excelente cobertura para mis canastodo bien, auanque me equivoque al aplicar el producto... me enviaron dos tintes, uno para las raices (canas) y el otro para el resto del cabello, y yo solo usé el de covertura de canas en todo mi cabello, por eso me quedó oscuro. despues de mas de un mes usé el otro frasco que era mas claro, y por supuesto no cubrió las canas. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile. Better experience the first timeI first tried esalon when covid first started and salons were closed. I really loved the color that was created for me. It covered my grays well. When salons reopened I stopped ordering my color but recently decided to order esalon again as I loved the original color I received. This time since time had passed from my initial esalon order I had to go through the process of answering questions and submitting a picture of my hair again. I had hoped I would be able to get my original color but understood why I had to go through their process again. Unfortunately this time around the color wasn’t what I had hoped and didn’t cover the redness from the color I had from the salon. I provided a rating of 3 as it did cover my grays but I was hoping to achieve my natural hair color which is a medium to dark ash brown. DisappointedI have really tried to like esalon. I have asked a few times for less red, orange highlights and it has never been quite right. I was told I needed to go darker for less reds etc. I went a shade darker and there's plenty red and orange, as well as it's not even blond anymore. 0 sur 0 personnes ont trouvé cet avis utile.
