So I have always had my hair professionally colored, but ran into some tough times financially. I decided to give eSalon a try and I have been very pleased with my results!! It is easy to use and the color is terrific! I love auto ship because then I don't let life keep me from remembering it is time to color again.

eSalon is the first time I've done at home hair color. I was leery. Read a pile of reviews. Watched all the videos I could find. And, I jumped in. I am very pleased with my results.
The instructions are very easy to understand and follow.
Shipping is unbelievably quick. I don't have anything to compare the product to, but I love the results. My hair looks great!

eSalon matched my hair color exactly, but with a hint of something that makes it look more natural. I couldn't be more ecstatic. The gray coverage was 100%. I've been coloring my own hair for 30 years. This is the best color I've ever used.

I loved everything about my experience. The color was beautiful and the contact with the colorist was great. My hair did not feel dry after coloring. If anything, after following the fool-proof instructions and using the packet of shampoo and conditioner, my hair felt silky soft!
The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because I am a dirty blonde who wants to be very light blonde and they don't offer that as of yet. I'm dying to try it though! Well worth the money. I even got my girlfriend into eSalon and she loved the color too!

The color is a tad darker than I thought, but it looks fantastic. My hair feels like hair. I ordered the shampoo and conditioner that came with my kit because my hair feels so silky and soft-even the ends! Definitely will recommend this product to my friends and anyone else who wishes to color their hair. Love it!

Love my products from ESALON. I pull pics from Pinterest and attach to email my colorist mixes and replies and I can add additional products and I receive my personalized box in about 3 days. Excellent products and great customer service and cost a 1/3 of going to salon. My hair silky and soft.

This is the best product to use if gray hair is your concern. With the store bought dyes I'm coloring my hair every month, with eSalon I can do every other month. I love it!!!

Have been going to salon every 4 weeks for years (spending time and $$), so thought I would give this a try. I have used store bought before, but my ESalon kit was so easy - everything that is needed from gloves, to stain protector to stain remover. It is the small things like the little sticker to stick the instructions to your mirror that add that special touch. . This was an easy process and so far I am pleased with the results (color and texture). Fingers crossed that I will continue to like this product because it is going to save me time & money and keep my gray covered nicely.

Love the way my hair looks after a coloring. Just the right mix of reddish brown to restore my natural hair color and blend in the grey. The gloss gives it extra dimension.
Also appreciate the other products that go into my hair care portfolio--shampoo, conditioner, and especially hair styling lotion, which adds body and smells great!

This actually does look very natural and covered my grey! It has been about 3 weeks and it looks like it will need to be done every 4-5 weeks. This does look better than what my colorist was doing too! I will continue to purchase it.

Wow! Loved this color. Exactly what I had in mind. Easy to apply following the instructions. Did not fade any faster than a salon semi-permanent color. As time when on, golden highlights occurred with the natural fading.

I love the esalon hair dye. It is easy to apply and I always have enough, I used to buy two bottles of hair dye for my thick long hair. Instructions are clear and easy to follow with good tips and my customised colour is just what I was looking for. People always comment my hair is looking good just after I have dyed it as it looks so shiny.

I asked for a dark brown/violet shade. My hair had been colored in a salon previously, and my ecolorist emailed back letting me know that my color couldn't be made as dark as in the salon. She suggested that I stay with my salon color.

I was happy with the first color I received. When it came time for my 2nd order, I requested that the colorist make my shade a bit lighter. I really loved that shade and appreciated being able to have it adjusted. I really like that my hair color has several dimensions of color which makes it look more natural.

It took a couple of formulations but ESalon formulated the perfect color for my base. I have 100% translucent white hair and the color has held. I highly. Recommend using ESalon!

I was really happy with the way the color mix blended in with my old color. I used to be a honey gold blonde but as I get older I am going white and grey heavily so I am switching to a cooler blonde coloring. First treatment looked great!

I was skeptical at first about getting hair color online but I finally decided to try it because I couldn't find a do it yourself that worked for me. I explained what I was looking for and the customer service person was very helpful. I tried it and loved the color. It lasts longer than store bought and besides the perfect color, it doesn't turn orange or brassy!!! I'm sold on it!

My experience after many years of store bought, was too dark or too light and one dimensional. Now, my custom hair color is perfect. I've used it twice in a month and I'd say my root growth has been 3/4", that is how much white roots are covered with the custom color. My hair grows very fast and I'm over 90% white.

The first time I ordered from ESalon I was a little uncomfortable with the color I chose, but I couldn't find one I liked better. my personal stylist emailed me that they had chosen a different color, one they felt would suit me better (because of the picture I sent them of myself.) She was totally right! I love it!

I was always nervous about coloring my hair. I said if it starts to get more grey in it I would have it professionally done mostly because I had no idea how to match my color. I saw the add for esalon and decided to give it a try. I'm more than thrilled with the ease of doing it myself and the perfect match. Now I would do it no other way.

I love eSalon's color. I was paying $60 for my salon colorist to color my grays and was never happy with how the color came out. Now I'm paying 1/3 of that for color that actually matches my own. I just uploaded a picture of my old hair color and eSalon did the rest. Fantastic!

I asked that my color be my color but with the richness I had when I was younger. Red is hard to get right and I have had my hair look like a clown from the hair salon and paid $160 to be embarrassed! I love esalon.......a bazillion times better than the boxed stuff you buy at the grocery store. Gorgeous and long lasting color with dimension....and it covers grey BEAUTIFULLY! You have a customer for life!

If I could give it a 4& 1/2 stars I would. Here's what I especially loved from the start: Fast easy selection/shipping/delivery & amazing packaging. Easy to understand instructions & 2️⃣pairs of really nice latex free gloves! Not like the otc hair colors in a box. The free gifts were a nice plus. The shampoo & conditioner were enough for almost 3 washings and were fantastic. It was not hard to rinse out the color like some others. Best of all, the complements have been lavish😁
What I didn't like was the smell was quite stronger than I'm used to. In my opinion, the vibrant red has already begun to dim even tho I use a color safe shampoo for reds. Also, I couldn't get the color on my roots as fast as it said it should take, any tips?
Over all, I highly recommend & will continue to purchase.

I love my custom color! I also love that it does not fade like other colors I have used. I wash my hair everyday and the color holds great. Very pleased with this product!

I've been to the salon several times, abd have done home color for 23 yrs. I have never seen a color that resulted in the shine, coverage, color, and length of time that the color lasted in my hair, like this color does! I cannot live without this color!

I really like that they communicate with you about your color. I've got really stubborn grey kinky curly grey hair and it doesn't take color well. This past color package is almost there. Just another tweak and it should be a great color coverage for me. Love having my color specialist.

I am enjoying the color and different shades I am getting from this product. I am overlapping the color solution on already colored hair at my scalp/roots it is giving me a darker shade flowing into the red of previously colored hair like the affect of this. Getting many compliments on my hair. GREAT!!

Thank you eSalon. I've had to save money this year and unfortunately, one of my cut backs is going to the salon for professional hair color. A friend told me to try eSalon and I'm so glad she did. It's so easy and does what I need it to to. The instructions are clear, the packaging is nice and includes everything that's needed. Customer service is great. I would recommend to anyone.
