I just love the last color that I was sent. And just putting it on my roots was a good
thing to do because now it blends in with my bottom layers. I have reddish highlights which I wanted and my hair is shiny and soft to touch.

This will be my 3rd time using my Custom hair color. I absolutely LOVE it!
Before this I was going to the hair color Spa and wasting so much money, and the color was always wrong and never lasted. My hair was getting dry. Since I started using eSalon. I am so happy with the perfect color and it also leaves my hair soft and shiny. I am in love.

Followed easy to read instructions, colour was perfect! (Not so keen on the smell though).. after rinsing off, used shampoo and conditioner (which both smell lovely) with no trace of colour smell.. best I have used, will be sticking with e salon.. thank you

This is a great way to avoid the harsh drug store hair colors and a lot of money at a salon. Plus the instructions have a suggestion to insure layered color instead of a "boxed flat color" look. My hair feels better.

This product utilizes a medium mahogany on my roots, and a copper-reddish blend for the ends of my hair. I have been very pleased with how natural the color looks when finished. The coloring does not damage my hair which is a plus. I am also pleased with the shampoo and conditioner included in the kit, which leaves my hair shiny and very cleanice smelling.

Many thanks for your support in getting the colour right. I am very pleased with the natural finish and ease of use. However as I have quite short hair I only use a third of the bottle and leave it on only for 10 minutes as my hair seems to take the colour so well. I would welcome feedback on this please. I had the color adjusted to be less red-toned than my first order, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. Now my hair looks more like my natural color.

I have tried so many products (salon color, box color and well known hair salon retail stores) since I have been covering gray. After coloring only 2 weeks later my (white) gray would line my hairline like a halo. I used this product over 3 weeks ago and I still have no signs of gray showing, which is exactly what I wanted. My gray remains hidden and the color is absolutely what I wanted.

The process of coloring your own hair, especially when it's long can be tedious and difficult. I usually just do my roots and was pleasantly surprised at well it covers the grays and blends without looking like I did it myself. Will continue to purchase to extend time between $200 salon visits.

I have always had my hair colored because I don't like what is offered to me in the store. The color is never right. But when I have it colored in the salon I am at the mercy of the stylist and what she thinks she hears from me. I have had some really interesting color on my hair. Bought my hair color after seeing the review of a lady with red hair. I've always understood red to be the hardest color to maintain. The red dye on the other customers hair was fabulous, I also have not been disappointed even though I'm a brunette.

I love this hair color! I fine-tuned the color just a bit after my first order and now it's just perfect! Lasts 4 weeks, doesn't fade or dry out my hair. I'll never shell out $100+ again to color my hair!

This is my second time using esalon and it is great! So far I am loving the products that come in my kit. My hair color (copper brown) has come out the way I was paying to have it done professionally. It is so easy to do at home at my leisure. I will continue using esalon and recommending it to my friends and family.

I am so happy to finally have a hair color that is vibrant and leaves my hair so shiny!
I usually have to buy 2 applications for my hair, and it still doesn't come out that great. I received more than enough to color my hair with detailed instructions and some very helpful tips. Love this service!

I've been using the custom color since July and I've never been happier with the consistence of my color tone. Prior to that I was at the hair dresser every 4 weeks and the color was fading and my hair was drying out. That's not happening with eSalon. So glad I found out about this.

I was really skeptical when I first got my box. I have really thick hair, like, it takes me two hours to do pretty much anything with it, thick hair. I usually use two boxes of normal colour because one isn't enough. I ended up being very pleasantly surprised. The formula was kind of like a creme texture that was easier to apply. The biggest surprise however was how my felt when I was rinsing. Normally, my hair has a post treatment, fried sort of feel to it. With this, it was quite the opposite. My hair had a nice, soft texture. The reason I give it a 4 instead of a 5, however, is because of the colour. That isn't to say that the colour was bad; it just wasn't quite what I was expecting. The final colour is kind of like a warm maple syrup colour, and I was aiming for more of a Sophie Turner, ginger toned hue. All in all, I am very impressed with the quality of the product.

I'm 70 years old with hair 4 inches past my shoulders. Naturally curly. Even the stylist at Mario Triccosi complimented me on the color. It looks perfectly natural.
