Been using custom color for about 9 months now and more than happy with the result and the service. I did think at first how can they get it right without seeing you in person but they do. The color they mixed perfectly suits my skin colour and leaves my hair in good condition. I've also had it adjusted to reduce brassiness. Love the colour and I've had lots of complements too.
If you nervous about trying it, don't be. Take the plunge you won't look back

I love the color and the fact that it lasts so much longer then most others I have tried. I also now have my beautician trying it and so I will keep ordering mine and she will put it in for me . I had trouble getting all my roots would miss places and plus I wanted her to highlight it some . She really likes the color.

This is so easy to do & the color is awesome! I had some uncertainty about trying this myself but I have spoken with a live colorist each time I have ordered. I have been beyond happy with the results & get compliments all the time on how it looks.

At first I was a little apprehensive because my colorists said I could not go lighter than my natural color, which is medium brown. For the summer I like my hair a little lighter (light brown/dark blonde mix). But I went ahead with the color anyway, mostly my roots as suggested, and I absolutely loved it! I have had so many compliments on the color. My hair was so soft and shiny too!! I am going to order the shampoo and conditioner with my next order. Thank you e-salon!!

The color blend made for me is fantastic. Although a medium to dark brown, I see many different hues. Leaves my hair soft. Odor is minimum.

Wow! Such an awesome product and service. Could this be any easier? I placed my order, had quick communication about some questions the colorist had, and before I knew it, my coloring kit was delivered. The instructions were very complete, and easy to follow. I couldn't be happier with the results. The color was exactly what I was hoping to accomplish. It covered the greys flawlessly. I admit I was worried about having dried out damaged hair, as I have had in the past after coloring at home. Not the case at all this time. I did purchase the recommended shampoo and conditioner. They are great. All in all, this service is wonderful! Thank you!

I usually never dye my hair darker at home, because the color always ends up looking different on my roots vs. my ends. eSalon totally fixes this problem by providing you with two separate colors for roots and ends, and the result was surprisingly flawless! This isn't a flat hair color: my hair is gorgeous. I have been a member for years. I started out more strawberry, but after several orders, I toned it down with a colorist. Fantastic feedback and they understood what I was saying. Over the years, the high quality has remained. I love the convenience of mail delivery.

I really like the color and their customer service. It actually looks better and less damaged than my hair salon. I think for my hair, it needs more than 30 minutes to dye my hair though. I love the color!!!

I've been using esalon for a few months now. I love it. I was a little concerned about gray coverage at first, but my directions were changed to address this and my gray coverage lasts a little longer now. I love the color. I started doing this because I couldn't afford to color my hair in the salon, but now I'm not sure I'd want to. I'm that happy with my experience.

To be honest, I was quite dubious and a bit worried about the result, especially as they suggested a different colour to the one I originally chose. It took me a few weeks to pluck up the courage to actually apply it but I'm glad I did. I was very pleased with the results and will stick with the colour they suggested...for now anyway. I would definitely recommend eSalon.

I was hesitant to try this new way of buying hair dye but after reading tons of reviews and watching several you tube videos I was feeling more confident with giving it a try. I am SO glad I did. I have been complemented on my hair almost everyday that I am out and about. They always ask "is that your natural color?" I want to say yes because it is the closest match I've ever gotten to my natural hair color, being a redhead it can be challenging finding the right shade especially if you are trying to keep it natural looking. My hair is soft and shiny...I had a little bit of fall out after I dyed it but nothing compared to the drugstore brands. I dyed my hair 4 weeks ago and the color is still vibrant. I did order the shampoo and conditioner as well as the color enhancing treatment which I've used twice a week to give my color that boost..I just can't say enough good things about this product!
The website was super easy to navigate, I ordered my hair color with ease and it was shipped and received within a week!
You won't regret giving this a try. I bet you'll be hooked. I know I am. :)

I love this hair dye and I'll tell you why, one day I used another brand while waiting for my order ,BAD mistake no kidding that other brand dye dried my hair so bad I had to condition my hair for a while never again will I use another brand it does make a difference. eSalon is the best dye I have ever used and I'm in my 60s ..Aloha.....

I like that I don't have to make an appointment to get the color done is a plus. I like being able to do my own color when I have time. I have had a cosmetologist license for over 20 years and this is one of the best color options out there.

I did my roots for the first time using eSalon and I must say I am totally impress...They match my color 100%...Not only does it look like a professional hair dresser did my hair but it was Sooooooooo much cheaper!!!

Your company changed my mind about doing my own color. The color is beautiful and last a good 6to8 weeks between touch ups. Best color also. Product is hands down right up there with any salon color treatment.

I really, really love my Esalon colour! My hair stylist isn't too thrilled :( but I've saved so much time & money! From the time you open box everything is detailed so no mistakes, and everything you need is there. My hair color was perfect and soft and shining. Normally with other dyes my hair is dry until deep condition for a week. I recommend to everyone.

At 35, I have pervasive gray hair that is very wirey. I'm not ready to be all gray yet but can't afford salon color every five weeks. Have tried every at home color kit in the book with varying results none as amazing as eSalon! The color sent perfectly matched, took care of all of my grays and left my hair shiny and healthy looking and feeling. I was skeptical to order from online salon, I did anyway as my life has become more complicated. I was very surprised and happy with the results. I especially loved the colorist checking in to see if I was satisfied!! As long as I'm doing my own hair Esalon gets my business. You guys are great!

I stopped coloring my hair because it was ruined. I couldn't keep my gray covered, I could rarely find the same color more than twice so I was always scrambling to figure out what color to use next. The products I receive from E salon is dependable, consistent, and really covers the gray. So after 3 years of being gray and feeling old, my hair is a lovely soft brown with red highlights. I have received so many compliments and i am very happy with my new look!

Excellent gray coverage and the color lasts. May be pricey as compared to drugstore brands, but it is less than a salon coloring, and the quality is the same as what you get at the salon.

Easy to apply, easy to reorder. The color is perfect. My hair is not at all damaged. I like the non-permanent color because I can't deal with roots. I can't color my hair all the time--with the non-permanent, it slowly washes out, leaving my hair looking always natural, even if I wait too long between colorings.

I have two small children (ages 1 and 2), and zero time to spend hours in a salon. Plus it only cost a third of what a cheap salon would charge me (ie, more money for diapers). Also, it does not leave my hair feeling dried out like the store bought kits. I love that they ship it to me with everything I need, and I can lock myself in my bathroom after the kids go to sleep and have some nice me time.
