with everything you need and is personalized. I've been using esalon.com since 2012. Superior to boxed store brands. The personalized touch with the matching and also little things like name printed on my orders makes me feel confident that company goes the extra mile. That's why I have stayed with them for years and saved much money in the process. Thank you. I might try a new shade or other products from esalon.com. It's time, and I trust the company. 😆

I like how it comes out multi-faceted but consistent with color. It's an easy process and I only do it every 8 weeks. The fade of the color is natural and doesn't really reveal roots. Looks very natural!

I sent a note on adjusting the color (that was too dark) to a little lighter with gold highlights (not orange)... it was PERFECT.

I am happy with the color. This time I used it as for full coverage (not only my roots) since the highlights will probably need retouching soon, and I was pleasantly surprised with the results. I was complimented at work by different people a few times and even after a few washes the color is getting better.

This color turned out GREAT! It "feels" the most like my natural brunette than any coloring I've had; didn't irritate my scalp or burn my hair, leaving it soft. The gray covered easily, very important; highlights are perfect and appreciated after dull, dark, matte formulas from the store and even the salon.

I am very happy with the color. The application process was ok, it was described well so I felt like I knew what to do next. The color is exactly what I wanted. My hair came out well conditioned and not damaged. I am hoping that future applications will be the same.

As a grandma of 23, mom and wife, I still want to look my best. I v colored ( never use the word "dye") my hair for a few years now. If 60 really is the new 50, then ESalon is the way to go. I know even young people like to color their hair for various reasons. However; for my age-group I love to be a spokeswomen for this amazing product, and tell my friends about my custom- color when they compliment my hair and assume it costs a fortune to keep it looking this young, vibrint, and healthy looking. I was really scared to try my personal color for the first time as I have used my previous brand for 17 years. I actually had three boxes of eSalon waiting for me to try. The first time I used it I noticed that my hair was the same color, but brighter and prettier and healthier looking. I was sold... I have since used my other two boxes that were prepared just for me and I have set up delivery for my next box. I really notice the difference in the texture and all around look and I am a forever customer now.

I am very happy with my color and my experience. The colorist recommended a color that they believed would be a better choice than what I chose. It was dark enough but cut out the brassy notes. Turned out beautifully!!
