I was really sceptical after salon colouring for years and having really strong colour resistant greys. I need not have worried, my colour is fabulous, the method is easy and the amount of compliments I've received is unreal. Best of all though is the super efficient customer service and of course, the money I am saving every month!

The custom color matched perfectly. I wear hair extensions and it was a flawless blend. I later added highlights which were beautiful as well! The directions were very easy to follow and I appreciated the extra gloves and supplies that were needed!

After my root touch up, my hair did not feel dry or damaged. It was very brassy, but I am confident that will get corrected with my specialist. Instructions were easy to follow and understand, nothing missing from the kit so all positives. I'm willing to try this product again in hopes for less brassy results.

Thanks for creating the perfect color for me! Now if I could just get the hang of doing it right- every time I have a tiny little stripe of darker color about 1/2-1 inch from the scalp-- I try very hard to only get the roots...so I am not sure if I am not spreading it far enough, or just a tiny bit too far? I love that there is no bad odors with this color!

The colorist gave me the color formula my stylist couldn't achieve. Am totally stoked and get multiple compliments on the color.
I'm also a licensed stylist though not working at the trade. Price wise this is the way to go. Don't have to buy multiple colors plus the peroxide etc.
I give this and their colorists 10 stars plus.
You will not be disappointed give it a try.

I have been coloring my hair at home for a very long time, so I know the frightening possibilities all too well! I have had more than one horrifying DIY hair color mishap.
Luckily, I am only using the dye I order from esalon and I have no more worries. It looks great every time I color. I love the way my color is so customized to fit my current idea of what color I want my hair in the most minute detail. I also appreciate the instructions which I believe have saved my aging hair. If you don't want to go to a salon and sit for hours for so-so results that cost a fortune, this is the way to go! It also seems to last longer and fade less than the stuff from the drug store.

I've asked for several color change since I began using esalon. Every one of them has been great. But, this one is absolutely beautiful! This is the color for which I have been searching. It is the perfect blend of brown, mahogany and red. It has depth and shine. I love it!

I’ve been trying to get my regular stylist to do this color and it always turns out wrong or fades really quickly. I am pleasantly surprised at how well this color has held up and how perfect the color matched what I wanted. I get compliments all the time on my new color. I can’t imagine going back to the salon.

In all honesty I didn't think my hair would be such a perfect color. I was not only afraid of the change but the outcome and damage to my hair (more than it was).

I have been using the semi-permanent colour and find it lasts really well. The colour products leave my hair shiny and not too dry - surprising as I have curly hair which tends to get damaged quite easily. I also really like how easy it is to apply - don't see myself going back to a salon any time soon!

I am extremely glad I did this! The color is radiant and has beautiful depth. I have been coloring at home for years. I started to gray young. At 56 years old I have had my color discontinued a few times. The thought oh having a color made just for me was very intriguing. My hair felt softer and more alive. I love the highs and lows in it. I just love it! Easy to apply. You get Everything you need in the kit. Worth every penny!

I have been doing box dye for awhile now but was recently told by a friend to stop using it cause it was damaging my hair so bad. I ran across an ad for eSalon and decided to give it a try. I've been using eSalon's hair color combined with the tint neutralizer for a few months and I couldn't be happier with the products.
In the past I was using store bought hair dye. I was lucky if it would last for six weeks. Now that I'm using products by eSalon my color is looking great into the 11 and 12th week. Can you believe that?? Twelve weeks between coloring... I can hardly believe it myself !!
I've been going grey since my early twenties. Having to color every six weeks for many... many years has been so tiring and time consuming and making me wonder how much longer I can keep doing this. ESalon came along just in time. Thanks for saving me time... money and for making my hair look amazing !!

Must say I was surprised that the semi permanent covered my hair as I have all over totat grey hair. I will probably go a shade or two darker on next order. Worked great!

Easy to do with great instructions. Color is beautiful, natural. Gray coverage is perfect. This is the best my hair has looked in ages. I don’t exactly enjoy doing it myself. Guess I have a diva complex. But this is sure a wonderful product with superior results. Sorry to say I’m more satisfied than most salon experiences. My neice just had to say something. “I just love this new color you are using. So much more natural!”

I recently adjusted my haircolor to golden mahogany, a color that esalon advertised for spring. I also use the golden mahogany tint rinse. Love love love it. So many compliments. Thinking about the Aurora products to intensify keep the color vibrant.

The process of coloring my hair has never been so easy and I love the color although I may go a shade darker in the future but for now, I love it. Feels soft and silky. Easy application. Would recommend it.

It actually does look like I’ve been to a salon! Got rid of the greys which other at home hairdyes haven’t done. I got it cut the day after I coloured it and the hair dressers were commenting on how shiny it is and what a gorgeous colour it is. Really pleased.

I was so happy to have received the cape. I was having to get my color all over my white robe. Also I like that I don't have to mix the color with the base. My hair dresser liked it when I went to get my hair cut. Also the price isn't much more than what I was using. Thank you eSalon.

My stylist nailed the match between my dark roots and the rest of my colored hair. It is THE PERFECT SHADE OF RED!!! I absolutely love it. The kit was so easy to use - my hair is longer so I used the bottle and the brush combined. My hair is soft, the color is vibrant, need I say more?

It was a little too red for my liking, but it was still a great shampoo and it covered my grey. I liked how it was easy for me to change the color preference in my account. I've already changed it for my next hair color order.

I have been using for several months and have never had such excellent results, even from a salon. I love the wash through with the rest of my custom blended color they are right critical step. Also I love that they provide shampoo and conditioner as the final step. When my hair is dry it doesn’t look dyed. Two pairs of gloves a sticker to put your instructions on a mirror simply brilliant.

I ran into this product while listening to a podcast of my favorite crime show! I heard the ad so many times I caved in! When I finally received my first kit, I waited a while to use it. Scared, I guess. Well, I finally did (2 months later) and WOW! I’m mad at myself for taking so long to use it! It covered all my grays! I was worried that it wouldn’t because I have ethnic curly hair and most of the videos posted did not show ethnic hair—And I’m CLUELESS when it comes to this stuff! I’m looking forward to my next color kit in a few months. I was easily able to add a change to my next kit.... I wanted it lighter. I also added the timer/clips/brush kit-(hope those clips will last with my thick curly hair!) I was close to adding the bayalage kit BUT the girl in the vid had pin straight hair- definitely not the same scenario as a person with ethnic hair would have. You think you can have a vid with someone using the bayalage product with ethnic curly hair and have them show the end result? I appreciate the feedbacks you guys have and solutions to remedy the unsatisfied costumers. I’ll let you guys know how it all goes for round 2!
