I was nervous at first because it’s been a long time since I’ve colored my hair. The online process for selecting color and kit was easy to follow, very thorough and extremely humanizing. I felt like I was talking to a dedicated professional who had my total interests at heart. I love the packaging and entire process so well thought out and executed. The end product—my newly colored hair—looks great. I can’t wait to do it again!

My personalized color is perfect and blends for a natural look. I love the personal touch of opening the box and seeing my name printed on the bottle and instructions. I love the way my color turned out. It has been 3 or so weeks and barely any fading noticed which is tough for a red shade! I loved the setup and everything. The box comes with plenty of it all. One of my favorite things about coloring my hair, aside from a fresh brightening up, is the texture change. I have fine fine fine hair. This has really given me some volume and texture that’s lacking. I can’t wait to do it all again next month.

Nachdem ich eine Hilfe! Mail an das Team inkl. Bildern geschickt hatte weil ich eine Blockstreifenbildung auf dem Kopf bekam (2mal ansatzfärben mit unterschiedlichen einwirkzeiten=unterschiedlicher Farbton)- habe ich schnellst möglich ein 1.ste Hilfe Set bekommen! Perfekt!

I love this product! During Covid needed hair color bad. This was the answer and did such a great job coloring the gray roots and matched my hair perfectly. Salon is open now...but I think I will save my money and continue with my New salon!

Really like the color blend, the pearl in the mix gives a nice differential to the blend. I have mixed my own color for years now, and sometime my color was not quite right, ESalon got it right the first time, really impressed with the products, directions and the results. ESalon made a believer out of me on the first go.

What really helped me is your professional touch in matching the right hair colour on my behalf rather then me trying to mix the two colours together to get the right result. Illiana E was my Colorist. I have medium length hair and I hadn't had my hair colored for almost 4 months. The white had grown out but having medium Blonde hair on the ends it wasn't as noticeable but it needed a touch of TLC. This program had easy to follow instructions that were very easy to follow. The results were GREAT ! Wish I could attach my picture before and after. You would be really impressed.

Loved the fact that you can send in pictures of your hair. I received a response from the stylist telling me the color I picked was too dark, and guess what, she was right. The light brown was perfect. I’ve never colored my own hair before and was worried it wouldn’t come out, but I was so wrong. I plan on doing this from now on and it’s a big money saver.

To say I was nervous about going from bleached blonde to dark brown without turning orange or green was an understatement! I read the eSalon reviews, watched their 'How to' videos and took the plunge.
I choose the colour placed my order and after 24 hours decided to add hair clips (best decision ever) and a protective cape to the order. When I called esalon to add to the order that was so easy. I was asked if I would like to speak to my colourist - I hesitated, I still felt nervous about the whole thing but said yes. I spoke to Freddie who was amazing chatted through the colour I'd chosen and made a couple of tweaks. I've just finished using the products which let me tell you are amazing value with everything you need to make this feel just like being in your own salon. The colour bottles and presentation box all personlised make you feel like this is an exciting pampering event and give confidence as the instructions are also personlised. This transition from Bleach Blonde to Brunette was EASY and feels amazing! Don't let your salon kid you, it is possible to get salon results without the dent in you bank account. Congrats eSalon and thanks 100 out of 10 - don't be afraid dye yourself now!

I had been using a drugstore brand to cover grey roots which didn’t always cover and certainly didn’t last. So I finally tried esalon and am very pleased with the coverage and the feel of my hair afterwards. I look forward to it lasting longer too.

I've ordered from eSalon a few times now. They are very good at matching my root color, and making sure that my highlights are still visible. The color blends in very well with the rest of my balayage. I was really surprised that I could do this myself and look like I just left the salon. Highly recommend! I used to spend $250, now I spend $20.

I couldn't be happier with the color my consultant chose for me! I was afraid it would turn out reddish, but it is still dark brown but with golden glints. My hair color is shiny and multi dimensional instead of flat and harsh as it usually is. My hair hasn't looked this good since I spent $300+ in a salon, and I've received lots of compliments. So how do I get this color sent to me monthly because I'm never going back to store bought?

Ich hatte etwas Angst, dass die Farbe zu dunkel sein könnte, aber sie passt haargenau und war super zu verarbeiten. Superschöner Ton, sehr natürlich, mit dem Shampoo und der Spülung sind meine Haare schön glänzend geworden und sehen supergesund aus. Nie mehr günstige Farbe aus der Drogerie!

I’ve been coloring my own hair in between trips to have it professionally colored, for years . I’ve used mainly Clairol and L’Oreal, which have been fine, but can’t hold a candle to Esalon’s color formulated for me. It’s really a beautiful color for me and my hair feels in great condition after I’ve colored it. I love it
