So glad I found esalon. It is just makes hair color way easier than go to actual salon . Get appointment, and spend so much money . When sometimes all u need is just get the roots done . My hair was damaged by salon , it was so rough . But after apply esalon color it was smooth again . That was amazing and I love how simple and clear the instructions are !

I’m thrilled with my custom color. The set includes everything needed, including the stain guard and clean up pad. The color is just what I was looking for, and it lasts a good long time. Just a fair warning - I’m not sure if it’s because of the red in my color or if I’m doing something wrong, but for 2 weeks after I color my hair, my white towels turn pink after I wash my hair. I now use designated towels just for my freshly colored hair.

I started using ESalon after moving to Los Angeles and having "sticker shock" over the price of services. My stylist (who only cuts, not colors) asked who was coloring my hair because the color was beautiful! I let her know it was from eSalon and she said I should "definitely keep using it". She's a well-known and respected stylist here in LA so that's a HUGE compliment!
The customer service is excellent! Keep up the fantastic work - I recommend you to people all the time.

The color that was created for me was a perfect match. It did not leave my hair dry afterwards and it had a nice shine. I have some stubborn gray on my hair line from my temple to my ear and it was covered. I colored my hair a week ago so time will tell. My color is Light Golden Brown

After my first application I expressed my concerns and the second time I applied the color it was much better. My E-salon colorist made a slight change to my formula and advised me to leave it in longer. Now I am very satisfied.

Clear instructions included in the kit, incorporating strand test and skin test instructions, good to know esalon are safety conscious.
Easy to follow instructions for colouring hair plus everything provided e.g two pairs of gloves, stain remover and brush for application.
The shampoo and conditioner smells lovely and really softens the hair.
Really happy with the colour and that Paul tweaked it for me as the colour I had selected was too dark. Thank you from a happy customer.

I ordered my first color set and received it very quickly and in a neat box with easy instructions! It actually has my hair almost back to the natural color. My hair is softer too! Will reorder in maybe a lighter shade of ash brown for the spring/summer months. Love it!!

I don't know what technology, artistry or magic you use to match hair color. It is amazing. The color matched my current color perfect. The shampoo/ conditioner, however was not as magical. Had to rewash and condition with my normal products. I will definitely continue to use color. It is brilliant.

My first order came and I was really impressed with the information I recieved on my color and all of the little touches in the box. The color came out absolutely gorgeous and left my hair feeling really nice and healthy. The custom color is actually more true to what I requested than some of my salon experiences! Prior to e salon I would procrastinate or forget about buying color from the store. Or I would try and make an appointment at the salon and either my regular girl moved on or I couldn't get in for 3 weeks. With esalon I stay about a month ahead of myself. So I always have one handy when something comes up and I have to color right away. I like how I choose when I need more and pay when it's most convenient for me. Plus I can change my color with the seasons if need be. Esalon is the best idea ever!

I originally found eSalon on FB and have been in LOVE ever since!! The gray coverage is phenomenal lasts for weeks (like 2 to 3 months) and you can't beat the price!!!!

I have tried multiple online hair color delivery sites and esalon is by far the best. Product is great quality and color is wonderful! I don't proclaim to be a coloring expert so I love the directions. I have followed them exactly every time and color turns out great. Thanks esalon!

I love the color I wish I would have gone a little more on the reddish side I usually go with dark reddish brown with some golden are caramel to it next time we will work on a color for that but left my so soft n smooth I love tks a million esalon!!"❣

I’m sixty-six years old,and have never colored my hair. Decided I’d better after a friend who had not seen me for a couple of years said, “Your hair isn’t red anymore!” Gave eSalon a try. It was easy!! And the color looks great -very natural.

Usually I buy brand hair colours but I wanted to see how will this one will look. I was more than pleased with final result. Colour was nice, my hair was soft and even now after 2 weeks looks fresh.
Delivery came very fast and it was easy to use it.
I will definetley keep using this product.

As someone who used to flip flop between paying a lot to upkeep red color at a salon or the alternative (box color 😱) this is the perfect shade AND the perfect price for keeping my red consistent and beautiful year round.

Better color than when I was young with one single gray hair. I love it. It is very difficult to rinse out completely before my hot water runs out, but it's worth the double rinsing.
