The first time I dyed my hair it was a little darker than expect. I emailed my colorist and told her I needed it a little brighter and it turned out beautiful. Extremely pleased and the product is really easy to use. Thank you so much.

It's the exact color I wanted my hair to be! A million times better than drugstore colors. Every little gray hair is colored the same color as the rest so that's a huge difference from drugstore colors. Amazing! Thank you for a great product!!

Even though I just colored my hair for the first time with the products - I can't believe how much less fading I have. I had to adjust my color for 2nd order - no biggie and SUPER Easy!!. Usually within a week of coloring - the fading is evident, and my grey rear their ugly head.. Not so far with this. I can't wait to see how it continues to work. It is anything like what I have experienced so far - I'll never have to go to Sally Beauty again! WOO HOO!!

I have spent a lot of money in the salon trying to get a great color. I have also used boxed color from local stores. This is my first time trying an online color service, and I am amazed. I love the personalized box with the color kit and shampoo and conditioner samples, which smell great and make my hair feel really good. My hair tends to turn orange when I put blonde color on it, so I was so happy to see a gorgeous blond result with no orange tones! The hair color I received was exactly the shade I wanted. It looked good the first day it was colored. Not like the salon when it's too dark and takes a few days to calm down to the color you want. There was plenty of product and my grays still haven't come through, even after 5 weeks. Highly recommend.

I love the hair color that was designed just for me. When first purchased, it was a little dark so the specialist tweaked it a little and I couldn't be happier. My favorite thing about the color is the way it makes my hair feel; shiny and so soft to the touch. Now if only I had someone else to do my root touch ups. But I'm getting it down pretty well myself using the instructions that come with the hair color. I highly recommend this product to everyone I can. Perfect!

I have the "roots only" product in light brown. It is very long lasting and cuts down on the frequency I have to color my hair. Also very gentle and good for my hair which is now healthier, has more body and shine than previously. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love the colour, it's easy to use and my hair actually feels like hair after use, unlike the supmermarket branded box colours, they always make my hair feel really coarse. I am hoping that my roots don't show through as quickly as last time, but I am prepared and have requested a colour every 4 weeks to see how that goes. ...to box color! I have not been this happy with my hair since I had it colored last at the salon, which was over a year ago. The box color did the job, but I wasn't happy. eSalon's color is amazing: the actual color is SPOT ON and exactly what I've wanted. Being able to leave a message for the colorist is so perfect: I wanted to even out my roots and ends and avoid hot roots, and she made that happen! The gloss made a huge difference in getting the color consistent from root to tip AND added gorgeous shine. I'm a convert and telling everyone!

I admit I was nervous doing this... I was given 2 different colors- one for my roots, one for the rest and I have to say, this is the best color job I have ever had... and I did it all myself!! This even ranks as the best when compared to the salon done color I've had for $200. The directions were clear. The amount of color was perfect. I had plenty left over and I have a lot of long hair. For the price, I'll happily keep getting my custom color and actually keep my color maintained. Customer for life! The shampoo and conditioner samples are amazingly good. I'll be getting full bottles of that next time.

I have been using esalon since 2015. As we age, our color should be lighter. I sent them my picture and they picked a medium brown with gold. I had never tried a color like that. Everyone I know has complimented me on it. It lasts about 6 weeks. You won't go wrong with esalon

It's difficult to find a proper red dye. Either the color can have too many shades of purple or orange. eSalon color is the perfect blend of copper, blonde & red for me, coloring all my white & grey hair. Love it! TY

seems to be a great colour. easy enough to use, only just enough shampoo and not enough conditioner, the pack was full of stuff that was not necessary or asked for, ie, grease to put on skin that went all over hair, despite instructions to not put on hair. Stuff to take off colour from skin. Gloves.

Had hear about your products for a while, but was still buying box mixes from the store. Decided to make the leap and could not be happier...the best thing I have ever done! So convenient and I get compliments all the time...even from my friends who are hairdressers!

The color I HV received from esalon hasn't matched my original haircolor ever since I placed my first order. I'm still trying to get back to it.With the help of the amazing e-Salon team of colorists they HV given me the fantastic grey coverage I've grown to depend on and a beautiful over all color that I am very happy with. I have always had hard to color gray hair at the roots. It's has been hard to find a hair color that I didn't have to Recolor every 4 weeks. It's been almost 2 1/2 months, just colored again this morning and it's amazing color! Thanks eSalon!

After an adjustment to my original color they were kind enough to give me a complimentary bottle to try out and this time they got it perfect!

I ordered it on Monday and I had the product by Wed so the extra $2 for fast delivery is definitely worth it.
I really loved this product.
I got exactly what I ordered in terms of color.
I followed the directions to a T
There was no weird color smell.
My hair did feel gummy after rinsing the product out but once I used the shampoo and conditioner that came with the package that feeling went away.
I think people complaining about that may have used their own shampoo.
It covered my grays really good too which doesn't always happen with box color.
I will definitely order again ...

The quality of color is like in the expensive saloons. The delivery is in time. And the tint is good to revive hair between coloring. Good job.

Love the whole set up, custom color and all that good stuff. The color I chose was just a bit to red for me, was hoping that the red would fade some and bring out more blonde color's.

I was very happy with the richness of the color and the coverage I got. I have stubborn gray hair and the eSalon color work much better than store bought.

I am now a customer for life for eSalon. This is great product. I needed root blending, they adjusted to my needs and it came out as if I was under physical care in a salon. Perfect coverage and match. No drying out of my hair either. I used the after conditioner that comes in the package. Plenty of product for my fine and mid back length.
