Directions were easy for me to follow. I used the brush to apply color to my roots. Results were beautiful; color was perfect for me, and my hair was very shiny and lustrous afterwards.

The colorist nailed the perfect color the first time! Super easy to use and everything needed to do a professional job at home was in the kit. I've had my hair professionally colored for years and love my hairdresser, but now I have a dilemma--I like the E-Salon color products so much better! My hair used to really dry out between colorings at the salon, but with these products my hair has stayed soft and manageable with incredible shine. I'll hate doing it, but my hairdresser will only see me for cuts now, I'm afraid.

Loved this at home color system. Not only was the shade phenomenal, the application process was easy to follow and worked out wonderfully.

Was actually the color I was pretty much going for and it actually lightened a little bit instead of darkening. I tried a different salon company before and what they sent me darkened my hair and was not the type of red I was looking for. Definitely happy with the results and it wasn’t difficult to use at home. Would definitely recommend trying eSalon out!

I have colored my hair for 40+ years. I have tried diy products many times. I have never been able to find a color that matched my medium brunette color before. I am completely white headed and my roots would always be flaming red when I attempted to color my hair at home. This product covers my roots, leaves my hair feeling healthy and lasts very nicely. It has not had a color build up where the ends of my hair get darker and darker. The cost savings are great, also. I am extremely happy with the product. I love the conditioner and ordered a bottle to use between colorings.

This is easy to use. Great step by step instructions. The color was perfect and my hair felt so soft afterwards. I used eSalon color kit because my hair salon is closed due to the pandemic. Now I plan to continue to use eSalon even after salons reopen!

I loved the product coverage. I have a few grey that wash color out right away. It has been several weeks and the only grey showing is what has grown out. The color was perfect. I was super surprised and happy. Also my hair didn't feel dry after. Super excited about this product.

I LOVE this product. My hair color turned out beautifully, despite my being a complete beginner with at-home treatments. Since it was my first time, I’ll share a bit more for those who may find it helpful. The directions were clear, and included personalized tips for accomplishing what I had said I wanted to accomplish (covering roots w a lot of gray, but also blending with/touching up whole head). The formula was easy to mix; scent was not overpowering. It was easy to apply - not too thick or too runny. I found it useful that the directions included information such as being able to use the brush and/or your fingers when applying. I was rather nervous (I had never even used non-permanent spray-on root color or a wash-in tint out of fear of creating a hair disaster), so such tips made me relax into the process. I used both brush and fingers when applying - whatever felt right. Even though I looked like a mess after applying (nothing like at the salon + color looked freaky DARK!!) the result was fabulous, After blow drying, my hair was soft and shiny, and the color “me” but even better. My sister saw me on a video call and said it’s the best color my hair has ever been. I agree. It’s a brownish/dark blonde-ish with some gold. Looks natural, yet has a bit of pizzazz - exactly what I asked for. Was worried it would look dull, muddy or all one solid color but that is not the case at all. I’m delighted with the results, and a lot more confident in coloring at home. I’m so grateful to the colorists at e-salon. (Note - I included photos when ordering, and described what I wanted. I am not sure if the colorists used the info, but it certainly seems like it!) Thank you so much e-salon!!!

The kit supplies you with everything you need including gloves and shampoo. The colorist suggested light brown instead of the medium brown I had chosen. She was absolutely right! I have never colored my hair myself, but Esalon made it easy!

During quarantine my stylist suggested eSalon for me to color my roots until we are off furlough. The process was very easy. The product came rather quickly. The instructions and videos were very complete and helpful. My hair feels and looks great. The shampoo and conditioner were very nice, as well. Personalization of product was a special touch. Just one caution - when you shower the color out you might want to use the sink instead of shower as color splashed everywhere as I have very long hair.

I've been doing store-bought box dye for years. Decided to switch to this during quarantine so I wouldn't have to run to the store.. It's amazing! Easy, wonderful coverage and amazing shine and texture of my hair afterwards. Even put a little on my eyebrows (I'm a blonde who dyes my hair black) and it worked wonderfully!! Store bought box dyes won't tint my eyebrows usually.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the products.When I opened up the box and saw how nicely it was packed,quite honstly I was taken aback. The shampoo and conditioner are outstanding. I will probably only go to my hairdresser for a cut now,thats how much I like the product!

I was very nervous to try this. I've only had my hair done in a salon, but during this time, I needed a refresh. I wanted to keep my highlights but blend my roots and freshen my color. The color is great and I'm so happy with the results!

I always have my hair colored at a salon, but due to the Coronovirus and salons closed yet, I needed to cover my grays. I found the E-Salon site and decided to try it since the reviews were great. The site provides a great amount of information and tips. I was nervous coloring it myself, but it looks fantastic! I actually like it more than when done at the salon. I already signed up for auto-delivery!

This was my first time using eSalon and colorist Freddie matched my salon dyed ombré roots perfectly. No more pandemic hair! Instructions were easy to follow and the shampoo and conditioner that came with the kit left my hair soft and shiny.

Due to Covid-19 I find myself with no option other than doing my own hair at home right now. I would normally pay a small fortune and spend hours in the chair at the salon. I was very nervous doing my own hair at home. The kit is very professional and is super easy to use. And the color turned out perfect! Can't wait to try the highlight system next!

I was terrified of DIY dye and I have never done it. My kit impressed me with my name, root and end colours! And clear instructions. I didn’t need to get anything else! I absolutely love my colour. It covered nearly 2 inches of grey and some white patches, beautifully!

This is the first time I tried doing my haircolor at home. I have a color that's hard to get right since it's a reddish which is darker then strawberry blonde. In the past, I tried several salons when I've been on vacation, but they couldn't get the color right using the formula from my regular colorist.
I uploaded a photo of my hair to the E Salon website and was hoping for the best. E Salon really nailed it! The color is just right, and my hair is very soft now. My daughter helped me apply the color this time, but I think I could do it alone in the future. I will definitely be ordering this product regularly!

I usually pay being bucks every 4 weeks to get my highlights done and my grey covered. Now with the Shelter In Place Order what’s a girl to do?! Go on line and get a perfect match from E-Salon that’s what! Color and tone looked great, product and instructions were easy. Kinda hard to get the back so next time my Boo said he’d get that for me lol. I’m very happy with this product and may ditch my salon even after things get back to whatever our new normal is.

Well being in lockdown in London and no access to a hairdresser I decided to give eSalon colour a go! Best decision I have made in a long time:) My colour turned out brilliantly and on a virtual call with my friends back home in Australia I received many compliments but the best one was “Helen your hair is the best it has ever looked just beautiful”. So needless to say I am one very happy customer:)

I couldn’t be more happy! My colorist changed my color from the one I picked and I was so happy with my color! It covered my gray roots and has kept the coverage for a couple weeks now!

Extremely happy with this hair coloring product. The color was perfect, application was easy and I am very happy with the results. On a separate note the shampoo was a bonus and it had such a wonderful scent.

I was skeptical at how this would go for me.....I have super long and thick hair and at box colors usually take 2-3 bottles to get all of my hair. But this was perfect!!! It came with super easy to follow instructions and went in amazingly!!! I will be using this hair color from now on!!! The color I ordered was exactly what I expected!!!

I'll admit I was skeptical. I have curly, coarse hair that is actually pretty thin with very VERY stubborn grays. After going through the process of narrowing down my color and using the product, I am absolutely astounded by the deep rich color that covered my grays FLAWLESSLY and COMPLETELY. Wow. I keep looking in the mirror, and I literally can't tell where my colored grays end and my natural color begins (and before, you could tell, which really bugged me). Conclusion: would recommend. Highly.

Facile à appliquer, les couleurs sont vraiment travaillées et elles présentent des nuances subtiles ! Les kits sont parfaits avec vraiment tout le nécessaire à l'intérieur, coup de coeur pour l'après shampooing qui rend les cheveux tellement douuux une fois secs ! Les réajustements de couleur et les commentaires sont pris en compte de commande en commande pour coller à nos envies, mais quoiqu'il arrive les couleurs sont toujours très belles ! Des produits extra à petit prix !

Me gustó mucho toda la experiencia desde la presentación de la caja al detalle de dos pares de guantes para quitarte el tinte en la ducha. El color es muy bonito y me cubre las canas, que siempre me quedaba alguna. Las instrucciones muy fáciles de seguir.
