I am so impressed with this product. I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to get a good result as I had to section my hair and apply to the roots first, but it was easier than I thought. The results are perfect. I absolutely love the colour and will continue to purchase this instead of the home kits available in supermarkets.
The instructions are clear, easy to follow and there are "how to" videos on the esalon site, which are a God send.
The kit comes with absolutely everything that you need to colour your hair and give you the desired result. The safety leaflet provides information so that you can colour safely.
I highly recommend this product.

I liked the color, but was a little bright for me. I was able to tone down with color depositing shampoo. Overall the the color was pretty close. Better than I thought for first time use. I visit my salon every 4 weeks but due to the Covid-19 outbreak, I had to try something at home. My close friend uses esalon so I gave it a try. Very impressed.

My roots were showing and this did a great job of blending them in. the color is seamless and beautiful. I am a natural light-ish blonde and I chose light strawberry blonde. it looks very nice and honestly much better than expected. I had used box color previously and they were crap, made me look like a true fake redhead. But this one is amazing.The stawberry in this is super subtle which I actually like. would definitely recomment

I can’t believe I have dyed my hair! It looks so natural! All the colours have blended in with my lightened ends, the instructions were very clear and my hair is super shiny. It also doesn’t have that wet-dog smell you get from box dyes. Five big thumbs up 👍 for this product and to Tamara for blending it.

I am very impressed with color. My hair feels soft after coloring, which is important since I have long hair. I have colored my hair for more than 25 years. I even went to hair school when I was younger. This is easy and they give you everything you need to color your hair. ❤

The color is great and it doesn't fade! It's every bit as good as what I get in a salon and much better than the store bought brand I had been using. I highly recommend this product.
Update: it seems like the recent change in the formula fades more at the roots. I like the creamier consistency of the new formula better and I like the color, but I think I notice fading. And I only wash my hair 1 to 2 times per week.

I was so impressed with the packaging, personalised touches and quality of the products.
Even amid COVID 19, the after service was very good.
I would’ve given it 5 stars but my only one request (not a complaint) is for a larger conditioner packet - as I have long hair. But aside from that, it is very good. Highly recommended.

Coloring my hair has been an interesting experience at times so I was both excited and tentative when my kit from eSalon arrived. Well - I love it. I used the root touch up kit this morning. It is dark blonde semi permanent and it did a good job of reducing the visual impact of the gray. The look is soft and light at the roots and it blended really well into the highlighted section of the hair. The whole process has done a great job of conditioning my hair as well. I will continue to use it in between salon visits.

I have a short pixie haircut with blonde highlights and dark blonde base. I wanted to touch up the grey I have since my last salon visit while we are all staying in. I love my color. Racines blanches couvertes! J’avais un balayage avant, la coloration par dessus n’a pas supprimé les mèches complètement.
De plus, le fait d’avoir coupé mes pointes, cela structure bien les cheveux et renforce le changement. Cheveux brillants et soyeux 😉

I am glad I tried eSalon! I found the instructions easy to follow. The color came out great... which says a lot because my hair is difficult to color! I started having my hair colored almost 35 years ago... being a very curly red/blonde head my nature color started to disappear early. I have had some stylist disasters - too brown, too red, too purple - you name it! But this product was perfect the very first time. I will try it again! TY.

I used the bowl method, love how the color has the consistency of pudding. My hair is short, so a little tricky avoiding the highlighted hair, especially in the back, but it covered gray really well, and the color looks like I get in the salon. Once Safer at home is lifted, new highlights. I was due anyway. I love the color and kit, definitely recommend using eSalon if you need to do your hair at home.

Pas facile à appliquer seule malgré les explications très claires, peut-être parce que c'était ma 1ère fois. Bon rendu, un peu plus clair que ce que j'attendais mais la couleur me va bien et les cheveux sont très doux après le séchage, comme au salon. Je suis satisfaite.

The new formula is awesome! It went on easier and stayed where I applied it. Then when I brought it through the ends of my long hair it covered completely with a bit left over even. I love the color and now my hair feels healthier too. Great job on your changes. I was going to quit but couldn’t find a comparable color. Now I’m telling my friends to get their color from eSalon! I loved it ! I was so stressed out because I’m soooo picky. I will do a couple things different next time , the stuff you put around your face to prevent staining I think i will skip, I got too close to the hairline with it And so the color didn’t take in a couple of small spots, and also I will start with the crown so it has a little more time to process. This was my FIRST attempt at doing this ever. (ok I once tried box colour and ended up with black hair and hated it) but this was amazing. A bit messy, defn not a one woman job (hubby helped for back) but my color is stunning! This is well above my expectations. Thanks so much!

I was super nervous as I have always gone to the salon and have bright red hair. It could go badly quickly. The instructions were easy, the packaging was very nice and I'm happy with the result.

This is the second time I've used this product. I found the instructions easy to follow. I have longer/medium length thick hair. There was plenty of color to cover all my roots with some left to spare. My hair feels soft and there is shine. I'm used to going to the stylist and am nervous about coloring my own hair. but can't due the the COVID pandemic. This color is slightly darker thank I would normally use but since this is my second time using it on my roots I don't want to change. So far so good.

The color was absolutely perfect--the exact shade I hoped for. My hair didn't come out dry requiring hours of moisturizing with coconut oil--it was very soft when I washed the coloring solution out. It is lasting very well too, It has been almost three weeks since I colored it and the color is holding well.

It's the BEST experience that I ever had. The color doesn't have a strong smell and also, it doesn't BURN on your scalp. After coloring, the texture feels AMAZING!!! SO SOFT, and SMOOTH. It's a better alternative than going to the beauty salon.

I am not a person to write a review nor buy a lot of things online; especially something like this that you can’t see in person. However, this is the *best* hair color I’ve ever had. My hair is auburn and not the easiest to match. Even at the salon. This was dead on. I haven’t seen my hair this color since I was younger. I’ve gotten compliments on it. The color stays, it’s phenomenal. I should state, I don’t have a lot of grays; what I do have are stubborn grays which are very prominent against my natural color.
The kit comes with everything set out for you. It does mimic an at home salon experience. Ease of use is elementary. I’m actually looking forward to the next time!

I ended up using it as an all-over color rather than the roots because I had very light ends and dark roots. It got me back to my natural color, which is all I need right now. It was super easy to use with no mess. It hasn't washed out, actually went one shade lighter after washes, which I liked. The shampoo/conditioner makes your hair silky smooth. I might go one shade lighter next time.

Have tried my hair colour today and is it absolutely lovely, almost the same colour as my natural hair, This company is fantastic and provides a superb salon to home service. Everything you need is provided with your kit, they have thought of everything! Love the fact you can ask them to adjust your colour if needed. The service has been excellent, will definitely continue using them and highly recommend to everyone.

My roots were getting pretty bad with the quarantine so I tried e-salon. It was so easy and I love it. The color match was perfect. We quickly ordered my daughter some and hers turned out great as well. Love that they have a professional looking at all the orders etc. to make sure you get what you need.

I was skeptical about having to use two bottles and was a little worried because I was covering up blonde balayage with a darker, warmer colour. But after reading the instructions and watching some of the videos, I worked up the courage to do it. I shouldn’t have worried. The colour is rich and very professional looking. Clean-up was easy and I actually had no staining (unlike when I go to the salon). My colour is a work in progress to get it back to a rich brown, but I’m super happy with this first colour!

This is the first time that I have coloured my hair by myself and I was so nervous but needed to cover my grey whilst in Covid 19 lockdown. I couldn’t have been more pleased. The colour is spot on and looks great. So easy to apply (though I need to try and make less mess next time!!) and has given my hair a lovely sheen.

Wow! I really was skeptical about how well this was going to work on my hair. I have thick and dry long hair and it absorbs EVERYTHING. It really provided a great all over color and the colorist hit it out of the park with the mix. Totally worth it!!
