I was SO nervous to try this. But, people have made so many comments about the color of my hair, not the coloring part, but expressing their desire to have my NATURAL hair color. My stylist changed my original request which added to my nervousness, but she was SO on point. The process is a two person job but totally worth it in the end.

I have to say after using this product three times in a row now they have figured out what suits me best. No one can tell I color my hair as it looks very natural. Very happy with the results, e salon has it spot on

As a hair-dying veteran, I was skeptical that an online service could offer salon results. Not only was I impressed with the instructions and ease of use, but the final resulting color was spot on what I asked for as well as gorgeously rich, glossy and multi-tonal. I am a convert.

I was nervous. Haven't colored my own hair in years, and that was before grey hairs set in, but this color was perfect and it makes me feel good when I look in the mirror. Three weeks in, it's still covering the grey, the ends still match the roots, and the shine is excellent. I'll definitely use this again between salon visits!!

I uploaded a picture of myself and a colorist recommended a different color. It turned out to match my natural color exactly. And does a great job covering my grays. My hairdresser even said the quality of eSalon color is great. Love eSalon!

I picked out a color I thought I would like and added a picture. My colorist specialist realized it would not be a good color for me and adjusted it a bit. When the package arrived it had everything I needed and all the directions. The color came out beautiful. I couldn't have asked for a better color choice. I will definitely be using this service again😊

I have always colored my own hair, refusing to pay extortionate salon prices. But I always found the boxed colorants I was using left my hair dry and unmanageable. Finally a colleague of mine put me onto eSalon. Her hair always looked so silky and shiny but natural after her colorings. I am so glad she did. Mine now looks and feels just as good. And eSalon was so easy to work with when I requested a slight change in the color. It may cost a little more than what I was paying before but is so, so worth it. Thank you eSalon.

I was hesitant to try this when I received my first hair color because I've had some bad experiences using other DIY hair color. But I finally got up the nerve to try and boy was I glad that I did. I love, love this product. Matched my color perfectly. I will never have to go back to the salon to have someone else do my hair color which saves me lots of money!!! This is by far the best grey coverage I have every had on my tough hair. Even my stylist was impressed. My hair is very thick, wavy and about 80% white. I don't look healthy with white hair so I have gone back to coloring. Best shade ever and it looks totally natural. Very soft, too! You must try this!!!!

I've been using Preference by L'Oréal for 30 years and was nervous about changing brands. Lately my hair has seemed very dried out. Sealing color was the perfect shade and my hair feels as soft as when I get a deep conditioning treatment at the salon.

My custom color is exactly what I wanted. After Danielle my colorist asked me for some information about my last hair color, she asked for an updated picture also. This was so easy to email and I think it added that extra step of service for the right custom color. My hair has a healthy texture. The process is easy with no powerful, offensive odor from the product. My goal is to have my natural hair color and gray coverage, and that's exactly what I've got!

I love eSalon! I also love that my colorist contacted me regarding gradually going darker when I just wanted to jump right in. So glad she suggested a lighter color because I love it! I probably won't go any darker. I will be getting my color here from now on.

This product is truly fabulous! I have tried various home products, even professional products at home, and none even come close to this. The others have faded or changed color and left my hair really frizzy. Esalon's color doesn't do that - it started out the right color and stayed that way, and didn't fry my hair! It works like a good quality in salon color for a fraction of the price! I am sold!

I'm on my third use of eSalon and I am super happy with the product. I get notice before they mix it, so I can make adjustments before, if I want to change my color - go darker or change the shade to suit the season. I can track the shipping and it arrives quickly, at a reasonable price. The instructions are simple, easy to follow. In 45 minutes to an hour, I have a great result. It doesn't damage my hair like typical box color, my hair is healthy and beautiful. Plus, the gray coverage is phenomenal. I highly recommend using.

.... to my perfect light auburn shade. I so appreciate the colorists working so carefully with me to make this work. I've been cautious to not get too drastic a change. I'm confident the next order will be "it."
Also, love the coverage and quality and how my hair feels. With my OTC color that I've used for many years, I could barely squeak to six weeks. With eSalon, nine weeks snuck up on me and the color was still good (even on my temples).

having used nice and easy for many many years. I have found that I needed to dye every 5 weeks. So I had a go at esalon, and was initially surprised by its consistency, as it is quite heavy on hair, but I think this is because it deep conditions it. In fact I have only just dyed it again this evening, as the colour lasted so long, I think its about 7 weeks since the last one. so although more expensive than nice and easy, it is definitely more of a professional finish, and the colour is beautiful. thanks

First time use that replaces store bought and am please to see that it better covers my greys. Application was simple with well written instructions. Color was a little darker than expected and we'll see if and how much it will lighten after the first wash. My coarse wiry hair is very well behaved - don't know if it was the thorough coloring or by using the shampoo and conditioner that came with it. So glad I finally decided to try eSalon!!!.

I am extremely happy with esalon! The first kit came with the two colors to even out my roots to the rest of my hair. I was sure I would screw it up but it came out perfect and so shiny! The second was just for the root touch up and I am about 90% grey and it covers better than anything I have used in the past.

The process for designing the color perfect for me was fast and easy. When my color was delivered and applied, it was an easy process with excellent instructions. My hair looks and feels fantastic and it is exactly what I wanted! I can see that I will be using eSalon for a long time!!!

The color turned out great and was very even. I was nervous b/c I did the color myself and can not reach the back easily. Even my regular stylist was surprised the color distribution.

I love love love my new hair colour!! The whole process from the ordering to the application was great! For the first time using this product it appears good on fine hair. Having gone to a Salon for my color it was a challenge for me to do my own color. I would like to have had more coverage on the "white" coming through at my temples.

I've had my hair colored since ....a very long time. This color blends so well with the existing salon coloring, covers the gray and leaves variations of color verses monochromatic. I've been asked numerous times if this is my natural color, because it looks real. Thank you.

I love being a red head, but when I would get it professionally done, it looked fake, not natural. This color is perfect! It's darker, still red, and looks like a natural color. So happy with this!
