Arrived damaged…andNo complaints about esalon…love you! My box arrived with the Tint leaking. A little messy, but I could deal. But the applicator (developer) bottle had no tip on it…which I didn’t realize till I shook it together with the color! My bathroom looked like the scene from “Psycho”. Perfect color match!I was very nervous my hair would be to dark, but it looks just as good as a salon color. I can’t tell a difference at all. The instructions were so easy to follow. I do have to point out that if you have fine thin hair like me then the color set will last you two seperate sessions. I just wanted to make sure I followed the directions and mixed everything as directed, but then I realized I could’ve saved some of the dye for my next session. Ash BrowneFinally - I got the colour I want and asked for. I was always walking out of salons with brassy yellow hair despite telling them I do not want yellow - I want ash. AmazedI ordered the full set with ends refresher. I'm not a hairdresser and yes i did have to buy a. mirror on amazon made just for seeing the back of my hair to color it. I wasn't expecting results like this. I got exactly what i wanted and a lot cheaper than the salon. This is Dec 11 I Jane still not received my orderI’m so upset with your company I have been a loyal customer for almost 2 years!!! and I have never had such poor service these last couple of orders…. ColourI have amended my colour a couple of times. Both times I have not been satisfied with the outcome. I like a chocolate brown look, the colour looks like it has orange tinge and not as dark as I like. I have requested dark drown with good coverage of my greys.
