My hair color always turns out perfectly. I've been using eSalon's hair color for many months and I've never had a complaint. It's easy to use; just follow the easy directions. Older ladies sometimes appear to have problems with their hair-coloring so I'm happy that mine always looks so natural, considering I recently turned 80 years young!!

With boxed hair color my hair was never the color it was supposed to be. This was right on and beautiful the first time. The product is boxed very nicely and the instructions were very clear. When I had a question I called and they answered my question right away and they were very friendly. The 2 part process was fool proof. I will definitely be an eSalon user from now on.

Just my application of it needs some help. I'm new to doing my own color. I've helped and colored many times my mother or friends hair. I will try again after learning more tips or perhaps have someone do it for me next time.
Last time I dyed I got it right & so did you!!!
I adjusted my color and took more time doing my coloring. It turned out Fantastic! Many a compliments I had ppl who wanted to know where I got my hair done. I explained and sent them to your sight.
Why spend 90.00 at a salon like my mother did for dye/highlights in a pixi hairsytle. Omg! I can get 3 kits with extras for that price.

Love It! I've only used it once so far. It seems to last longer than store bought. Getting ready to touch up roots. Will use all over as directions instruct at the end of timer. So far I am absolutely in love with this color.

I love eSalon! My hair is naturally Red/copper. I started going grey a few years ago, so I decided to start covering those pesky little hairs at a local salon. This would cost me over $125 each trip. I then found eSalon. At first I was concerned they wouldn’t be able to match my color but after a few tweaks, it’s perfect!! My hair feels so soft after coloring, which amazes me. Now coloring doesn’t dry my hair out and my natural wavy hair is bouncy and soft. At 48, I have the hair I had at 20. Would highly recommend eSalon.

Professional coloring easy to do in the privacy of your own home. Fast; perfectly colors hair all throughout; especially difficult gray/white hair. VERY long lasting color, no washout or fading and gentle on hair. Simply the best and so happy I finally tried after researching their product, colors available, its process, customer reviews. The process is easy. The color is fantastic! I am a natural red head....and my natural red has faded as I grew older. My custom color is very much like the color I had in my youth. I’m very fortunate in that I do not have to worry about roots showing. The color just fades all over until I decide it is time to re-color. I am very pleased every time I color!!!

This hair dye is amazing! I have used this hair dye for three months and each time I use it the color is exactly the same as the first time. I have never had a dye that totally covers the gray and holds the color until the next coloring. Would definitely recommend!!

My eSalon colorist, Jennifer, got the color exactly as I wanted with a softness and shine I have never experienced before - even at a "regular" salon! I haven’t dyed my hair in 20 years but the grays demanded to be covered. I held onto my first order for a year because I was so reluctant to try at home color (my last experience turned my hair jet black), but I didn’t want to pay $200 at the salon. I absolutely love how this product doesn't leave my hair dry or frizzy like the store box colors! The color was slightly lighter than expected- so the CS team at E-Salon immediately responded to adjust the next order to be darker, and I love that their team was so responsive with the request to adjust based on my desire! Also their product gives great coverage on my gray (resistant) hair. I'll never go back to the store to buy hair color again.

I was very nervous because i wanted a bit of red which can be tricky. I've had some go orange and some go burgundy. I'm 53 years old and wanted nothing trendy.

I am new to coloring my own hair and was a bit apprehensive. But my cousin recommended e salon, so I thought I would give it a try. First off it was almost like Christmas when my order came! The packaging was so well done, everything in order and so easy to use. But the best part is the color was absolutely perfect! I have golden highlights in my hair that almost look like glitter when the light hits it. And it was so very soft and smooth to the touch. After coloring my hair 2 times I decided a wanted a bit more red added to the shade. The adjusted shade is perfect, not artificial looking, and definitely colors the gray/white hairs. Easy to use kit includes everything to make self-coloring easy. You end up with professional salon color for a fraction of the cost.

This is my first time trying eSalon. I also went alittle darker. I just have to say I love my hair color and the way it feels. I highly recommend eSalon and I will be ordering my hair color from you guys for now on!!!!

This is the second time I've used eSalon for my color and I have not been disappointed. The color is just what I wanted and lasted a long time without fading (which is difficult with reds). I don't know why I would ever go back to store-bought brands again.

I highly recommend a color consultation if you are located near an eSalon! I booked a custom color appointment at the El Segundo salon. The color specialist immediately began to check out my hair, and asked questions about what I liked, what I color I am looking for, what my daily habits are, etc. Nicole recommended a certain blend & mixed the color for me, and proceeded to show me what I need to do at home. She took time to explain what I'd receive in a kit, how to apply the product, and what to do afterward. She blow dried my hair, gave me some styling tips, and offered some products that may help with my styling needs.

I never liked the quality of the hair color products from drug stores, they always dried my hair and made it look damaged. eSalon's products are fantastic! My hair feels healthier and the color is so natural looking. I love that I don't have to color my hair every 4 weeks, eSalon color stays vibrant and has never dulled. My roots grow out and my color still looks great. Thanks for top quality hair color!

Hi,
After a few adjustments on each Custom Colour made for me, the most recent mix is exactly what I was looking for & I am extremely pleased with the result. My hairdresser was very impressed as well so I shall, therefore, be continuing with this mix for the foreseeable future.

I read the reviews about this service but I still had cold feet. I finally decided to take the plunge and use this service. Best decision I have made in awhile ! This formula was non damaging and gentle to my hair. I will say I have never had such vibrant realistic color since I first started coloring my hair. This service is a keeper. If you are concerned about fragile hair I should tell you I have several health conditions that cause my hair to be delicate along with certain medications I must take daily. I had no problems at all. Hope this helps !

I don't have to go to the store to get my hair dye anymore, it is conveniently sent to me in the mail and is on autoship so I don't forget to order. The product is excellent quality. Color matches exactly how I need it. I will be using Esalon for eternity!! Love the hair color so much, I am gonna try the other products they have as well.

Really like this color. Despite my hair being mostly grey, when it is colored the golden tones were coming through making it too light after a few washes. I needed to stay in Dark Blonde range, (Browns are too dark) so this change, made in October has really helped. Like it so much better. It took attention and correspondence, you can't expect to hit it right the first time through and you worked with me to achieve this. Thank you.

It's hard to believe how good this product is! The color is very vibrant and deep (mine is medium brown).
It was very easy to apply and work with this hair-color. I loved it and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a salon quality product for reasonable money! Excellent! Thank you, esalon!
