I am VERY pleased with my color! This was the first time that I have colored my hair (I usually went to a salon), and I am very impressed with the color! It looks like the color when I started to color my hair. Great coverage, easy to apply, Fabulous!

This color is the best I have ever tried. Exactly the color I wanted. Box kits would be too dark, light, pink/red. My hair also feels like it is in better condition, slightly thicker. I would recommend to anyone who is currently frustrated with their store bought color results, but can't afford professional.

I've used this product twice to color my hair at home. It's very easy, the instructions are simple with a large font (doesn't gray hair and needing readers go hand and hand?). My hair looks and feels like I had it colored at a spa; rich, even color. It also lasts a lot longer, so much so that I don't need to color as often.

I've always had trouble doing my roots since I have so much grey hair (starting getting greys at age 20) and my now colored hair is auburn. I sent a picture so that the colorist could see how grey the roots were and match my existing color. Well, I was BLOWN AWAY with the results. My friends will be checking out eSalon, too, because they loved my results.

I'm so pleased how well the colorist matched my skin tones and eye color. eSalon wasn't any more difficult than store bought colors. The quality of eSalon exceeds store bought. And spending almost $150 for salon visit ... definitely eSalon from here on out.

I am not a stylist, and I have been coloring my hair for many years. Both professionally and at home. One way to expensive and the other way to cheap! And then I found eSalon. Everything I needed was included in my package. I was hopeful but unsure because it was my first time using eSalon. I followed the instructions and applied the product (all super easy) and was extremely happy with the results. I really think eSalon's color lasted longer than the products my hair dresser uses!

I love my custom hair color. I have to admit I was the person buying the $3.00 drug store hair dye and it not only dried my hair out but washed out in less than 2 weeks. I have very stubborn grey hair and I have found with my custom hair dye, I get complete coverage on my grey roots. I can go almost 5 weeks without having to dye my roots again. I love ESalons root dye because its fast and custom made, it's easy to apply and my hair is super soft after using the conditioner it comes with. Smells great and the dye does not have a nasty ammonia smell. My hair is not only healthier but those stubborn greys are COMPLETELY covered and it stays covered until my next shipment. So I would call this product a miracle!!!

I had just found out that Revlon had discontinued my hair color, what's up with that! Then I found esalon online, a personal colorist sounded great,so I found a couple photos of the color I liked & described it in my own words. In a short time my color and so much more arrived! My color, directions, and cream to prevent color on my skin and a color remover for places I missed with the cream. I mixed and applied etc. I loved my soft beautiful red hair. I colored my hair several times with the same great results. As we changed seasons I wanted some changes to my color, I emailed my colorist, described the changes I was looking for. My next order brought those changes and a hair color I tailored to my specifications. I receive compliments regarding my hair daily. I am very pleased with eSalon and their customer service shipments on my time table, color changes as I need them and they stay connected thru emails regarding my thoughts on their service, and before they are due to ship my next treatment they inquire if I want any changes or products added. I rate them a 9 only because I have to apply the color myself! 😄

I have to say I was not expecting the results I got when I use this product but I have to say it was absolutely amazing! It arrived right on time and in a nice box. The directions were very easy and clear to understand. I love how the color turned out and it has lasted a lot longer than the box junk you get in the stores. I will definitely be purchasing from eSalon again!! If you are looking for a really good at home color product, look no further because you have it with them.

I've been have my hair done at a pricey salon for years...but as I am getting more and more grey hair the Aveda dye wouldn't cover or last long enough!!! This product covers my grey and I've been able to go longer in between due jobs!! Love it!!!

Love this product. I've been coloring my hair at home for several years due to high price at salon. Trying to keep up with gray regrowth at salon was very costly. This product took out the orange tint I was getting with other color kits I had been using.

As an experienced home colorist, found the directions and process very easy to follow. In addition the color was complimentary to my already highlighted hair.

I tried other hair coloring products, to include other mailed professional mixtures, but I've never had results like with this one: it leaves hair smooth and shiny, and healthy looking! Also, I had to adjust the color after the first time and the colorist was right on target. And the service is terrific. I rarely review products, but this is worth it.

I was very nervous about my color after I applied bottle #1 on my roots so I cut the time a little short before Applying bottle #2. I have to say my color actually turned out the way I wanted and I will not cut the time short next application. I got many compliments on the color and shine. Looking forward to getting my next kit because my roots are starting to show.

Once I got my color right, I have found this easy to use, the color lasts and it looks much more natural than the box dyes I used to color my hair with. I love it!

This was my first attempt at coloring my own hair. I have to say the instructions were spot on. The color was perfect! I am very pleased. I also was impressed when I wanted to change from permanent to demi permanent and you easily made that adjustment for me. I am super happy and even more happy that I will be saving money from getting my color done at my salon..

I love this hair color!. I don't have to hunt thru the drugstore anymore for a color close to the one I want. I get one custom made for me! And the quality is excellent. My hair feels better and is shinier after I color it. Great stuff! Better color than I have had done at a salon.

Was a little nervous when I looked in the mirror after it was blow dried, but I think it was because I had not seen my hair any color but white for so long. It's really funny that even people close to me do not notice, just that my face looks brighter.

I have been having difficulty finding a coloring formula that would last on my gray hair.. this is the product! I was concerned at first, because it didn't last more than a few weeks, spoke to a colorist and they suggested a little long to set in my hair !! What a difference a few minutes makes... its has been over a month and my grey is barely showing. The formula has also been great on my hair.. it's always soft and smooth!! Thank you ESalon!!

I absolutely love my custom color. I get so many compliments. The first time I dyed my hair it was a bit messy, but I have gotten much better over time.

This formulation was great! I love the deep red and have gotten multiple compliments on it. I was a little worried that it would be too much on the purple side of red, but it is good.
In the future, I am still looking to go more towards the orange side of red. But for now, I like this color.

I requested that my color changed just slightly to a darker blonde. It was PERFECT! My salon could not have done a better job as compared to the eSalon. It looks natural and blends in well. Great job again Thank you!

This by far the best at home hair color I have ever used. I usually have a good deal of hair loss after coloring and with e-salon color I get very little hair loss. Easy to use and looks like professional coloring. Color is rich and shiny
