This is the best shampoo on the market, bar none. I have less issues with this brand and the fact that its basically all natural doesn;t hurt either. Smells good too.

I dye my hair about every three weeks so it takes a real beating.
My hair has a lot of split ends and I naturally have a fairy thin hair.
I’ve been using this shampoo for about a month and I do think I honestly feel a difference in the softness of my hair and it’s a lot less tangled after I shower and even when my hair is dry
I feel like perhaps it’s because the strands of my hair are more conditioned and not getting tangled so easily. Anyways I am pleased with my purchase

Dicen que el Caviar es muy caro y muy rico en pescado pero en producto se quedo corto es excelente este shampoo me encanto del 1 al 1000 ,,10.000 está súper bien deja el cabello muy suave y fresco recomendado 👍👍

Although this product does what it says it will do, the packaging makes it difficult to use. I got tired of standing in the shower struggling to squeeze it hard enough to make the conditioner come out, so I cut open the bottle and scooped the conditioner into a tupperware container. Sorry.

I absolutely love this shampoo; however, I hate the container. I was not able to squeeze it tightly enough to get the shampoo out. (The conditioner is even harder.) I
ended up cutting the top off the container & putting the shampoo & the conditioner in other containers. If, however, you are looking for a good repair shampoo—-this is it!

As someone with arthritic hands it is ridiculously difficult to squeeze out the shampoo from that silver cap, you practically have to stand on the body of the bottle to squeeze anything out. Unfortunately it's a game changer for me because I love how the shampoo lathers on my hair and leaves it feeling clean and silky, I also like the rich fragrance. If I'm going to pay that much for a product, i don't want to have to struggle with the bottle to use it in the shower. And Yes, the same applies for the conditioner :(

I absolutely loved this product, and felt an immediate difference in my hair - but good grief...the bottle is insanely difficult!! My wrists actually cramped up just from trying to dispense it! Terrible because the product is amazing, and I would consider buying again if it were easier.

It is very difficult to squeeze the bottle to get product out. The product itself seems good but it's of little use if you can't get it out of the bottle. The conditioner bottle is even worse! I regret my decision to purchase both of these products.

This is a good repair shampoo, although it takes a bit of the volume out of my fine hair. However, getting the shampoo out of the bottle is unbelievably difficult--sort of like an unpleasant hand strengthening exercise. It's hard to honestly evaluate a product that so hard to use because of the packaging. The conditioner has the same bottle, but is not as difficult to get product out.

Beautiful container but the body of the bottle is so hard, it takes two hands to disperse product. Obviously that means a tremendous loss of product that must be scooped up from the surface that’s been used. At $38 a bottle, this is unconscionable.

My hair is very thin and curly, docile and soft, not dry nor damage.
This shampoo was a disappointment. From being hard to squeeze it out, does not produces foam, but, the very worst part is how tough/ hard and unmanageable my hair became with this product. I don't use conditioner ever...but I had to wear a treatment to be able to comb it through.
I decided to try this as recommended by the specialist over the phone because I do loose a lot of hair due to hair coloring every 3 weeks. But, I expected a treatment silky and nourish kind of shampoo, not the opposite.The smell is very pretty.
I am going to try it one more time before I throw it out. It is super pricey for the result.
I would really want to get the NEW Shampoo that comes with the color kit, for sale. That shampoo is amazing. my hair feels so soft and silky and i don't loose almost any hair compare to the stands I lost at every coloring with the shampoo that came at kit for over 3 years!! ouch!!! quality is everything
I hope to get a total credit back from what I payed for this shampoo.
I'm trying to get the shampoo for the color kit, it shouldn't be so difficult to obtain, right?
