Wow I am in awe of this. I normally use home dye and find so many irregularities with box dyes. But I’m so happy with the results from this! The set was packaged beautifully, with everything you could need. Even little details like stain guard and a sticker for hanging up your instructions- so useful! So impressed with this set. Thankyou

I was unsure about the coloring since my first order wasn't the color i was wanting. But after I contacted them and told them what color I was trying to achieve. They sent out a new kit and I couldn't be happier the color was perfect and the coverage is great and I love the fact that my red hair hasn't had any fading yet and its been 4 weeks amazing product, amazing company and great price.

siempre me he teñido con henna y en casa. y llevaba tiempo queriendo tener un color más acentuado y al tener el pelo castaño oscuro, era un poco complicado. Con este tinte ha sido muy fácil. Después de extendérmelo por todo el pelo, y esperar solo 35 minutos, los resultados me han encantado. Mis canas están totalmente cubiertas del mismo color y mi pelo ha quedado con un tono rojizo muy bonito y con mucho brillo. La verdad es que estoy encantada.

I dont usually leave reviews but I actually can't get over the quality! My hair feels and looks insane the shine is unreall!! I wouldn't go anywhere else now I am a customer for life I was not expecting these kind of results it is literally like salon quality and to be able to do it myself and at home is crazy! eSalon has been so helpful. The changes you made in my last order were perfect. My color looks great, just like my natural color that I had when I was younger. E salon popped up on my fb, after struggling to mage time to visit the salon and not wanting to use a supermarket box dye, I thought I’d give it ago. There’s lots of questions to answer to make sure you get what you want, I added a note also. The colourist emailed me to say the colour is chosen she thought would be too golden so she was going to add something to tone it down slightly, which I thought was fantastic customer service! When it came I was so impressed, the presentation of the products was amazing, looks and feels special. I read the personalised instructions then started. I was slightly worried as it was developing as it looked very dark, however when I washed it off it was perfect! I absolutely love the colour and I would actually say it’s the nicest colour I’ve ever had on! I’ll definitely be doing this every month! Thank you so much

I went for the ammonia free color option which I’m glad I did. My hair still feels healthy and normal which is not something I’ve normally felt after coloring my hair at home. My color stylist recommended gradually going darker instead of jumping straight to dark brown (my natural color). This was a smart choice in case I change my mind in the future and want to get highlights again.

It was very easy to choose the color I like, the most experienced nice people going to prepare it specifically for you based on a questions you will answer. I got the incredible set including everything I could ever ask for. I followed the instructions, and it was very smooth process, ends with the perfect results. This colour product was a very good match..I wanted the colour tweaked so it was slightly lighter for next time and then I think it will be perfect! The colour lasts well, I’d say a lot longer than other box colour brands off the high street and also from my own hair salon. Very helpful online advice too! Very pleased.

This is a high-quality hair color and MUCH cheaper than the salon! It was so easy. I’m adding the highlight kit this time to see how that works. I highly recommend this product. Use the tip you’d give a stylist and buy yourself something.

I have had my hair colored to cover gray at the salon for many years, and have never colored my own hair, so was very nervous about how it would turn out. But I was very impressed how well it matched my hair color, covered the gray, and how easy it was to use. The directions were very good. Don’t hesitate to give it a try.

I like not being tied to a salon every month… really tedious. I travel and this keeps my hair color and gray looking good all the time. The savings is wonderful for the wallet too!

Beautifully and thoughtfully packaged with everything one would need for an excellent at home experience. Color shade was spot on for me. The only difficulty was that it didn’t effectively cover all my grays and faded quickly.
Made a request to have my formula altered accordingly and will review after using the updated product.

My experience with eSalon was wonderful from start to finish. My kit arrived faster than expected, and included steps for a pre-treatment (at no extra charge). eSalon sent me the product needed to fill my previously lightened and porous hair, so that my new/darker color would go on evenly. It worked like a charm! My end result was exactly as I desired -- one beautifully glossy, overall color! Thank you!

Lot's of compliments on the color. I had to adjust the color several times to create the color I wished. Each time the color was lovely. The colorists were great and it was a personalized set created just for me. My hair is soft! The newly applied color blended well with the previous color without any lines of demarcation.

Not only do I get the colour results I want but my custom colour set also leaves my hair soft, silky and shiny. My colour lasts beautifully until I recolour without fading.

This product is easy to use and I love the results. After watching application videos I was able to successfully color my hair. I have gotten many compliments on my hair color. I have also saved money! This is much more economical than going to the stylist. The videos are extremely helpful and have inspired me to seek out videos to provide instruction on how to cut my hair as well. In the beginning I reached out to customer service for assistance in color and application methods. They were very helpful. I would not hestitate to recommend this product and company.

I’ve been using box color for years. I submitted my picture of my hair color and answered all the questions. The color I got was so perfect for me. There was a glow to my hair and a richness that I was not getting from the box color I had been using. It’s been a couple weeks and the color looks the same and has not faded. I’m really glad I tried Esalon! I plan on continuing to use the Esalon
